About the role
This role supports the Associate Director of Business Operations and the wider organisation in providing robust legal and compliance services covering contract review and negotiation, GDPR, Safeguarding, Insurance and Internal Audit. Reporting to the Associate Director Business Operations you will be expected to work closely with the Executive Team and other members of staff to aid the effective running of the organisation.
This role also leads on procurement across the organisation working with teams to ensure the charity is getting value for money for the goods and services it sources. This position is highly visible and involves regular interaction with all levels of the organisation, including the board, as well as external partners and funders. Therefore, we seek an individual with experience in working closely with these groups of stakeholders
The role is London based at our office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and may involve some travel in the UK. We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a minimum of 2 days (or 40%) a week in the office and the option for a flexible start and end to the working day in our vibrant central London office overlooking the Thames. • Significant experience of contract reviews including risk identification, negotiation and editing of boiler plate contracts.

What you do
Purpose of the Job:
This is an exciting new role for an experienced and dynamic fundraiser to take the lead in developing and growing our Individual Giving program. As the Individual Giving Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward a fresh, innovative approach to engaging supporters and securing vital donations to support the continued work of our charity. You’ll have the opportunity to shape new, compelling campaigns while building on the success of our existing initiatives, including the Christmas Star appeal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the individual giving donor journey to increase regular gifts, payroll giving, and one-off donations, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for supporters at all stages.
- Create and lead individual giving campaigns aimed at recruiting new donors, retaining existing supporters, and increasing reach, engagement, and income.
- Develop new fundraising campaigns to raise awareness of the charity’s work and motivate both new and existing donors to contribute, working closely with the Campaign Manager and other fundraising teams to create compelling messaging and content.
- Focus on retention and stewardship by maintaining and deepening relationships with existing donors, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the charity's impact, and encouraging continued support.
- Maximise payroll giving opportunities to reach employees across the region, building strong partnerships with businesses and organisations. Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager
- Evaluate campaigns against income and impact success factors, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness and donor engagement.
- Analyse and segment the supporter base to develop tailored supporter journeys and propositions, ensuring campaigns are targeted effectively and that data is used optimally for engagement.
- Utilise digital platforms to engage new and existing supporters, focusing on online acquisition methods and improving digital presence to encourage regular giving.
- Collaborate closely with other fundraising areas, marketing, and events teams to ensure the alignment of strategies, sharing of insights, and maximising opportunities for income generation through a unified approach.
- Assist in the delivery of donor and supporter engagement events, in line with the donor recognition and stewardship plan, to strengthen relationships and drive additional support.
- Contribute to the annual fundraising plan, supporting the charity’s broader goals and helping to drive growth in line with the three-year strategic vision.
- Ensure all activities are managed via the charity’s CRM system (Raiser’s Edge) to maintain accurate donor records, track engagement, and ensure best practice.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices, including GDPR, Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice, and charity law, in all aspects of fundraising activity.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to team development, taking an active role in team discussions and strategy sessions to achieve collective success.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a key income stream, working closely with teams across the organisation to develop a high-impact individual giving program. The target for this role is a minimum of £300,000 per annum, focusing on the continued growth of regular giving and deepening supporter relationships.

ROLE PURPOSE
This is an exciting new role which will build on an existing programme of supporting patient engagement in research, clinical trial development and clinical trials for lupus at a time of increased interest and activity in this area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery

Aid Box Community (ABC) is a Bristol charity that provides hope, love and a sense of belonging to people seeking asylum in Bristol. The charity was started 8 years ago on the Refugee camps in France by a local mum and has grown and evolved to support over 5000 people a year through our Free Shop and Welcome Hub, Activity Groups and Trips and Connections Befriending program. We have 336 volunteers and a fantastic, small team and we are looking for a part time Operations Manager.

You will be part of the leadership team to assist in the strategic planning and its implementation including HR, GDPR, safeguarding, health and safety, lived experience leadership and staff welfare as well as overseeing the daily running of the ABC hub and activity services.
You will report to the Director and at times directly to the board of trustees.
You will join the Designated Safeguarding team and will have responsibility for safeguarding duties. DSL training will be given.

