As part of this work, our Insights and Engagement Team engages a wide range of people in the Trust’s vision for Gloucestershire, and our Learning and Events Coordinator is integral to this.
We are looking for a Learning and Events Coordinator to provide coordination and administration support for Barnwood Trust’s internal learning programme, engaging staff and Trustees in individual, team and organisation-wide learning and development activities and events.
We want to diversify our team to better reflect the work and communities we support – this means we would particularly welcome applications from people who:

Contract terms:
· This role is 12 months fixed term, and we welcome applications from people looking for part time hours (19 hours per week).
· We offer a flexible start between 8am and 9.30am Monday to Friday.
· £16,023 p/a (pro rata) (FTE £31,624)
· 22 days holiday inc. bank holidays (pro rata) (FTE 36 days inc. bank holidays)
Summary of key duties:
· Coordinate and support team learning and development
· Assist in creating and implementing the annual Organisation Learning and Development Plan (OLDP)
· Report on learning expenditure and manage the Learning Management System
· Deliver and administer accessible internal learning activities and events
· Provide administrative support for bookings, venues, and liaising with attendees
· Maintain digital records of learning activities and ensure data accuracy
· Support staff and Trustees in accessing online learning resources

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for maternity cover for our current Salesforce Adviser.
The role is responsible for the management and development of the Salesforce CRM, which is Bond’s primary source of data and is used for essential business including member administration and engagement, managing contacts, event bookings, feedback forms and lead management. This role is managed by the Membership and Marketing Manager and works across all Bond teams and CEO.
In this role, you will provide hands-on support and technical guidance to end users, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the system.
Working across the organisation, the postholder is responsible for maintaining and developing Bond’s CRM (Salesforce). This includes improving the overall structure of the system including creating new record types and fields, automations via workflows, taking responsibility for data cleansing processes, developing and adapting pipelines and updating reporting and dashboards to serve the organisation.
The role is pivotal in providing high quality data to support strategic decision-making across the organisation, with a primary focus on data to support member retention and acquisition and build stakeholder engagement. This involves supporting staff members to ensure that all activity with members and stakeholders is logged and held in Salesforce as a single source of truth.
The role works closely with colleagues to maintain the associated Salesforce Community Cloud platform – the place where members communicate with each other through the Bond working groups and customers connect to our events, corporate partners, Bond Supplier Directory and recruitment services.
The post-holder will work with other team members to ensure that Bond’s digital infrastructure is seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, including its finance systems, e-marketing, events and other systems.
KEY TASKS / OBJECTIVES WITHIN THE CONTRACTED PERIOD
- Manage and develop Salesforce over the course of the contract ensuring any changes made are documented in Bond’s Digital HQ
- Ensure Salesforce is enabled so that all Bond’s activities with members and key stakeholders can be accurately logged and reported on – to give us an accurate and true picture of the level of engagement of our members
- Build the data culture in the organisation and upskill staff to use Salesforce efficiently and effectively – including data collection, automated processes and reporting - to ensure cross-organisation use
- Continue the implementation of Bond’s Salesforce Data Cleaning project
- Continue supporting the Certinia Consultant and Finance team with the improvements to the Certinia Finance System.
- Ensure the Salesforce back-up and disaster risk recovery solution is maintained and respond to any data breaches, alerts or notifications
- Set up and rollout new SF Community Cloud updates (eg: the events package)
- Troubleshoot and find solutions to any SF technical issues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Bond’s digital strategy
- Contribute to relevant Bond/team strategies and plans and the annual planning and budgeting cycle.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce development, integration and user adoption
- Lead the ongoing strategic and operational development of Salesforce to ensure it continues to meet Bond’s business needs.
- Design and implement new processes where needed, trialling different approaches and suggesting improvements to enhance data capturing for future reporting needs.
- Work collaboratively across teams within Bond to ensure Salesforce meets their needs, including researching and implementing additional add-ons where required.
- Ensure Salesforce is maintained, developed and improved and integrated with other Bond systems as required.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to ensure they are resolved.
- Be the main point of contact for all Salesforce queries and issues within Bond.
- Provide training, support and advice to enable Bond staff to confidently use Salesforce on a daily basis. This includes setting up and inducting new Bond staff and the development of clear and consistent processes and procedures.
- Create, update and maintain documentation around digital processes and systems.
- Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce developments and use this knowledge to make improvements to Bond’s Salesforce architecture and features.
- Work alongside Digital Projects Adviser to develop and implement Bond’s digital strategy
Data gathering, analysis and reporting
- Implement a standard approach to data capture and reporting to ensure that the information contributes to Bond’s overall perspective on member, customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Implement Bond’s Data Cleansing project, ensuring old data is removed from the system, working with Bond’s Business and Operations manager/Data Protection Officer to ensure that data is held in accordance with Bond’s data protection policy.
- Monitor and maintain Bond’s data back-up and disaster recovery solution and processes
- Set up reports and dashboards to enable staff to monitor, analyse and report on their work and activity and gain insights to inform business and service development.
Member experience and community website
- Maintain, develop and improve Salesforce Community Cloud
- Work alongside the Digital Projects Adviser to test and update custom-built packages where required
- Update and maintain the digital projects tracker, ensuring projects are prioritised as per the business requirements
- Work with external suppliers as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
- Certified Salesforce Administrator Credential OR extensive Salesforce Administrator experience at an international development or third sector organisation.
- Demonstrable experience and proactive approach to improving CRM functionality to meet business need.
- Demonstrable understanding of process automation tools, such as Process Builder and Flows.
- Experience of using Salesforce to create reports and dashboards and extract data in order to develop customer/stakeholder insight.
- Experience of integrating Salesforce add-ons.
- Experience of managing a complex data cleaning project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, also showing a technical competence when liaising with developers.
- Good organisational skills: ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritise resources where necessary and work on own initiative to deadlines.
- Creative thinker and a problem solving “can do” attitude.
Desirable
- Experience of salesforce community cloud.
- Experience of working in a membership organisation.
- Experience of using content management systems and/or e-commerce systems.
- Experience of using integrated CRM and e-marketing systems (ie, Campaign Monitor for Salesforce).

