We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer to join our team covering Oxfordshire.

You'll manage your own diary with a mix of working from home, office and out with our customers.

This is a full time permanent role with a starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on your experience.

Your role

You'll be delivering a professional and high-quality mixed tenure service to our customers, using your knowledge and skills to resolve a range of housing management challenges.

This could include anti-social behaviour, housing and neighbourhood issues, contract related breaches or changes, fraud and safeguarding.

You'll be an integral part of ensuring our neighbourhoods are safe, whilst listening to our customers needs and making changes when needed.

You'll balance your caseload with projects, shaping sustainable communities that develop an inclusive environment for our customers.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• The ability to proactively manage a complex caseload 
• Strong communication skills with previous experience of working with customers in a demanding environment.
• Experience in providing an Excellent customer service, contributing to us achieving a 90% customer satisfaction rate
• Previous experience, or a knowledge of delivering housing management services
• Experience of using computer systems, for example Microsoft Office
• The ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies
• Some of the roles will involve line management responsibilities for our Scheme Officers operating in our Housing for Older People schemes.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.

The Role

Working as part of the wider Technology department, the Salesforce Data Analyst Manager reports to the Head of Technology and will work closely with the Technical Solutions Specialist and the wider Salesforce project team.

This role is responsible for the quality of data imported and exported from Salesforce and our SQL databases.

The Data Analyst Manager will implement and oversee a data strategy to streamline ETL processes, ensure data quality and produce regular data quality reports. Additionally, they will be responsible for the administering and securing of our SQL server used for data-centric processes. You will be seen as a subject matter expert in their field, providing support across the organisation on a range of key projects.

About You

We’re looking for a hands-on manager, who can get stuck in on the daily tasks and lead a team of data analysts who are tasked with day-to-day operational duties.

You will have:

· Extensive experience of managing and developing a data analyst team

· Proven history of leadership and mentoring

· Proven experience in data management, analysis, reporting and visualisation

· Proven track record of identifying and remediating data inaccuracies to maintain high data quality

· Extensive experience of administering Microsoft SQL, SQL Server

· Strong proficiency in data analysis tools

Overall Purpose

To provide advice, assistance and support to young people in the home, as a key member of the Support Team, delivering Baca’s service in line with our Vision and Values. The role includes a consistent adult presence in the home. To attend to their practical and emotional needs whilst supporting the development of living skills. To teach them how to manage and look after a home in order to keep it safe and hygienic. To build trusting relationships within the home to enable young people to feel safe and cared for. To act as an excellent role model and to work closely with them and their Support Worker to enable them to make good progress towards independence.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome newly arrived young people into the accommodation, helping them feel safe and able to rest; with compassion without discrimination of age, race, colour or behavioural issues.

Emmaus collects donations of furniture and household goods from across Oxfordshire and these are sold in our superstore in Cowley and through our online sales business. [3 days] a week and may involve some weekend working and key holding responsibility. An opportunity has arisen to provide support in our weekly groups for young people aged 13-19 who are experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties. The groups are an informal, fun, confidential space where young people can meet and chat with other young people, take part in feel-good activities and receive helpful information and tools. There are two groups a week, one on Thursdays in Tunbridge Wells between 4.30pm-6pm and another in a venue in Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge, details to be confirmed.  

We are looking for a Sessional Support Worker to assist with the delivery of the groups. The postholder will work closely with the Reachout Youth Coordinator to help plan and deliver the groups and provide support to group members. You will have experience of working with young people and an understanding of mental health conditions. You will have excellent communication and listening skills, be positive, warm and welcoming and able to deal confidently with challenging situations.

The role is for 5 hours per week. Most of your time will be spent at the groups in their 2 different locations, with some time being spent helping to plan activities, attend monthly supervision, and/or other relevant meetings outside of the groups.

• Encourage and support user involvement and private tenants’ voice generally in our service development
• Represent Safer Renting to and manage relationships with an agreed group of local authorities

We’re looking for a strategic and relational leader capable of developing and delivering a comprehensive grants and foundations strategy and facilitating high value relationship-based fundraising.

Job overview

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will lead the delivery of the Dallaglio RugbyWorks range of interventions and delivery team within your designated area of Hastings. This is a new operational area for Dallaglio RugbyWorks and will involve the set up of the region.

In this role you will spend time on the ground delivering interventions to young people. You will also support your Programme Manager with the development and management of the region, which includes the line management of the part time and casual staff members that cover your area.

We are seeking someone with the combined skills of being able to deliver high quality sports and employability sessions to young people with the ability to take on a level of regional coordination.