Introduction
Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the charity uniting people to stop cystic fibrosis (CF). We fund vital research, improve care, speak out and race towards effective treatments for all. We won’t stop until everyone with cystic fibrosis can live without limits. Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition which causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system. It affects more than 11,000 people in the UK.
In recent years, improvements in the treatments for CF have transformed the symptoms and quality of life experienced by many, but not all of the community. The enormous leap forward that has been made is both wonderful and challenging and brings new support needs.
With better health, more people with CF now want to plan careers, but need to balance this with management of their condition. Others still need support with barriers to work or help to navigate their rights at work when they need to focus on their health. This led us to create Work Forwards, a dedicated programme of career, work and employment support for the CF community.
Background about the Work Forwards Programme
Building on the foundations of our existing financial and welfare support, our Work Forwards employment programme aims to give people with CF the confidence and skills to move towards secure, fulfilling employment which fits around their health needs.
Having secured three-year funding from the National Lottery Community Fund in autumn 2022, since then the programme has been helping people affected by CF with work, employment and careers. The project’s ultimate aim is to ensure they have the finances and resources to stay as well as possible and live a long, fulfilling life.
The project employs two staff and sits within our wider support service team lead by the Head of Support and Programmes. There are a number of key deliverables for the project including one-to-one support and guidance, online sessions, information resources, and a case study library. Outcome measures are focused on improing skills and confidence and ensuring people affected by CF can navigate barriers to work and employment.
Project Brief
We are now looking to evaluate the programme and seeking a freelance/consultant with expertise in evaluating programmes.
Working closely with Cystic Fibrosis Trust throughout, the consultant will design, implement and deliver an evaluation to enable us to monitor and assess to what extent the project is achieving the programme aims and make recommendations for future delivery.
The overall aim of this work is to compile and provide us with a comprehensive, well-presented, and easy-to-read independent report to demonstrate to what extent we have met the outcomes intended throughout this project, as described in the funding proposal.
The deadline for when we need this report completed is July 2025 and which we can then submit to the National Lottery Community Fund and use this to inform the development of future funding bids.
Key Deliverables
· Quickly develop a deep understanding of our project and anticipated project outcomes.
· Work with us to quickly develop the ways in which we will evaluate how we have achieved the project outcomes, through qualitative and quantitative data collection.
· Take lead responsibility for ensuring all research data and information is collected as required, to inform the development of a comprehensive report.
· Liaise with us throughout the process to ensure the report is developed to the standard we expect.
· By July 2025, provide us with an excellent final report which tells the story of the delivery of our project, the challenges, learnings and how we have met the project outcomes.
· Suggest a suitable methodology, within timeframe and budget, but we would expect it to include;
- - Interviews with beneficiaries who have been involved in the programme.
- - A review of key documents and resources produced through the programme.
- - Interviews/focus groups with people affected by CF to identify any future needs around work and employment not covered by the programme.
- - Review and compilation of all impact and evaluation data collected through the programme.
- - Review of the successes and challenges of the programme so far, to support us to learn from these and to suggest where they may be gaps in delivery/further opportunities to help us shape our possible future work in this area.
Indicative Budget
There is budget available to deliver this project and this is up to a maximum of £6,000. This must cover all costs to complete this work, including consultant fees, and any materials and resources needed to undertake the research and data-gathering element of the project.
It is accepted that it may be the responsibility of some other providers (including ourselves) to collect and provide some of the data required.
Role Requirements
The successful person will:
· Be a suitably experienced project consultant, researcher and report-writer.
· Have knowledge of delivery of funded programmes within a charity, particularly those funded by NLCF.
· Ideally understand work and employment programmes in a charity environment.
· Ideally have lived experience of cystic fibrosis – this will be a distinct advantage.
Tender Submissions
Your proposal to undertake this work should include:
1. Details of you/your organisation, core skills, experience and competencies.
2. Case studies/examples of specific projects you have worked on, including details of two referees.
3. Details of availability to undertake work distributed across the project period and through to completion.
4. Confirmation of ability to work as an independent consultant/freelancer (e.g. Have your own office/IT equipment and the correct tax and NI status to work as a freelancer)
5. Evidence of any professional indemnity insurance/public liability insurance you have in place.
6. Details of how you would fulfil the project brief, the fees you would charge and the steps you would take to deliver the project to budget and timescale.

· Extent to which the tender demonstrates an understanding of and meets the brief.
· Previous experience of delivering similar briefs in a relevant field.
· Overall quality of the submission.
· Availability to deliver to timeline.

Drive Forward Foundation (DFF) is a London-based charity dedicated to empowering care-experienced young people to transition from care into sustainable and fulfilling careers. Each year, we work with around 750 care-experienced young people, offering tailored support that spans holistic 1:1 guidance, bespoke counselling, career mentoring, exclusive work and training opportunities with employer partners, and our established youth policy forum. Our programmes address the diverse factors that influence young people’s ability to thrive, including mental health, housing, and criminalisation.
As our first Impact & Evidence Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to establish and shape DFF’s impact measurement framework. Your work will capture the effectiveness of our wide-ranging services and create a foundation of evidence that reflects the lived experiences of the young people we support.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on a relatively blank canvas and is passionate about building an evidence-based culture – integrating both data-driven insights and qualitative narratives – to enhance outcomes for young people. By combining internal evaluation with sector-wide research, you will amplify the voices of care-experienced young people, ensuring their experiences drive meaningful change in our programmes and beyond.
This evidence base will underpin DFF’s policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership, helping to reduce systemic barriers to employment for care-experienced young people. Key Responsibilities
Impact Measurement and Framework Development

Co-design and develop an impact measurement framework with programme users and other stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of DFF’s interventions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Homicide Service (HS) Operations Manager to join our HS Operations Management Team. This is a job share working 3 days per week (22.5 hours Wednesday/Thursday and Friday); you will be home based but expect extensive travel in the UK and Wales will be required. The HS provide exceptional support to people affected by murder and manslaughter. We work closely with Major Crime Teams within police forces across England and Wales. We also support families of British Nationals murdered abroad and so work closely with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office who refer into the HS.

- The Water Security Lead is based in the WASH Technical Effectiveness team, reporting to the head of the team. As a Practice and Innovation Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of a range of practice-based partnerships, demonstrator initiatives, and test and learn activities, helping to turn bold ideas into action and shaping the conditions for community businesses to thrive. About the role:
- This role is based in Humberside with an office base in Hull, is a hybrid role and you will be required to travel across Humberside.
- As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the operational management and development of the Humberside Affected by Crime (ABC) service and additional specialist services including a children and young person offer, stalking service and ASB project.
- You will need to demonstrate your ability to lead across many issues whilst retaining a focus on the operational delivery and ensuring it is providing quality outcomes and an excellent service.
- This job is a busy one so you will need to manage competing demands and priorities
You will need:
- An ability to work independently, feeding into and working to agreed plans
- An ability to work in partnership with other agencies, stakeholders and colleagues
- Resilience and decision-making skills as this is a busy job with multiple demands on your time
- An ability to innovate, think critically, manage and respond to change
- An ability to communicate effectively with others including confident presentation skills and the ability to address large groups