Job Purpose
With 10 years to achieve Agenda 2030, the SDG 6 targets on clean water, decent sanitation and good hygiene are among the furthest behind. Achieving universal, sustainable WASH will require a major mobilisation of resources, public demand and political will. Reporting to the Global Campaigns Director, this pivotal role works across the WaterAid federation to achieve the political and policy changes needed to ensure universal access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene.
The Global Head of Campaigns will lead WaterAid's campaigning on one of our two global advocacy priorities (currently climate). They will drive our strategic direction and, create the campaigns plan to embed WASH in the climate change agenda, building up political momentum, broadening out our campaign alliances and influential champions. The post-holder will be a champion for campaigning within the organisation, ensuring we achieve a greater impact than the sum of our parts through effective and strategic campaigning across countries, regions and international levels to deliver WaterAid's mission of WASH for Everyone Everywhere by 2030.
Team Description
The Campaigns Team plays a leadership role across the WaterAid Federation to drive the design and delivery of WaterAid's major advocacy and campaigns efforts to achieve SDG 6. We deliver an ambitious agenda, grounded in national level change and impact, using a variety of campaigning tactics, including advocacy, lobbying and working with influential people and organisations
Accountabilities
Key accountabilities will remain flexible. Work plans, and targets may change significantly according to political and advocacy priorities. Overall, this role will;
Campaigns leadership
- Campaigning leadership of one of the two WaterAid global advocacy priorities (currently climate) in a way that delivers impact.
- Alongside our International Affairs team, lead WaterAid's international influencing strategy, working with other teams to drive our engagement in key global political processes that will drive forward our advocacy agenda, with a clear vision of what success looks like and how it contributes to the theory of change
- Build and lead public engagement and campaigning strategy to drive awareness and action on our global advocacy priority.
- Lead the transition from policy to public campaigning, working with communications colleagues to turn policy into public messaging and events.
- Lead the building of political support and champions with influential stakeholders, working with teams across WaterAid as relevant
- Lead the building of relationships and joint strategies with campaign coalitions, allies and partnerships that expands our network into the women's health/climate change sectors, complements our advocacy approaches, and ultimately drives further progress on our mutual campaign interests
- Lead the organisation to utilise a range campaigning approaches, moving beyond WaterAid's comfort zone where it needs to, that will deliver against the theory of change for the advocacy priority.
- Be a media spokesperson and represent the organisation at strategic events and with high-level campaign targets

- Oversee a monitoring and evaluation approach that enables strategic course-correction and learning to maximise impact.
- Support the Campaigns Director to champion and provide campaigning thought-leadership to build WaterAid's federation-wide advocacy approach.
Campaigns operations
- Project Manage the delivery of the global advocacy priority, leading the execution plan, holding team members to account, chairing meetings and managing the budget.
- Provide operational leadership on cross-federation and cross-department collaboration on the global advocacy priority, to ensure the organisation has the buy-in and collaborates effectively for maximum impact.
- Work with WaterAid members, media and communications team, regional teams and country programmes on strategically important campaign moments to ensure strong strategic value and high-quality delivery
- Working with the fundraising teams to identify a pipeline of funding opportunities, collaborate in the development of fundraising proposals as opportunities emerge.
- Budget management responsibilities for the team
- Be an active participant in the Advocacy Steering Group (co-chair), the federation-wide group that has oversight of the roll out of both the global advocacy priorities, and raise up major issues to the Global Campaigns Director
- Work with particular countries or members where strategic support is required to have effective advocacy impact
Team management
- Line manage a Senior Campaigner that drives forward WaterAid campaign priorities and matrix manage a Campaigns Officer on specific projects (and external consultants as needed)
- Play an active role in facilitating strong team communication and coordination across policy, international affairs and campaigns teams within the department for effective delivery of the global advocacy priority.
- Deputies for the Global Campaigns Director when appropriate and undertake any other responsibilities commensurate with the role.

