Your Role at Norwood:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities and autism to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
• Guiding and supporting individuals in their day-to-day activities.
• Encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Accompanying individuals to routine appointments.
• Teaching essential life skills like budgeting, shopping, and managing bills.

As Trusts & Grants Coordinator, you will produce inspiring funding applications and reports, and develop relationships with new and existing funders. As well as building on our pipeline of grant making trusts, you will also support the development of income from statutory bodies such as local authorities.
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, and who is able to write impact-driven funding proposals and reports to inspire sustainable funding. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Finance will provide a stable and flexible finance function to support the charity at an exciting time of growth and development. About the role
Our Operations team are the people behind the scenes that enable Nordoff and Robbins to function day-to-day. We cover all the essentials such as facilities, health and safety, finance, and IT/systems support.
As an Operations and IT Manager you will play an important role in keeping our music therapy facilities, IT and health and safety functioning charity wide. We’re looking for someone who has excellent task-management skills, is responsive, has strong technical skills and has a can-do attitude. You’ll report into the Director of Finance and Operations and people lead the Facilities Co-ordinator, and together you will oversee the smooth operations of the London Centre.
Don’t worry, you don’t need to be musical, but you do need to be able to spin numerous plates on a day-to-day basis, working with colleagues, clients and contractors right across our London Centre to keep things running ship-shape.

You will lead on relationship development and liaison with key stakeholders, ensuring that Remembrance objectives are central to negotiations and event development. Operationally, you will lead the planning and delivery of events that support the development of relationships with priority audiences, including youth, diverse, armed forces, and heartland communities. You will provide direction and line management to the Director of Music, ensuring events have suitable musical accompaniment. You will ensure each event is delivered using excellent project management practices, negotiate with partners and contractors to ensure alignment with the Royal British Legion’s objectives and best value for the charity. You will develop a process of review and continuous improvement. This role requires strong financial management, control planning, and operational budgeting to ensure cost-effective delivery of activities while meeting key KPIs.

The NGSN Communications and Partnerships Manager role is crucial to the successful coordination and delivery of the communications for GambleAware and the National Gambling Support Network (NGSN). This is a new role in our People team and we are looking for an energetic and dependable People Operations & Systems Manager to work closely with our Head of People and Culture, to help implement best people strategies and practices to secure a sustainable organisational culture. You must possess significant HR management experience (3-years in similar role) to continuously track the department’s efforts and target its goals. This role reports into the Head of People & Culture and is a mixture of remote working and office based.
You will be liaising with all colleagues on HR practices and school and regional based practitioners; together with all Line Managers. Setting goals for people operations deliverables to track the department’s outputs and goals in line with our vision and values. Supervising and managing the people administrator and the L&D Advisor to manage the following:
- Reviewing and approving necessary modifications to the people operations department’s efforts from time to time.

- Full responsibility for payroll management; together with Finance and outsourced payroll bureau.
- Responsible for all our People HR/Training/ATS systems to ensure they are managed effectively and fit for purpose.

About the Role:
This role is a hybrid working role and is based at our Old Street offices, Islington, London for a minimum of one day a week and at our hospital co-location St Helliers Sutton subject to operational demand. As a Domestic Abuse Service Manager you will be:
