Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Trustee Board, as CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing operations, and overseeing the overall development of SHARe Knowsley’s services. You will lead fundraising efforts and oversee the charity’s budget to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of SHARe Knowsley. You will lead a passionate and dedicated team of staff and volunteers, ensuring that our programmes are effective, sustainable, and aligned with our mission. You will also play a key role in building relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and funders, as well as advocating for the rights and needs of asylum seekers and refugees, promoting a positive and inclusive organisational culture.

Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a passion for social justice and human rights. You will have a proven track record in a management and leadership role, preferably within the charitable or not-for-profit sector. Ideally, you will have experience of working within the refugee, asylum, or social care sectors. You should be a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build partnerships and influence at all levels. Job Details:

• Position: Chief Executive officer
• Location: Based in Huyton, and at times, at the drop-ins located in other parts of Knowsley; with an opportunity for hybrid working

As Communities Development Lead you will lead on business and service development for the Communities Team through relationship and partnership integration, horizon scanning, income generation and the implementation of special projects.

 The successful candidate will have substantial knowledge and experience of the Children & Young People sector, including legislation, frameworks and the changing landscape, within a management capacity and will be experienced in working within an inter-agency commissioning environment. A proven track record of securing funding from a variety of sources to support a breadth of youth and community programmes is key, as well as being able to demonstrate evidence of strong leadership and strategic thinking that has driven growth and impact.

A full UK driving licence and a willingness to work flexibly and travel across the Northwest region is a must.

Role description:

Client management

1. To take lead responsibility for carrying out client interviews, sifts and assessments (in line with agreed policies and processes) for clients in Warwickshire/Coventry, to include attending resettlement prisons and other prisons where clients might be located/released.

2. To take lead responsibility for client case management for those released to your agreed area of engagement.

3. To ensure that client database and other records are kept up to date, accurate and of suitable quality.

4. To build links and bridges for people between life in custody and life in the community to which they return.

5. To directly mentor clients as required.

6. To support the reintroduction of clients into faith communities as appropriate.

Mentor management

7. Work in recruiting, maintaining and supporting an appropriate level and quality of mentors (inc. being on recruitment interview panels if needed and co-presenting training).

8. Take lead responsibility for the management and support of mentor/client relationships for your agreed area of engagement.

General management duties

9. To contribute to the future planning of FU and link in as appropriate with the Community Chaplaincy network to develop good policy and practice,

10. Be proactive in encouraging local communities to respond to the needs of ex-offenders and to provide strategic leadership and a co-ordinating focus for faith groups’ activities with them.

11. To lead in raising levels of local awareness about criminal justice issues. To provide information, education and advice on the issues surrounding offending behaviour and to contribute to local crime-reduction.

12. To make a significant contribution to strategic development planning.

13. Working with the Operations Manager, to bid for local funding from local organisations (and through local promotional events).

Volunteer Manager

We are seeking an experienced manager to provide volunteering expertise and insight to enable significant income growth across the team.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering home working and flexible hours.

The Role

This is an exciting role which will be crucial in driving our Regional Fundraising vision to be at the heart of our communities. We need an army of recognisable volunteers beside us in all our communities, empowered to drive lasting change for people affected by stroke and support our plans for income growth.

Your team will be proactively acquiring new volunteers through various products and propositions. Leading the design and delivery of a high value network of ‘business boards’ and testing new, innovative ways to enable our supporters to donate their time to us. To deliver this you will lead on specific projects, role and proposition design, reporting and planning, and work collaboratively with others across the team and wider Customer Experience directorate. 

Reporting to the Relationships Lead you will lead your team (one direct report), coach members of the wider team and be a valuable member of the Regional Fundraising management team.

· Develop and deliver new volunteer products and propositions

· Responsible for all volunteer experience across the Regional Fundraising Team including volunteer platforms and technology to support efficient and effective ways of working

· To ensure effective line management of the team.