Essential Skills
- An expert in campaigning - public engagement and mobilization.
- Successful track record of campaigning on a specific issue(s)

- Experience of working alongside policy colleagues to deliver advocacy that has impact.
- 8-10 years experience of networking, lobbying, advocacy communications, public mobilisation and policy experience on any of the sustainable development goals or similar themes.

- Proven experience in strategy leadership, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with an entrepreneurial ability that has delivered concrete change.
- A creative leader who sees the big picture but has the creativity to build the tactics, events and moments to achieve our goals.
- A keen political 'savviness' and an understanding of how political change can happen in different country contexts, including awareness of country differences in government structures, differing contexts of open or repressive governments, threats to civil society and freedom of expression.
- Some campaign/advocacy experience in developing countries, with an in-depth understanding of the functioning and relationships of key players in the development arena.
- Experience of representing organisations externally, being a spokesperson and influencing decision makers across institutions and processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, embrace diversity and maximise on its benefits, build strong relationships and networks based on trust, respect, and a partnership approach.
- Experience in managing, leading, motivating and developing a high performing team. Able to work in a matrix, flexible or distance management culture to deliver change.

BEfriend is seeking a Befriending Coordinator to join our Befriending Project aimed at combatting isolation across the London Borough of Ealing.
We have been operating in Ealing since 1994, and are proud to celebrate our 30th anniversary this year! Our Befriending Project supports people who are isolated and experiencing chronic loneliness. It provides a lifeline to people living alone who might go for days at a time not seeing a single person.
Key Tasks:
- Client Assessments: You will support a caseload of clients from their initial referral through to the end of their time with us. This will involve processing referrals, conducting assessments, matching with volunteers and conducting ongoing six-monthly reviews. 2wish Cymru and 2wish:
2wish has been established since 2012 and has grown from strength to strength. During this time, we have worked tirelessly to embed our service and ensure that the offer of support is made at the point of death.
We offer an immediate, consistent, high-quality and compassionate service to all individuals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under in Wales. We work in partnership with professionals who refer into the charity on behalf of the families, so they don't have to trawl through the internet for an organisation who may, or may not, be able to support. We provide immediate, and ongoing, support and are here for as long as our families need us.
However, we know that gaps in support for those suddenly bereaved still exist outside of Wales. And so we are expanding into England and are on the lookout for passionate and committed individuals who want to help push the charity to the next level.
Context of role:
2wish support anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We provide immediate, and longer-term support to families, individuals, professionals and witnesses. Since we were established in 2012, we have grown to deliver our service across the whole of Wales.
In January 2024, we expanded the geographical area and recruited a brand-new team to deliver the service in the border counties of England and Wales, namely Cheshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Somerset. This will be the first of several phases of expansion and the aim is to deliver our service throughout England and Wales in the coming years.
The post holder will lead an effective and cohesive management team across England and Wales overseeing the development and delivery of specialist services for individuals affected by sudden and unexpected death in children and young people aged 25 and under. They will ensure the team provide the highest standards of support, and that services are shaped by the needs of those who access them.
The key objectives of the post are:
- To lead upon delivery of support services across England and Wales, ensuring services are delivered consistently to a high quality and are embedded across a growing geographical area. To embed a growing team and develop relevant strategic priorities.
- To motivate, lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic services to families, friends, professionals, witnesses and individuals affected by sudden death.
- To establish pan-phase partnerships with key stakeholders to embed and develop referral pathways and raise awareness of the charity and its services.
- To work closely with the CEO, Director of Operations, Director of Transformation and Strategy and the wider Leadership Team promoting effective cross-team working that contributes to the overall objectives of 2wish and 2wish Cymru.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
1.0. Support services:
- To oversee outstanding service delivery across England and Wales that responds flexibly to emerging need in line with the business plan, key deliverables, budget and policies and procedures
- To leading on effective delivery and scaling up of services throughout the expansion phases
- To work closely with the Director of Transformation and Strategy to ensure a consistent approach to service delivery that aims to embed the service within existing child death procedures
- To oversee and monitor financial performance, ensuring effective deployment of resources and compliance against agreed targets/budgets
- To be responsible for Safeguarding and work with designated Safeguarding Officers to ensure services are safe for supported persons, staff, counsellors and therapists, volunteers, external partners and other key stakeholders
- To carry out regular risk assessments for services. Ensuring safeguarding concerns are followed up systematically, including making referrals to statutory services
- To oversee high-quality assurance of the service through monitoring of quality assurance systems, audits, management of complaints and learning from disruption
- To work with managers and Senior Leaders in the development and definition of new services, ensuring that operational procedures which support service delivery are fit for purpose
- To taking a hands-on approach to dealing with complex or difficult cases, particularly in new areas as we expand
- To oversee and further develop monitoring and evaluation processes to clearly demonstrate the impact the service has on individuals supported
- To contribute towards applications and reports for funders/ grants etc. in line with milestones /objectives and funding agreements
- To attend formal and informal meetings with the 2wish Senior Management Team and as required with the Trustee Board to review and report on progress
2.0. Leadership:
- To provide clear and visible leadership for a growing support team, with a specific focus upon leading and developing the support managers, taking overall responsibility and accountability for their management, performance, quality of their outputs, including recruitment/retention, induction, training and development, performance management and succession planning
- To lead and motivate staff in the performance of their duties in a way which encourages loyalty, dedication and high professional standards, in line with 2wish Cymru and 2wish ethos, values and determined by the Leadership team and Trustee Board in our strategic plan
- To further develop a positive approach to change and growth in line with expansion plans and the subsequent changes to staffing and areas of service delivery
- To establish and maintain effective working relationships on a local and national with referral partners and key stakeholders including police, health and professionals involved in child death procedures
- To oversee the development of training packages to encourage education and awareness around the experiences of those affected by sudden death
- To work closely with the CEO and Leadership team to support the work of 2wish nationally
- To ensure that the voices and needs of those affected by sudden death in children and young people are at the centre of decision making in Wales and England
- To work to the policies and procedures of the organisation, to promote these with staff and to ensure that they are maintained and developed appropriately. Keeping up to date with regulation, guidance, standards, government policy and research relating to sudden child death
3.0. General:

