You will be an experienced health/care management practitioner with a track record of developing the adult workforce in regulated health and social care. A passionate practitioner and an effective communicator, you will possess strong influencing and relationship building skills and be customer focussed. You will be self motivated, adaptable and responsive in order to achieve success in this dynamic care environment.

We are looking to recruit HOPELINE247 Advisors to provide individually tailored suicide prevention advice and guidance to young people and those who are concerned for them via our national multi-channel helpline HOPELINE247 and deliver suicide prevention training online and in community settings across the UK.
What you will do:
• Work as part of a team providing suicide prevention support to a range of clients via multichannel communication platforms.
• Work on a 7-day shift system
• Use professional judgement to assess the needs of the service users who present with risk to life and manage and report any matters related to safeguarding.
• Maintain accurate records and input data monitoring into the data base system.
• Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practise.
• Provide training, mentoring and coaching to new recruits.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• a degree or professional qualification in Health or Social Care, Community Work or a related discipline
• previous experience of working in an advisory capacity in suicide prevention or mental health
• a proven record of working directly with vulnerable young people
• experience of providing advice and guidance via multiple communication channels
• the ability to empathise, support and build rapport with suicidal people and those who care about them, remaining non-judgemental and adhering to the remit of the service
Salary: £15,136 per annum (Scale point 24). As a night shift worker, you will receive an additional allowance of £10 per night shift. This will be paid on a monthly basis along with the salary.
Hours: 16.5 hours per week – 2 nights per week.
Working arrangements: This role will work shifts starting at 10:25pm and finishing at 7:45am. Shifts will be on a rota bases across a 7-day working week.

The Corporate Partnership Officer - Morrisons will deliver effective and high-quality support to the Morrisons account management team, assisting with all areas of fundraising and event coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial and supporter records, conducting research, and ensuring smooth operational processes within this major partnership. This role will be key in helping the partnership team raise circa £5 million annually for Marie Curie.

- Manage and coordinate mailings, certificates, newsletters, and fundraising packs for the Morrisons Partnership team.
- Provide excellent supporter care, serving as the main contact for Morrisons fundraising inquiries via phone, email, post, and website; handle requests, manage the thank-you process, and update donor records.
- Build relationships with corporate partnership colleagues to encourage fundraising, offering ideas where needed.
- Support and steward individual and group fundraising events, ensuring fundraisers receive resources, assistance, and recognition.
- Manage purchased event places (e.g., Great North Run, London Marathon), coordinating with third-party providers and handling event logistics.

About the role
We’re looking for a self-motivated and driven public health, inclusion and awareness manager. This is an exciting time to join Breast Cancer Now and the public health, inclusion and awareness team as we continue to grow as a charity and our work across the UK. Your role will continue to help drive forward our team’s work, which is to empower patients and the public to play a full role in managing their own risk of getting breast cancer, diagnosing breast cancer earlier and improving their quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. Thereby reducing the risk of recurrence.
You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding the development and implementation of behaviour change programmes across the UK. This includes growing our public health talk programme for external organisations and specific partners.
You’ll work closely with the associate director, public health, inclusion and awareness to deliver public health activities as identified in our strategy and team plans and work across the wider directorate and organisation.
About you
You’ll be a self-starter with proven experience of developing and delivering public health and inclusion initiatives, campaigns, behaviour change projects and programmes. This includes community based and digital interventions. You’ll have strong experience in people and volunteer management.
A confident communicator, you’ll have experience of developing and delivering training programmes or public health activities in a community setting to diverse audiences. You’ll be able to develop and maintain positive relationships at a local level with external organisations and groups including those from under-represented communities. You’ll also have experience of managing and supporting volunteers.
Highly organised, you’ll have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Someone who can demonstrate initiative, undertake projects independently and see projects through to completion, including both the management and evaluation of projects.

