About the Role

The Director of Partnerships will lead TASC’s partnership efforts, responsible for cultivating and securing new partnerships, and delivering on partnership strategies. You will manage relationships with key strategic partners, donors, civil society allies, and academic stakeholders. The Director of Partnerships will work closely with the CEO, contributing to the charity’s broader external relations activities, while operating with independence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Strategy and Relationship Management:

  • Contribute to developing new partnership strategies.
  • Manage deliverables and track impact milestones as outlined in partnership strategies.
  • Oversee day-to-day correspondence with donors and strategic partners.
  • Facilitate meetings and visits with key stakeholders.
  • Support the CEO and team members in engaging with strategic partners.
  • Lead or contribute to relevant research projects.

• Internal Coordination:

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to ensure effective information sharing.
  • Coordinate joint inputs for briefs, communication materials, and applications.
  • Collaborate with the team in producing and disseminating deliverables, updates, and communication materials.
  • Regularly contribute to TASC's internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Operational Support:

  • Support the organisation’s broader projects or events as required.
  • Maintain relationships with NGOs, research institutions, and stakeholders to stay informed about trends, collaborations, and funding opportunities.

• Grant Management:

  • Manage all aspects of grant servicing, ensuring deadlines are met and donor requirements are fulfilled.
  • Draft and collate reports and grant applications, ensuring alignment with donor requirements.
  • Maintain systems for tracking grant data and provide information for internal use and Board papers.

• Management:

  • Line-manage a direct report (Partnerships Manager).

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• Right to work in London.
• Excellent written English.
• Proven experience in building cross-sector partnerships, especially with corporate partners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently.

Desirable:

• Experience in a corporate partnership or similar role.
• Knowledge or experience in the field of modern slavery, human rights, or development.
• Understanding of contracting and grant-making processes.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally.

• Direct line management of the Senior Leadership Team and the Head of Philanthropy

Governance

• Working collaboratively with the Board to ensure the vision and mission are met and that the board is sufficiently informed to enable the Trustees to discharge their duties
• ​Ensuring robust and effective governance processes are in place and adhered to Responsible for Strategic Risk Management and reporting on this to the Board

Person specification:

• Proven track record as a CEO or Board-level senior leader, ideally in a non-profit organisation
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve organisational vision and mission
• Strong communication and advocacy skills, with extensive experience representing organisations externally to various stakeholders (e.g. school leaders, partners policymakers, funders), and contributing to sector-wide policy discussions

The position of Fundraising Support Officer is a vital role within our Supporter Care team. The Supporter Care team is often the first point-of-call for Trinity’s supporters and fundraising queries – with communication across phone, e-mail and post channels.

The Fundraising Support Officer provides an important part of the donor experience ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately, and donations are thanked in a timely manner.

As Fundraising Supporter Officer, you will:

• Process cash, credit/debit card and CAF donations received via post, telephone and online platforms (e.g. JustGiving, Stripe, Enthuse).
• Thank donors appropriately, liaising with Fundraising Managers as needed.
• Perform bank statement reconciliation, which includes processing standing orders, direct debits, online giving and legacies.
• Answer incoming calls to the Fundraising Team and respond to general email enquiries, maintaining Trinity’s clear tone of voice and style.
• Work as part of the wider Fundraising team providing support and participating in other duties where required.
• Support and attend fundraising events, occasionally outside of normal working hours.

· To manage the delivery of Young Marketeers in Coventry in four primary schools

Background to School Food Matters

School Food Matters (SFM) exists to teach children about food and to improve children’s access to healthy, sustainable food during their time at school. We provide fully funded food education programmes to schools. Our experience delivering these programmes informs and strengthens our campaigns, bringing the voices of children, parents and teachers to government policy.

