SEL Mind is working in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to deliver integrated support within the Trust’s Community Mental Health Teams. The integrated Care Team Approach (CTA) team provide support to people with long-term mental health problems (principally bipolar and psychosis), helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.
As a Senior Mental Health Advisor, you will be based within the existing Intensive Case Management in Psychosis (West) team at Beckenham Beacon. As part of the multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside clinical staff to deliver focused, person-centred, individual support, information and guidance on a wide range of social issues including housing, employment, and social integration. You will also hold line management responsibility for a Mental Health Advisor within the service.

JOB PURPOSE
The Administrative Assistant role provides a range of proactive administrative support to the Director of Fundraising of UK for UNHCR, as well as to the wider fundraising team. This role is therefore a key support in growing funding for refugees and displaced communities.

ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES
- Proactively manages the Fundraising Director’s calendar: scheduling and rearranging internal and external meetings and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Helps schedule meetings for the various fundraising teams.
- Books meeting rooms for internal and external meetings, ensuring any required technology is set up.
- Ensures briefings for Director of Fundraising are received in advance of meetings.
- Registers in-person external guests to the office and ensures they are welcomed.
- Books travel arrangements for the Director of Fundraising and heads of fundraising.
- Minutes meetings, including documenting and sending out summary of decisions made and next steps from internal meetings.
- Updates partner information in our database (Salesforce).
- Maintains files and records on SharePoint.
- Manages invites and guestlists for donor events.
- Leads on organising logistics for twice annual fundraising all staff strategy away days.
- Coordinates with colleagues to secure content and information for donor materials (newsletters, proposals, reports).
- Helps create template documents for donors (for example, thank you emails/letters).
- Collates documentation for purchase orders and invoices.
- Builds and manages positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifies any administrative processes that could be simplified or made more efficient.

About the role
This vacancy is for a University Access Officer to work in Oasis Academy Hadley and Lilian Baylis Technology School.
The University Access Officer works with school staff at all levels, volunteer tutors, and with the rest of The Access Project’s team to ensure that the delivery of the programme is optimised.
Role responsibilities
- Work directly with students in a professional and safe manner
- Engage with students in school and enrol them onto the programme
- Match students with volunteer tutors
- Monitor student attendance to tutorials and devise innovative solutions to encourage attendance
- Assess student progress towards being able to make successful university applications
- Upload information onto the Salesforce database (training is provided)
- Monitor the impact of tutorials, and intervene as appropriate
- Build and manage relationships with volunteer tutors to ensure they have a positive experience of the programme
- Manage tutor attendance to tutorials through weekly monitoring systems
- Work with school staff to ensure their cooperation and timely completion of activities contributing to the smooth running of the programme
- Chair and present at termly school meetings with Senior Management to report on programme progress.
- University Access Officers support the volunteering team by helping to deliver tutor training sessions, and attending university site visits, which take place on occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings (paid time off is provided).

Purpose of the job/About the role
The Supporter Care team is responsible for providing the highest level of customer care to everyone who interacts with and supports Dementia UK. As the Supporter Care Officer, you will help maintain and drive fundraising growth across various income streams. You will achieve this by ensuring the best possible supporter experience for all our donors and by proactively improving processes and ways of working to support this overarching responsibility.
Reporting to the Supporter Care Manager, the Supporter Care Officer will deliver excellent customer care to supporters and potential supporters of Dementia UK. You will also work closely with our database to maintain the quality of information available and assist with gift processing. Additionally, you will support all teams across fundraising and assist the Supporter Care Manager in identifying processes that could be improved, ensuring our database accurately captures our income.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience delivering high standards of customer service over the telephone, with the ability to handle enquiries diplomatically and sensitively. Purpose of the Job
The Recruitment and HR Operations Manager will report direct to the Head of People and lead the end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our organisation. The Opportunity
WorkWell is a government funded programme that offers an early-intervention work and health support and assessment service. This provides holistic support to overcome health-related barriers to employment, and a single, joined-up gateway to other support services.
We work in partnership with mental and/or physical health clinical teams, GP practices and other referral partners who refer clients who are currently in employment but are experiencing difficulties in the workplace and require assistance to help them return to work, remain in work or find new employment. · Coordinating P&C responses on behalf of IEU to internal and external audit requests.
· Supporting process and workflow development and data management within the Human Resources’ Information System as needed.
· Ensuring timely update of relevant databases, including group life cover, SMS Home Office system, and others
· Supporting, developing, and conducting staff trainings on People & Culture topics, policies, and processes
· Working closely with other members of the global People & Culture team to ensure the completion of standardized, efficient, streamlined People & Culture processes that supports a cohesive staff experience.

Employee Relations
· Providing first-level advice to employees, managers and leadership in line with UK employment law, best practice, internal policies and procedures and ACAS guidelines.
· Managing casework including, but not limited to: disciplinaries, grievances, absence reviews, flexible working requests, conflict resolution, redundancies, departmental changes, occupational health queries, performance improvement plans, etc.
· Producing and maintaining casework documentation, including Terms of Reference, minutes, notices, and follow-up correspondence.
· Escalating complex and/or unusual casework to People & Culture Manager.
· Providing coaching for managers on employee relations issues as requested.
· Ensuring all company policies remain up to date, periodically reviewing policies in order to implement relevant changes.
· Advising managers and leadership on the most appropriate casework steps, providing sound reasoning behind suggested options and clearly outlining potential risks.
· Maintain good working relations with all stakeholders, ensuring a discreet, diplomatic approach to Employee Relations issues as they arise.
· Maintaining excellent level of knowledge of current, recent and upcoming developments in UK employment law at a HR practitioner level.
· Managing all employee leave processes, including annual leave, sickness absence, maternity, paternity, adoption, TOIL, compassionate leave, etc.
· Escalating complex and/or unusual cases to People & Culture Manager
· Conducting exit interviews, identifying patterns and communicating to management in an aggregate form
· Producing periodic reports surrounding volume and nature of casework.
Payroll
· Processing timely updates of the payroll system records, including new joiners, leavers, student loan and salary sacrifice information and all variable changes.
· Ensuring all associated processes have been carried out in line with the supplier agreement and in good time.
· Serving as a liaison between the third-party payroll provider, P&C and Finance functions
· Producing all payroll related documentation including LoE changes, pay increases, maternity leave letters, deduction letters and other change letters as required.
· Generating a monthly pension report and timely uploading to the pension provider portal.
· Addressing all employee payroll and pay related enquiries.

· Degree, preferably in Human Resources or a closely related field or minimum 5 years’ prior relevant experience.
· In possession of or working towards a CIPD Level 5 or higher
· Experience with Human Resources information systems
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal.
· Ability to independently manage casework in line with ACAS guidelines.
· Proven knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
· Proven ability to handle confidential / sensitive information.
· Proven ability to successfully communicate and mediate with both management and staff.

· Proven ability to successfully operate in multi-cultural environments.
Preferred:
· Fluency in a second language other than English, such as French or Arabic
· Experience of working in an International organization or NGO