About the Role
This role will be responsible for developing the vision and direction of the Communication and Marketing Strategy but will fundamentally be an operational management delivery role. Responsible for developing and rolling out a multi‐channel communication and marketing strategy that will:
- raise the profile of the charity by communicating news about projects, programmes, and partnerships on social channels, on online and print media outlets, TV networks,
- deliver communications to generate sales to secure a pipeline of farm residential visit bookings from beneficiary groups (being children from schools in disadvantaged communities, youth groups, young carers, children in care, etc) across England and Wales.

The Role
The role involves managing the effective administration of the Medio-Legal Report Services including liaising with our medico-legal report writers, with instructing solicitors and with clients. We are seeking a Director of Business and Income Generation to join the team at an exciting and ambitious time for the hospice.
You will be a vital member of the St Richard’s Hospice Executive Team to lead the teams that generate our income and build and develop relationships across supporters, donors, fundraisers, customers, employees and volunteers.
You will develop, shape and deliver the Income Generation strategy to ensure:
· we grow sustainable income streams to underpin our services
· the people in Worcestershire know how they can offer their support to St Richard’s, helping us to ensure our care and support reaches more people in the future and is sustainable.

About You
The successful applicant will be a confident and natural leader who can communicate a compelling future direction for the Income Generation teams and has the ability to build strong relationships and motivate others to go the extra mile.
You will have extensive demonstrable experience in income generation, fundraising, retail, marketing, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of achieving income targets in a not-for-profit or healthcare environment.
In addition you will have experience of working as part of a Senior Leadership / Executive Management Team responsible for operational delivery and financial sustainability.

The Diocese of Truro is going through a major period of change. This new and broad-ranging role has been created to support both our staff and clergy manage the many different people aspects of this change as well as strengthen our existing HR offer.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will provide high quality operational and administrative HR support to staff and clergy on a range of areas. You will also work to support change and cultural initiatives and projects, including those relating to wellbeing, policies, IT, performance management, case work and recruitment.
This, however, is not your average HR role. In addition to our 50 staff, you will also provide HR support to clergy, parishes and volunteers, and so will need to be up for the challenge of learning about the canon and ecclesiastical laws that governs those in clergy roles, and working with the National Church of England.
You don’t need to be a practicing Christian, but you do need to be passionate about providing and developing an excellent HR service and have the credibility, skills and knowledge to be able to work with a huge range of people at all levels, together with an eye for detail and excellent written and IT skills.
This is a developmental role, and we are willing to support the right candidate to achieve a recognised qualification in HR.
