Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with new donor prospects and support the expansion of the Patron Programme.

Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a similar philanthropy or fundraising role.

- Strong project or event management experience.
- Knowledge of philanthropy fundraising, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with major donors.

To be successful
You should have experience in the following:
- Leading on the delivery of business solutions using the appropriate project framework or methodology, and the investigation, definition and resolution of complex data, digital and technology issues.
- Collaborating, communicating, and presenting complex data, digital and technology information effectively with both IT and business colleagues, as well as customers and suppliers, will be key in successful project delivery.
- Considerable experience in a similar role (Technical Project Manager and/or Business Analyst) and proven experience with cloud-based data platforms and in data-related projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance.
- Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Spectra CIC delivers counselling services across London. The post holder will manage Spectra’s Psychosexual Counselling Service. The Gateway service is used as a partnership arrangement with a local authority for temporary accommodation. The Housing Coordinator will be the lead point of contact for Look Ahead at this site and manage this relationship on a day-to-day basis.
The Housing Coordinator will also be expected to monitor occupants' adherence to house rules and work with our Local Authority partners to follow up any enforcement action, occupant support needs or requirements that are presented.
A key part of the role is managing the safety and operation of the building, as well as dealing with enquiries and contact from customers and visitors. The Housing Coordinator will be required to monitor the maintenance function and facilities on the site and raise any contractor performance issues to the head office based Property and Landlord Services team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit and induct new volunteers to support our services, working with the Services Director and the Training & Outreach Lead. Work with the service managers to review training and update training modules.
-Ensure there is appropriate training, support, supervision and acknowledgement for all volunteers and ensure recruitment and processes comply with the charity’s values & EDI requirements
-Research and write volunteer policies and procedures, including risk assessments.
-Support and recruit volunteer community leaders; work with them to aim for consistent quality across the groups experience and develop an online training programme for leaders, and longer term, put a funding case together to support a training weekend for community leaders.
-Keep records on which community groups are active and identify areas of need and feedback mechanisms.

-Keep up to date with legislation and policy related to volunteering and make any necessary modifications to accommodate changes.

As a senior leader, you will collaborate with the CEO/Chief Admiral Nurse, Director of Clinical Services, clinical staff, trustees, and volunteers to effectively showcase Dementia UK’s impact, engaging new supporters and deepening relationships with existing ones. You will cultivate a high-performing team culture, inspiring staff to exceed targets while providing strong leadership and professional development. Additionally, you will work closely across the organisation, partnering with Marketing & Communications to enhance brand visibility and supporting Policy, Campaigns, and Public Affairs initiatives to drive greater influence and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in major donor, corporate, and trust fundraising, with a proven track record of growing income and securing substantial gifts through senior relationship management. You will have expertise in developing and implementing fundraising strategies, translating them into clear operational plans with defined KPIs and risk management. As an experienced leader, you will provide direction, motivation, and effective line management to the team, ensuring their development and success. The charity offers a flexible working environment, with hybrid working and an expectation to work from either their Chelsea or Sutton site 2 days per week.
Reporting into the Individual Giving Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Individual Giving team. You will be responsible for the delivery of core elements of the Supporter Acquisition programme, developing engaging communications / products and activity across multiple channels, such as paid search and social, email, telemarketing and offline channels. You will lead and deliver projects for the recruitment of new supporters to identify new audiences, optimise response, grow the supporter base and contribute to the lifetime value of supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead in the development and delivery of Supporter Acquisition campaigns/activity/products across a range of media, with a specific focus on digital channels, in line with strategy, planned budgets and targets, ensuring campaign deadlines are met.
• Work closely with the Individual Giving Manager – Supporter Acquisition to plan, manage and deliver the annual operating plan, including end-to-end project management, making decisions within agreed parameters, providing recommendations for final approval.
• Be responsible for the briefing and the day-to-day management of internal and external suppliers including copy and artwork development through to production, broadcast and final print.
• Monitor and report on campaign/activity/product performance/KPIs (e.g. end of campaign reports, monthly reporting) and analyse results to enhance campaign performance and inform campaign planning, decision making and improvements to Supporter Acquisition.
• Manage the briefing and liaising with the Data team to deliver complex and accurate data selections and reporting requirements.
• Deliver draft budget and reforecasting figures as part of the planning and budgeting process, providing information required, and working closely with the Individual Giving Manager – Supporter Acquisition, to review and reforecast activities for Supporter Acquisition.
Person Specification:
• Experience of applying the principles and techniques of Individual Giving / Direct Marketing within a multi-channel, multi-discipline environment, especially through supporter acquisition channels.
• Good project-management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, creative development, and supplier relationships for fundraising direct marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of best practice digital fundraising, with particular experience of running Search, Social and online campaigns to increase supporters and gather data for future marketing opportunities.
• Experience of managing campaign budgets, reforecast of activity, monitoring, reconciling and reporting on results in line with KPIs.
• Experience of managing external relationships, for example with suppliers, agencies, including effective negotiation re costs and contractual obligations.

An extraordinary opportunity has come up to lead The Resilience Project’s next phase of growth. From start-up to scale-up, TRP is now looking for a dynamic leader to develop our offerings and oversee our international operations. The CEO will provide strategic leadership and direction to The Resilience Project, ensuring the organisation achieves its mission and strategic goals. This role is a unique blend of internally and externally focused responsibilities. For the latter, working alongside our Founder, you will act as the face of the organisation, building partnerships, securing funding, and ensuring that our programs continue to deliver exceptional impact. For the former, working alongside our COO, you will oversee the financial health of the organisation, iterate scaling infrastructure strategy and foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, joy and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Focus on scaling and strengthening The Resilience Project, particularly developing alternative revenue generating pathways, key partnerships and long-term sustainable funding mechanisms. From this, develop and implement a long-term strategy that aligns with the organisation’s mission, vision, and values. Lead the organisation in responding to emerging challenges and opportunities in climate justice, youth mental health, and resilience-building. Embody and model our values of courage, care, co-design, community, joy and inclusivity.
- Organisational Development: Build and nurture a high-performing team of international staff and volunteers. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and empowering organisational culture. Work closely with the Senior Board to ensure effective governance and accountability.
- Financial Management: Working with the Finance and Fundraising Lead, develop and oversee budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and smooth cashflow.
