About the role
You will be joining an established, friendly fundraising team and will be responsible for promoting fundraising products and events within the local area. You will also be able to drive your innovative ideas forward by engaging with local schools, churches and other community organisations. As Regional Fundraiser you will be responsible for working towards personal income targets as well as maintaining high quality fundraising by keeping yourself updated with developments in the wider sector. You will build new networks within the area and ensure that supporters are given an excellent supporter experience.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have had a minimum of two years' experience in a Fundraising role or a role with a similar skill set i.e account management and have had proven experience of managing volunteers. You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to motivate and inspire groups of volunteers. You must also be flexible to work evenings and weekends. About the Role
The Corporate Fundraiser will work closely with the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager to secure new relationships across the Fylde Coat, developing a pipeline of sustainable income. You will identify and secure new opportunities, including corporate partnerships, sponsorships, CRM initiatives, Charity of the Year programs, and gift in-kind donations. Corporate is a very well-established income stream within the fundraising team, but there is still lots of opportunity to grow by building on the brilliant 40 year reputation of donor care and fundraising products.
Working collaboratively with the fundraising team, you will help prepare and deliver corporate sponsorship proposals for all Trinity Hospice events, products and campaigns. You will also plan and facilitate corporate engagement events with the aim of increasing brand awareness amongst local businesses and convert corporate supporters. You'll maintain a donor-centric approach to fundraising, ensuring that current supporters feel appreciated and building long-term holistic relationships.
About You
This role would suit someone who is a natural relationship builder with a talent for finding creative ways to connect with corporate supporters while attracting new businesses opportunities. You'll have worked in a fundraising or business development environment before and will have a track record of meeting financial targets and balancing a demanding workload with competing deadlines.

Key responsibilities for this post will include:
- Maintaining the alumnae database, including planning, integration of other data sources across the school, liaising with colleagues across the school ensuring data integrity, GDPR and best practices.
- Following and maintaining clear processes to capture data supporting the development and alumnae activities and communications - ensuring that information is imported and recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Creating an annual timeline for data transference across the school, setting out and following clear process and structure. Including new alumnae, new parents, former parents and staff data.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis, data segmentation and reporting to understand key audiences, including researching across the department to identify "lost alumnae".
- Managing all demographic information, donor gift records, market analysis, and generating financial reports for the head of department.
- Working closely with the school's finance department to ensure that figures and data are reconciled for all reporting purposes and liaising on matters relating to the direct debit service provider & third-party gift processing agencies.
- Use the school's system to update and maintain accurate records and details, ensuring that any data collected complies with all GDPR legislation and best practices.
- Assisting when required at department alumnae reunions and events (which may be at evenings and weekends).
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Worked in a similar post previously, ideally from a school or not-for-profit organisation.
- Knowledge of the systems ToucanTech or Raiser's Edge or similar databases in a fundraising capacity.
- Demonstratable experience in database administration including import/export, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent administrative, organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office suite of products and the ability to use bespoke systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR practices regarding confidentiality of personal information.

Key Responsibilities
- The purpose of this role is to lead the charities Lotteries and Raffles team which has the goal of generating and inspiring support from both new and existing supporters. This person will advance existing products and campaigns towards their full potential as well as develop new campaigns and activity that drive growth, retention and engagement. In doing so, they will act as a key support to the Executive Director of Individual Giving and Lotteries in ensuring that the department achieves its income generation goals.
- Develop a clear vision and strategy to deliver sustainable income growth within the prize led fundraising channel.
- Drive and oversee all day-to-day activity around lotteries and raffles, ensuring campaigns are effectively coordinated and that broader teams are enabled to support delivery.
- Proactively find ways to increase the impact of the Lottery and Raffle income streams by developing and testing new approaches to player recruitment, retention and engagement.
- Supported by the Executive Director of Individual Giving and Lotteries ensure compliance of the KSS lottery activities against the charities Gambling Commission license conditions
- Ensure that the operations of the entire income stream, including those delivered by external parties, adhere to guidance and legislation set out by associated regulatory bodies. This includes but is not limited to the Gambling Commission, Charity Commission, Fundraising Regulator and Chartered Institute of Fundraising best practice guidelines.
Head of Lotteries and Raffles
The role of Head of Lotteries and Raffles is part of the management team within the Individual Giving and Lotteries directorate. This directorate plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our supporters and generating sustainable income for KSS. Our Lotteries have a combined income of £9 million per year, and the Head of Lotteries and Raffles will be responsible for ensuring the consistent growth of these lotteries, and to ensure that we provide engaging and safe fundraising avenue for our supporters.

What will I be doing?
Oversee the campaign set-up and management process across multiple channels in response to briefs, ensuring campaign assets are audited prior to launch.
Lead on the delivery of data and digital campaign set-up requirements in collaboration with Data Selections, Digital Marketing and Social teams.
Work with UX experts to devise and deliver pre-launch test and learn initiatives, sharing findings with stakeholders and recommending optimisations based on results.
With Marketing Executive support, lead on all aspects of campaign delivery to time and budget whilst meeting agreed KPIs.
Work with Email & SMS, Social and Marketing Apprentice teams to deliver email, SMS, social and other specialist marketing activity.
Lead on in-campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, sharing recommendations to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns with key stakeholders.
Mentoring, guiding and upskilling junior colleagues.
What are you looking for?
Relevant experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis.
Good understanding of end-to-end supporter or customer journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns.
Data-driven with a good understanding of UX principles and experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisation.
Proven success of good stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively.
Experience of managing own workload, meeting deadlines, effectively handling changing priorities and work well under pressure.