About Trauma Treatment International

Trauma Treatment International (TTI) is a registered charity in the UK. Our focus and expertise is in providing evidence-based psychological treatment and support to victims of collective violence around the world. As well as providing treatment for victims directly, we also support organisations that are trauma-exposed through their work to uphold human rights, in order to mitigate the impact of trauma in the workforce.

Clinical Supervision

● Oversee all services involving individual clinical work (treatment) for TTI in line with the delivery of TTI’s overarching operations, projects and priorities.

Operational Delivery

 Key Required Experience:

● HCPC registered psychologist who has completed Post Graduate doctoral level training in counselling or clinical psychology.

As Community Content and Information Lead you will be joining Breakthrough T1D, as part of our Community Engagement team. This role will work at the heart of a passionate team who deliver information and support to people affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D) to live well with the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage T1D at all ages and stages, championing community voice at every stage. 

You will be an enthusiastic person with an eye for detail with the ability to plan, manage and deliver our community-based content and information, using expertise and knowledge of new developments. This is an exciting time to join the team with ambitious plans to refresh, review and update many of our resources. 

You will be an experienced information content professional, you may have worked for charities before in similar roles. You will be driven by insight, community feedback and unmet needs with the ability to be agile to adopt new approaches.

Producing content and copy for multiple communications channels 

• Championing and ensuring lived experience insights drive new/updates to information and content which are rooted in community needs representing the diversity of the community

What is the Role?

The Partnerships Account Manager will drive business growth by securing new partnerships and managing key client accounts across designated regions. With a focus on building and sustaining long-term school and local council relationships, the Partnerships Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, expand our service offerings, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. 

The post holder will manage two administrators who will provide essential bid-writing and administrative support to facilitate efficient and effective client management.

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

   • Monitor client engagement, satisfaction levels, and service outcomes; produce regular progress reports for management.

   • Oversee tracking and analysis of client-related statistics to ensure targets are met and clients receive impactful, value-driven service.

   • Manage and track client data and prospect pipelines using CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

   • Report to SLT on accounts, Tenders, Bids, client meetings on a regular basis

   • Be curious to explore our Salesforce system data, understanding and interpreting delivery and impact data 

4. Team Management and Support Coordination

   • Lead, mentor, and manage two administrators focused on bid-writing, tender management, and client-related administration.

   • Support administrators in producing and reviewing high-quality bid documents and responses that align with client requirements and enhance our partnership outcomes.

   • Provide oversight to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently, supporting smooth client interactions and consistent follow-through.

   • Work with other leads like allocations and recruitment to ensure we can fulfil referrals

   • Foster a strong working relationship between bid writers and recruitment to ensure we can find tutors and go for the right bids. 

5. Bid Management and Process Improvement

   • Oversee the preparation and submission of tenders and bids, working closely with administrators to ensure high-quality and timely submissions.

   • Continuously review and improve internal processes to optimise bid management, client onboarding, and service delivery.

   • Report on bid submission performance, review client feedback to continuously improve. 

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Detailed knowledge of the UK Education Sector.

• Proven track record in client relationship management, with experience in sales or partnership development roles.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in face-to-face and telephone interactions, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-lasting relationships.

• Experience managing a small team, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure high-performance standards.

• High level of empathy and commitment to supporting vulnerable and underserved communities.

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS), is the only organisation in the UK specialising in both rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Due to its targeted focus on RA and JIA, NRAS provides truly expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate and campaignfor people living with these complex autoimmune conditions, their families and the health professionals who treat them.

As a small-medium sized charity (approximately 30 staff members), with a current income of circa £1.8m, we achieve a huge amount on a small budget, punching well above our weight. The role of Part-Time Trusts and Giving Officer will focus on medium to high value Trusts and Grants bids, report writing, relationship management and application pipeline management.

1. Main Purpose of Job

- Develop and implement an action plan for medium to large trust and grant fundraising bids with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Senior Trusts and Company Giving Fundraiser
