Reporting to the Social Enterprise Manager, you’ll work with our support and social enterprise teams to develop a coordinated approach to job coaching, tracking progress and setting targets. You will be vital in ensuring that both teams are kept in the loop around support needs and successes.
Your ability to coach people from a diverse range of backgrounds, with different learning styles and neurodiversity, will help you to develop a culture of inclusivity and mutual support. You’ll develop strong relationships within the organisation and identify and establish valuable collaborations with local employers and training providers.

The purpose of this role is to support the philanthropy team in managing fundraising initiatives and will be achieved through efficient administration, researching donor prospects, and specifically supporting the team and Head of World Fellowship and Philanthropy with all administrative duties. Key Responsibilities

Assist the team in the run up to events and at events, specifically:

- Supporting at events to ensure that the event runs smoothly
Assist with the day-to-day administration of our CRM, Salesforce, for the team.
Specifically:
- Uploading documents to accounts
- Adding accounts to campaigns
- Creating Leads and Accounts for prospects and new donors
- Conduct due diligence reports on new donors and lead the reports through the appropriate channels for approval.
- Ensuring all processes are fully compliant with fundraising regulation.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the Foundation to support the successful delivery of the organisation’s objectives

We are proud to be partnering with a renowned Human Rights charity to find a full time, temporary IT Administrator. This is a full time, office based role near Old Street for a period of 2-3 months.
The IT Administrator provides administrative and logistical support to the IT team including laptop imaging, administration around contract management, taking and allocating calls to the helpdesk, carrying out first and second-line response and appropriate tasks allocated by the team managers. Job overview
We are recruiting Lead Coaches across our delivery locations in England and Wales to join our squad in August for the new academic year. This is a frontline role where you will spend the majority of your time working with young people, building relationships with them and delivering our full programme of activities which includes rugby based activity sessions, employability workshops, career taster days and more.
You will be working with some of the hardest to reach young people who are most at risk of exclusion, in small groups of 8-10. We use rugby as a hook and mentorship as an anchor, using our four cornerstones (developing life skills, raising aspirations, improving physical wellbeing, focus on mental wellbeing) to develop young people throughout their time with us. We enable young people to be in a better position to enter sustained education, employment or training (EET) when they leave school.
The delivery team always work in pairs, running our interventions across a variety of settings (including mainstream schools, Pupil Referral Units, Alternative Provisions, SEN schools, Youth Offenders Institutes, community centres and rugby clubs) working in the school timetable and between 3-7pm. While delivering our interventions is a big part of the job, you will also be responsible for supporting the team to ensure the successful collection of data, managing school relationships and delivering on partnership projects.
You do not need to be a rugby fanatic for this role, but you do need to be passionate about social mobility of the excluded. We are looking for someone with a youth work, teaching, mentoring or sports coaching background to help strengthen our team as we work towards our forward strategy.

The role
This role will play a key part in the success of fundraising at The King’s Trust International, both through managing a small portfolio of both philanthropy and corporate donors and more broadly through supporting the fundraising of the wider team. As one of our Grants & Services Officers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that grant applications are processed efficiently and applicants are dealt with holistically, compassionately and professionally.
As we help record numbers of people, the successful candidate will be required to:
Deal with applicant enquiries
- Ensure a pleasant, helpful and empathetic welcome to applicants who contact the Charity by email, web form, grant application or telephone.
- Provide guidance to applicants in relation to the Charity’s grants criteria, services and process, ensuring they understand how to apply and that their request fits within our criteria.
- Identify any potential safeguarding concerns at an early stage, escalating appropriately
Process applications and referrals to services in a timely manner
- Verify that applicants are eligible beneficiaries and meet the Charity’s criteria.
- Prioritise any applications with particularly urgent requests
- Check that each application is complete and follow up with applicants as required to ensure all information and supporting documents have been submitted.
Provide guidance and information to applicants
- Provide clear guidance to applicants throughout the application process.
- Inform applicants of other potential sources of help and support
- Respond to applicant queries quickly and accurately throughout the application process.
Recommend appropriate grant decisions
- Prepare objective, non-judgemental reports for each case, with appropriate, clear recommendations in line with the grants policy.
- Consider if cases should be referred to Senior Management or Trustees, in line with the existing Grant Making Policy.
To be considered for this position with great scope for growth and development potential, applicants should demonstrate:
- Previous experience within a grant-making role or proven knowledge of the grant-making / benevolent sector.
- Proven experience of providing help and guidance, predominately over the phone and via email, offering support to applicants throughout the grant making process, and other sources of potential help.
- Previous experience of using databases / CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Ability to interpret grant criteria effectively and make clear decisions.

About the Team
We recently launched a new 3-year partnership with a leading UK bank, with a strategy centred on building the UK’s financial resilience. Together we aim to break the vicious cycles that leave people with poor financial health which may negatively impact their housing situation. The project aims to improve and challenge financial resilience by delivering specialist advice and intervention and gaining evidence and insight into the issues.
Our three Communities Teams are responsible for identifying, investigating and intervening in housing and homelessness practice issues. We engage with our local communities to understand the issues people are facing and apply expert housing knowledge, insight and analysis to identify solutions to them. As well as providing advice and advocacy for individuals, we also use our insight, relationships and influence to drive systemic change, always ensuring that Lived experience is at the heart of everything we do.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for providing money and debt advice, advocacy and casework to clients, including homelessness prevention and financial resilience. We’ll also rely on you to deliver housing and financial health/resilience workshops to a variety of audiences, including clients and their families, local professionals and volunteers.
About you
To succeed, you’ll need to be used to working with, and influencing, a range of internal and external stakeholders and enjoy collaborating with people from other teams and organisations. You’ll also need great time management skills, an enthusiasm for delivering workshops and presentations and a willingness to challenge practice and hold people to account. Adept at engaging with individuals and communities, you enjoy gathering evidence and identifying insights, issues and trends. What’s more, you present information and arguments in a clear and compelling way and have excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency using IT like Word, Excel, email, internet and in-house CRM systems is also required.

At Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice we care for children and young people whose lives are just too short. Our aim is to reach every family that needs our help and to offer them the very best choice of care. Did you know that every year we need to raise £6.5m to keep our doors open and only around 16% of our income comes from statutory funding? The rest has to be raised through fundraising activity.
We support families from a large geographical area, including South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire, North Derbyshire and parts of North Lincolnshire. The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Income Generation team at Bluebell Wood and we are now on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to develop and manage the organisation prize-led fundraising income streams.
Bluebell Wood’s weekly lottery and seasonal raffles are crucial for our care funds. Using your strategic thinking and commercial experience, you will oversee prize-led development and operations, ensuring targeted income levels are achieved in line with relevant governance.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Individual Giving Manager to implement strategies to ensure participation grows year on year in alignment with the business plan, whilst also working to both maximize the net contribution of all Bluebell Wood gambling products and to develop new products with this donor audience in mind.