As our Registered Manager, you will be essential in guiding and supporting all clinical, care, and leadership functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and the development of our services.
What will your typical day involve?
You will ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. Your role involves leading the assessment, planning, and delivery of high-quality care for Residents and their Families, managing Household Managers, and ensuring 24/7 access to specialist nursing support. You will also drive the development of dementia care skills, implement the Nightingale Hammerson’s care governance framework, and oversee clinical supervision and training programs.
Your duties will include delivering safe, effective care, managing staffing, performance, and budgets, and ensuring effective communication within Nightingale Hammerson and with external agencies. Respecting Jewish cultural practices and supporting care service development and strategic planning are key aspects of your role.
In terms of clinical responsibilities, you'll balance administrative and clinical duties, manage care practices, and oversee medication and safeguarding procedures. You’ll work with medical teams and foster effective communication and mentorship within the multidisciplinary team.
You will also support practice development and ensure compliance with training requirements, facilitate student placements, lead clinical supervision, and stay updated with advancements in dementia care. Upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and non-discriminatory practices is essential, as is adherence to NGH policies and the NMC Code of Professional Conduct. Keeping the Director of Care informed and safeguarding confidential information are also crucial.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate must be a Registered General Nurse or RMN with a recognised management qualification or degree. Essential experience includes at least three years managing nursing services in an NHS or social care setting, or two years as a registered manager. You should also have experience in staff training, quality process management, managing diseases among older people, budget management, and project management. Experience at H/I grade level in the NHS, clinical audit, and dementia service development is required.
You must have up-to-date knowledge of clinical and social care for older people, relevant legislation, and nurse registration requirements. Key skills include strategic thinking, staff motivation, effective communication with residents and colleagues, and the ability to manage workloads and policies. Proficiency in care planning and computer use is also required.
Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

About the role
We’re recruiting a senior officer for our Service Pledge programme, who will play a key role in the development and delivery of our service improvement activities.
The Service Pledge is an innovative programme dedicated to delivering lasting positive change to everyone’s experience of breast cancer. It brings patients, healthcare professionals and cancer alliances together to work in partnership to design and deliver patient-centred improvements.
Your role will be to coordinate the delivery of our Service Pledge programme, as well as supporting other healthcare professional support and engagement initiatives, helping to ensure everyone diagnosed with breast cancer receives the best possible experience of care.

About you
Are you an experienced project manager, able to demonstrate successful delivery within specified timelines and budgets? You will be able to develop and manage strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior healthcare professionals and people affected by breast cancer. You will have experience of carrying out qualitative and quantitative insight research, including surveys and focus groups. You will also have experience and knowledge of patient involvement and/or service improvement, ideally either within the NHS or charity sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Depaul UK to help us develop our Step Forward (Floating Support) services in Cheshire West and Chester.
The Step Forward (Floating Support) service provides tailored support to young people aged 15-19 with care experience, to prepare for and transition into independent living in their own tenancy. The worker will hold a caseload and will support young people in working towards their goals which will lead to further independence.
Support will take place in young people’s accommodation and out in the community. The post will involve working closely with the allocated social worker and the Leaving Care Team, as well as local organisations, statutory services, and support agencies, to achieve the best possible outcomes for the young people we support. This service will be based alongside our accommodation service which provides Semi-Independent Accommodation for 16 and 17 year old young people who are leaving care.
Key responsibilities include:

About the Role
You will be working in one of three dispersed properties within a multi-agency team of other charities in the same accommodation which will be based in Havering. It is a therapeutic service to provide young people with an opportunity to a fresh start. The service will work creatively and holistically to enable young people to move forward from lifestyles which were impacted by gangs and exploitation and help them reach their full potential by identifying and reaching their aspirations, assisting them to move on successfully to appropriate independent living.

We are seeking a part-time Family Practitioner who will support families with blind and partially sighted children and young people to develop improved emotional wellbeing, resilience, and coping strategies.
This post will cover Central and Southern London, so the ability to travel across the city will be an advantage. You’ll be part of a remote England and Wales wide Family Practitioner team, who work closely together to draw on each other’s skills and experience to ensure families receive the best service from RSBC.
The team link together to run online groups that further support families, and this work may be in the evenings. The team meet weekly online and come together in person for two-day team training at our London office at least twice a year.
The main purpose of this role is to:
· To establish and maintain a case load of families with blind and partially sighted children and young people aged 0 to 25 who identify themselves as needing support.
· To undertake family assessments to identify specific areas of need; to identify and deliver appropriate interventions that will promote children’s development and emotional wellbeing in collaboration with family members and make and support onward referrals as required.
· To ensure that support is high quality and meets the high standard that RSBC sets, with pre agreed performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a qualification that demonstrates the ability to establish a trusting and open relationship with families and CYP. You’ll be experienced in providing emotional wellbeing support with families directly and have knowledge of child development from experience or qualification. You’ll know about family systems/systemic practice – from experience or qualification as well as knowledge and practical experience of using family centred interventions in collaboration with families. We’d like you to have excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong teamwork ethic to fit in with our friendly and knowledgeable team of Family Practitioners across England and Wales.
