The Transformation Cluster Leader will play a critical role to lead on the development and delivery of the transformational Cluster initiatives, ensuring programmes / projects (within the Cluster) are executed efficiently, aligned with strategic goals, and delivered on time, within budget and to high quality.

Together, the team in the TMO takes great pride in managing a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects. They work closely with our Executive team, as well as other senior leaders and colleagues across the charity to provide expertise in project, programme and change management.

Working under the direction of Director of Transformation, the role of Transformation Cluster Leader will drive excellence and delivery of strategic priorities, providing assurance bespoke to the individual business areas in the Cluster. We are looking for someone to join our growing team, and who is passionate and can provide hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

This is a truly cross-functional enabling role which will work across all Directorates, engaging with stakeholders to deliver transformational programmes and support growth towards successful delivery of our Strategy. Working with and in support of the Director of Transformation some key areas of responsibility will include:

· Support in developing and implementing TMO strategy, including developing and implementing plans for Function maturity.

· Provide inspiring leadership of multi-disciplinary programmes / projects teams within a Cluster, driving change across both strategic and tactical initiatives.

· Support resource management across the Cluster, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

· Provide insights and accurate interpretation of programmes / projects data within the Cluster, ensuring continuous and effective reporting to senior management.

· Active engagement with the Cluster Executive owner and key stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Overall Duties of the Deputy Recruitment Manager will include:

• Overseeing the assessment process providing supervision and support to Independent Assessors and internal assessing Social Worker.

Justice and Care is at an exciting moment with the imminent launch of a new ten-year strategy and we are looking to build a finance function to support this growth.

We are recruiting for an experienced Programme Finance Manager to manage and oversee the outworking of key financial processes at Justice & Care.  With a particular focus on support for our international projects funded by the US State Department and UK Government but with responsibilities also for our UK audit process and income/expenditure forecasting, this is a broad and varied role. 

This is a new role and will be line managed by the Finance Director but will work closely with in-country finance leads, programme teams, the Development team and wider global teams

Your main responsibilities will include;

• Collaborate with country finance leads and the programmes teams to develop detailed and well planned budgets for funding proposals including full cost recovery

• Monitor programme spend against budget, advising programme leads on financial and compliance decisions and producing numeric and narrative financial reporting in various formats, predominantly institutional donors such as the US State Department

• Project manage, forecast and monitor expenditure for UK programmes.

• Liaise with grants managers and project leads to ensure compliance on restricted grants.

• Lead on project management of the UK audit process.

• Delivering regular funder income and expenditure forecasting.

• Regular financial analysis as required to support strategic decision making.

• Manage and respond to finance related queries, becoming the finance point of contact for the UK team.

Responsibilities of our Deputy Centre Manager:

As Deputy Centre Manager you will be tasked with managing our established Centre in line with Cats Protection’s main aims of homing, neutering and educating. You will ensure the welfare of all cats in our care and ensure that all administrative and maintenance procedures are completed to a high standard that is in keeping with our vision. A flexible approach to working hours including the ability to work weekends will be required as all centre employees are expected to work 50% of weekends and some evenings.

What we’re looking for in our Deputy Centre Manager:

• Supervisor/team leader experience, ideally within an animal welfare environment or organisation
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases in cats
• A driven, positive and enthusiastic individual with plenty of initiative and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Experience of managing a diverse team
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• A full UK, manual or automatic driving licence as you may on occasion be required to drive centre vans

Role Purpose

Responsibilities

- To play an active role in the leadership of L'Arche London, helping shape a vibrant community of people with and without learning disabilities.

Leadership and People Management:

- Supervise and work with the Deputy Service Coordinator to lead a team of 15 Support Assistants. Ensure each assistant in the group is regularly supervised, trained, and appraised, and that action is taken to effectively manage performance issues.
- Understand the requirements of the CQC and other relevant legislation and ensure that all applicable standards are met including adult safeguarding.

Administration and Management

Creating Community

What We Offer

There is no additional pay for overtime, but Time off in lieu (TOIL) will be given and agreed with the line manager when circumstances require the post-holder to work extra hours. TOIL should be taken within 2 weeks of being accrued.

All Service Coordinators are the on-call rota for 1 week every 6 - 8 weeks. There is an additional payment of £56 a week for being on-call.
