What You’ll Do
As our Senior Fundraising Officer, you’ll take the lead on several key fundraising initiatives, including:
Developing retention strategies: Engage with regular donors to uplift their contributions through multi-channel approaches (mail, email, phone).
Strengthening relationships: Implement donor reactivation and communication programmes to keep supporters engaged and appreciated.
Growing mid-level giving: Identify new high-value donor prospects, improve stewardship, and test innovative ways to grow income.
Campaign management: Lead on end-to-end campaign activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance metrics are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure successful fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
Innovation & Growth: Stay on top of market trends and explore new ways to expand our direct marketing programme.

Fundraising Supporter Development Coordinator
About the role
CUF equips people and churches to build just and flourishing communities where they live, so everyone across England can access support when they need it most.
Our fundraising team is a valued part of this, and as our supporter development coordinator, you will coordinate campaigns, direct marketing appeals and other supporter communications, using fundraising best practice, to maximise Church Urban Fund’s income for all components of individual and church giving. Supporting Young People
- To work with the tutor to establish an appropriate learning environment.

About the Role
To work as part of a team delivering an assessment, support and move on service to vulnerable clients in supported or community-based accommodation. The Role
Recovery and Connect is a project delivered in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is a newly created role for a £1.5million turnover charity based in South West London. You will be joining a small team, reporting to Merton Connected's Finance Partner .
This is a part time role.
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum (will be pro ratad for three days a week)
Hybrid: Going to their office based in Tooting / Mitcham once a week
Hours of work: 21 hours per week
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accounts upto Trail balance
- Assisting with Quarterly accounts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
- Liaising with external suppliers and customers
- Formulating and setting up supplier payment runs
- Preparing and Filing invoices, data entry
- Responsible for credit control
- Reviewing and posting staff and credit card expenses
- Managing all financial records and daily bookkeeping of the business
- Process Accounts Payable and ensure invoices are coded
- Preparing monthly Bank reconciliations and credit card transactions
- Assist with the budgeting and forecasting function
- Assisting with the preparation of Year-End audits
- Monthly payroll and pension duties

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Sound understanding of double entry book-keeping including month end adjustments
- If you have experience using QuickBooks it's a great advantage, or any other cloud based accounting system
- AAT qualified, holds a similar qualification or is working towards qualification

About the role:
We are is looking to appoint a Family Support Worker to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our London and South East Care Team.
Reporting to the Family Support Manager out of our London and South East team base and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for providing needs-led emotional, social and practical support to families where a child/young person has a life threatening or terminal illness.
