You will be a creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs. You are confident professional relationship builder and has good awareness of Safeguarding procedures. Strong Administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours also experience of supporting. With good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions.

The salary for this full-time role is £35k per annum. You will be hybrid working from their London offices approximately 3 days a week.

As the Philanthropy Manager, you will join a collaborative fundraising team and focus on building upon existing and new relationships with major donors to secure income and support. Joining a team of six this role will have great support and will work towards a seven-figure team target. Also, with a prospect research function in the organisation, this role will be engaging qualified donors of all levels. To be successful as the Philanthropy Manager you will have proven experience in building and securing relationships with individuals capable of giving gifts of a four, five or six figure level. You will ideally have done this previously within a fundraising environment and understand how to engage potential donors. This person will ideally be passionate about the work IRC delivers and be excited to work with a collaborative team to achieve their fundraising goals.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices 1-2 days per week. The salary for this role is £45,000.

We are looking for an Individual Giving Campaign Lead to join a well loved national health charity to lead on the strategy and campaign delivery of multi million pound mass participation fundraising campaigns.
This role can be home based or London hybrid with 2 days a week in the London office.

The Role
Join the cash team of the wider mass participation team to lead and deliver the two key annual appeals, to secure c6m+ a year.
Develop campaign strategies, working alongside key senior stakeholders both internally across various teams and externally with creative agencies.
Play a significant role in shaping the future strategic developments of the campaign portfolio, and manage the Individual Giving Fundraiser to support across these campaigns.
Co-ordinate a cross organisational team of people, utilising effective influencing and leadership skills to deliver against campaign objectives.
Make well informed recommendations for future campaign delivery and development.
The Candidate
Substantial experience of working within fundraising, including Mass Participation and campaigns.
Experience of working at a strategic level within an organisation and providing recommendations to senior management.
Excellent Project Management skills.
