Key Responsibilities
- Line management of a team of mental health professionals and of trainees based in schools.

Key Purpose:
This role encompasses the day-to-day running of RABI’s mental health training programme. To include liaising with individuals and organisations seeking training; working with RABI’s specialist training providers; budgeting and invoicing, monitoring and evaluating the service.
In addition, the role will seek to explore possibilities for the development of the service, including working with external organisations across the sector to upskill and empower their staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop opportunities to engage with prospective strategic corporate partners around mental health training.
- Lead the management and delivery of RABI’s mental health training from initial contact through to booking, invoicing and feedback.

- Work with other RABI departments to ensure promotion of RABI’s mental health training and maximise the opportunities it provides.

The salary for this position is £43,617 per annum.
Role Overview
You’ll be leading the Challenge Events team in the delivery of the charities third party event portfolio including the likes of the TCS London Marathon, London Landmarks Half Marathon and The Royal Parks Half Marathon. You’ll work across the wider Fundraising and Marcomms teams, and with external stakeholders and event organisers to lead a team to market and manage a diverse portfolio of third party sporting events across running, cycling, walking, trekking and other disciplines. You will work towards ambitious growth targets and provide an exceptional supporter experience to the 3,500+ supporters the team manage annually. This is a 1 year fixed term contract.
About You
- You’ll be a strong people manager and competent working with multiple stakeholders.
- You’ll also be an experienced fundraiser, used to working towards ambitious targets.
- You will have a passion for event delivery, project management, marketing and excellent supporter experience.
- You’ll have experience of managing third party event portfolios, and have a good understanding of marketing, stewardship and stakeholder liaison.

Challenge Events raise significant income and the team is a crucial part of the Mass Participation department, which sits within public fundraising. The Mass Participation department is also responsible for Owned Events & Products and Virtual Events, raising £6m per year overall.

Chichester District Foodbank is a vibrant and ever-evolving community project which provides emergency food to over 9000 local people every year. We are looking to employ an Office Manager for 37.5 hours per week at £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.
As the Office Manager you will manage the overall running of the Foodbank office/building, including overseeing HR, implementing policy and procedures, including Health and Safety, maintaining administrative processes, managing stakeholders, serving the trustee board, and working closely with staff in the implementation of events and projects.
Responsibilities
As the Office Manager you will be responsible for managing the overall running of the Foodbank Office/building and administrative processes.
The postholder will do this by:

The first point of contact for clients and stakeholders on the Chichester District Foodbank main telephone or central email, dealing with initial enquiries and referring them to relevant member of staff when appropriate.

About the role
This role focuses on scaling CARAS’s unrestricted income portfolio, building CARAS’s support base to sustainably increase our income. Working closely with the Head of Development and Impact, this will include:

Currently, our student team supports hundreds of students per year to take part in some incredible fundraising challenges. We have two roles available for Student Fundraising Assistants to work with the current team across campuses in the UK and one in Ireland. THE ROLE
The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for leading the London team’s overall fundraising strategy and activities. Duties and Responsibilities
Key working relationships
- Form a robust network and collaborate with a wide range of partners, across the Act as One Partnership. Foster strong relationships through effective partnership working, ensuring mutual benefits and successful relationship management.
- Represent the VCSE sector in conversations on Urgent and Emergency Care, High Intensity Use, Intermediate Care, and other strategic meetings as required.
- Ensure that VCSE partners are well represented in all engagement with commissioners and to develop the reputation of the VCSE as partners.

• Develop the required tools and mechanisms to ensure ease of engagement.
• Design and implement a stewardship programme that cultivates long term support across all fundraising streams.
• Work across teams to raise the profile of the charity and its appeals and fundraising activities.
• Develop new ideas and initiatives to bolster individual giving.
• Grow in memoriam donations through selected partnerships and long-term relationships that raise the profile of Kidney Care UK within the sector.
Donor data analysis and segmentation
Analyse and segment the supporter base to develop targeted supporter journeys and ask strategies, using donor data from our CRM to:
• Maximise the lifetime value of donors.
• Ensure effective use of supporter data for campaign purposes.
• Manage a continuous cycle of testing for new channels and techniques for acquisition and retention, based on audience insight and sector trends.
• Work with the Head of Fundraising to produce regular feedback reports and analysis.
• Ensure all activities and contacts are managed through the charity’s CRM system.
• Maximise gift aid opportunities.
Stewardship and donor engagement
Manage donor stewardship to provide personalised and engaging communications, including:
• Managing the production of supporter materials.
• Building a thanking programme that offers a personal and engaging donor experience.
• Collaborating with colleagues to identify individual stories for impactful campaign content.
Competencies: knowledge, skills and experience
- Experience of income generation from direct marketing campaigns (acquisition and/or retention) across a variety of digital channels for acquisition and retention.
- Experience of project management to deliver acquisition or retention campaigns within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Experience of using databases for targeting, segmentation, testing and response analysis and how to apply these learnings to future campaigns.
- Knowledge of Charity Law, Data Protection, Fundraising Code of Practice, and other relevant marketing or fundraising standards across the UK.
