- A market rate salary of £51,577 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.
- 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days within 5 years) plus eight bank holidays and three additional days (pro-rated if working part-time).

About The Role As the Head of Finance and Administration the post holder will be a custodian of the organisations financial and operational resources. Main duties and responsibilities

- Provide direct line management support to the finance and administration team and inspirational leadership throughout Ubele
- To be an integral member of Ubele’s senior leadership team through collaborating with colleagues to achieve organisational goals
- To act as an advocate for the Finance & Administration team and the wider organisation, attending both internal and external meetings as required
- Support Wolves Lane Consortium in the development of its Business Plan and financial strategy, and in its ongoing financial management. This within the context of Ubele’s role as the Consortium’s co-managing steward, and
- To provide financial administration services to Wolves Lane Consortium if so procured
- To undertake any other duties consistent with the post and purpose of the role, and to assist with other areas of work as required.

About this job
We’re looking for an efficient and methodical self-starter to join our Governance and Executive Office (GEO) team in this varied role.
Delivering high-quality, executive-level administration, you’ll be a core part of the team supporting our Executive Group and Board of Trustees, enabling them to operate effectively and continue to drive forward our work for the MS Community.
Liaising closely with senior colleagues across the MS Society, as well as key stakeholder and volunteers, you’ll be part of our EA Team. You will provide direct administrative support for two of our Executive Directors and help ensure that our Executive Group have the support they need.
You’ll have experience of a range of administrative tasks, including providing support for meetings and minute-taking, as well as delivering executive-level secretariat support.
As a key member of the GEO team, you’ll undertake specific projects relating to the requirements of the Governance and Executive Office and contribute to the overall delivery of the Governance and Executive Office team’s objectives.

The Technology department in Refuge supports our work with survivors of domestic abuse by providing the technology, systems and tools used by our colleagues.
Through our suppliers we provide core technology infrastructure including laptops, mobile phones, internet access, printers and telephony to our Refuges and other frontline Services.
You will ensure that colleagues have the equipment and technology infrastructure they need to carry out their roles. Day to day, you’ll manage our telephone, broadband and printer suppliers, working to reduce costs and make sure that Refuge gets the service it is paying for. You will lead on projects to improve our technology infrastructure, delivering cost savings and service improvements through our suppliers.
Some of the work is administrative, ordering mobile phones, arranging shipping and keeping inventories up to date, but there is a real opportunity to improve the service we provide by delivering improvements to infrastructure and managing key suppliers to get value for money. This role requires supplier and project management expertise, but no specific technology related expertise beyond that of a capable user is necessary.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing and potential supporters via phone, email, or in person to inspire legacy giving and secure pledges.
- Develop and execute a regional legacy strategy focusing on awareness, stewardship, and conversions while contributing to the national Legacy & In Memory strategy.

About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become the first Administration Officer for the Botanical Society of Britain and Ireland. The charity and our membership and activities have grown rapidly over the last five years through two rounds of strategic change. There is continued strong demand for our data, expertise and skills, creating opportunities to develop our projects and partnerships. The Communications Assistant’s responsibilities include:
Digital Marketing
• Help to manage the departmental content and marketing calendar

• Lead on our social media community engagement – responding to messages/replies, moderating where necessary and pinpointing relevant conversations

Other Responsibilities

Building on our work since 2015 tackling hunger and food insecurity, Feeding Liverpool lead Liverpool’s Good Food Plan in partnership with communities and organisations across the city.
We are looking for a Policy Officer - someone who will work collaboratively with local and national leaders such as Liverpool City Council and Public Health.

Additional Information:
This role is a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2026, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The outcomes of this project will not only shape WWT but will also be shared across the wider sector and the Heritage Innovation Fund.
This is a part time role, working 15 hours a week (regular working pattern to be agreed). The role can be based at any WWT site with hybrid working opportunities. Travel to other WWT sites and partner organisations will be required.
