Overall Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Director of Fundraising and Fundraising Management Team to build and grow a donor pipeline by identifying potential prospects and connecting networks

Yeldall Manor is a Christian recovery centre for men wanting to overcome their addiction problems. We have created this new part-time position to provide consistent and professional HR support to the organisation, bringing together various roles currently undertaken by a few different staff members.

The role will suit someone who can work under their own initiative (after training in our charity practices), experienced in overseeing the employee journey from recruitment and retention to departure. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, and ensure that the charity is compliant with all relevant legislation. You will have:

- Excellent customer service skills ideally with a background in fundraising or sales.

Role Summary:

Global Health 5050 is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to support the professional running of the charity. • Strategic responsibility for ensuring that budgets, forecasts and management accounts are agreed to budgets.

Operations

• Oversee the provision of day-to-day operational support across all activities.
• Ensure all staff have the necessary equipment to do their roles.
• Ensure office maintenance, equipment & building purchase/lease, and maintenance are undertaken as cost-efficiently as possible.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Manging the relationship with the outsourced IT provider
• Lead on ISO 9001 management framework.
• Overall responsibility for procurement of, and all contracts with, service providers
• Overall responsibility for management of cyber security risk and maintaining Cyber Essentials certification.

Empower Youth Zone is the umbrella charity that oversees operations of the award winning HideOut Youth Zone (within the OnSide Network) which has supported over 7,000 children and young people since its opening in 2020. This newly created role has come up at an exciting time for Empower as they soon open a second site in Salford later this year. This position will aid and support the finance and operations of the Youth Zones to enable the smooth running of their activities.

Job Title: Senior Finance and Admin Assistant

Report to: Director of Operations

Responsible For: 2x Finance Assistants and a Reception Manager

Salary: £26,278 - £28,423 (pro-rata)

Working Pattern: 4 days per week (30 hours)

Location: Manchester, M12 5PX

This role with be responsible for assisting the Senior Finance Manager in a variety of tasks across payroll, bank reconciliations, invoicing, auditing, monthly financial reporting and accounting. You will also provide support for the Director of Operations and Business Administration Manager in general HR functions across recruitment and providing support to staff.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have at least one years’ experience in a varied finance role

• Have extensive administration experience in a fast-paced environment

• Ideally have used Sage accounting software or similar

• Ideally have experience working in the charity sector or in a youth environment.

• Desirably have prior line management experience.

Position:  Kingston BuddyUp Coordinator

Location: From our office in Teddington, Richmond Upon Thames, London

Salary: pro rata of £25,500-£28,000 depending on experience, incl OLW

Hours: Part time, 21 hours per week, some flexibility on days/hours as the service can involve some evening work.

Contract: 2 years with potential for extension

Richmond AID has successfully delivered the BuddyUp project in Richmond and Kingston for more than 10 years. We have established referral routes into the project and good links for attracting volunteers. This role is to work supporting young people in the borough of Kingston and you will work closely with our Richmond BuddyUp Coordinator.

BuddyUp Coordinator is a fun and exciting role at Richmond AID which requires someone who is motivated, creative and can work from their own initiative. The Buddy Up Coordinator will match disabled young people aged 14 to 17 to a volunteer buddy who will support them to access services and leisure opportunities. This post will be based in our offices in Teddington and will predominantly cover the borough of Richmond though at times you may also provide support in the borough of Kingston.

Your role is to recruit and train the volunteers, and then match them with a young person, providing ongoing support to young people and volunteers. You will work closely with our Kingston Buddy Coordinator running joint monthly group activities. So far trips have included bowling, cinema, crazy golf, shopping, days out in London, laser tag, boat trips, etc.

About you

You will be organised, and ideally have experience of running a project and experience of working with disabled people and/or young people. Training can be provided. You will have excellent communication and IT skills, administrative skills and be fully competent on Microsoft applications. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