Young Marketeers

This much-loved programme was started in London in 2012. It is now running in 12 cities across England and is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund for three years.  The programme provides hands-on opportunities for children from primary schools to grow fruit and veg from seed to sell at their local market. Young Marketeers is also a platform for School Food Matters to promote food education to schools and communities as a way to support children to live happy and healthy lives.  Children learn the art of growing veg from seed, and market traders will share their secrets on how to create a winning market stall.  Primary schools will be visited by our gardener in March/April and then again in May/June and receive further tips on how to ensure a bumper crop. And in July, they head to the market to sell their produce, and to meet the mayor!

Key Tasks include:

· Recruit four schools to take part in Young Marketeers

· Build and maintain relationships with teachers, teaching assistants and senior leaders to ensure the smooth running of the project

· Build and support relationships with contacts in partner organisations

· Schedule, organise and deliver

o One assembly in each school

o Two food growing sessions in each school

o One market trader training session in each school

o Market Day in the city centre in July for four schools

· Maintain accurate records relating to the programme

The Royal Hospital Chelsea is seeking a passionate and skilled Trusts & Foundations Officer to join our dedicated team on a part time basis and help secure vital funding to support our mission. By securing grants and building long-term relationships with charitable trusts and foundations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued care and wellbeing of the Chelsea Pensioners.

The Role:

As the Trusts & Foundations Officer, you will take ownership of an exciting and diverse portfolio of charitable trusts, foundations, and other grant-giving organisations. Reporting to the Head of Trusts and Statutory Fundraising, you will work to grow both restricted and unrestricted funding to help meet the Royal Hospital’s long-term income targets. This role requires strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and nurture lasting relationships with funders.

Key Responsibilities

As the Trusts & Foundations Officer you will assist in identifying new funding opportunities to expand the existing funder base, work closely with all departments to develop tailored proposals and implement the organisation's fundraising strategy. You will maintain a rolling programme of bespoke grant applications while building and stewarding long-term relationships with funders. The role includes supporting the Head of Trusts and Statutory Fundraising with donor communications, trust and statutory fundraising applications, submitting timely reports, and maintaining accurate records.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant fundraising role, and a good understanding of the voluntary sector funding environment. They should be skilled in researching and developing new funding pipelines, managing multiple contacts, and have excellent writing, proof-reading, and organisational abilities. Financial literacy and budget management are essential, alongside IT proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems like ThankQ. Candidates should have experience raising funds from trusts and foundations, managing donor relationships, and working to targets and deadlines.

Purpose of the job 

The PMO Manager is responsible for designing and managing the framework within which projects are created and managed to support strategic decision making and enable successful delivery of programmes and projects.  They will lead on management of UK Youth’s programmes by monitoring and supporting effective processes, governance and good practice. Sitting in Charity Services, they will be a centre of excellence for project management and governance across all functions and the charity as a whole, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement.

Experience 

• At least 3 years’ proven experience in successfully managing complex projects and delivering operational efficiencies.  

• Demonstrable experience of designing, implementing and monitoring project governance and PMO processes and controls.

School Food Matters (SFM) exists to teach children about food and to improve children’s access to healthy, sustainable food during their time at school. We provide fully funded food education programmes to schools. Our experience delivering these programmes informs and strengthens our campaigns, bringing the voices of children, parents and teachers to government policy.

Job Purpose

· To manage an exciting, new programme in Southwark implementing a whole school approach (WSA) to food

· To promote, develop and deliver the programme across nurseries, primaries, secondaries and SEN schools in Southwark

· To ensure that the programme is delivered on time and on budget

Key Tasks include:

• Onboard and line-manage a Project Officer and volunteers to support delivery, providing training as required
• Conduct desk research to group schools and nurseries using a RAG rating, based on level of support required to achieve a WSA to food
• Create a detailed project plan for delivery
• Support with the development of resources and training packages for schools
• Work with an early years’ consultant to tailor resources and training to nursery settings

· Recruit schools to take part in the programme

· Build relationships with teachers, teaching assistants, cooks and senior leaders in schools to improve the food they offer their students

· Support schools to complete school food action plans and polices

· Deliver role-specific training to key staff in schools (training provided if necessary)
