Corporate Performance: A growing number of companies and financial institutions are seeking to mitigate their impacts on nature. But many have made commitments that are not being met, and others are failing to take any action at all. Through our Corporate Performance work and Forest 500 project, we assess the policies and performance of influential companies and financial institutions. Our newly launched Deforestation Action Tracker monitors financial institutions with significant climate commitments to track their action on deforestation and associated human rights abuses.

We also support financial institutions and investors by providing a suite of guidance including our Deforestation-free finance Roadmap, Pensions Guidance and our Deforestation-free investment mandate. The role: overview 

Global Canopy is seeking an experienced and effective Data Systems Lead at a moment of very rapid growth and ongoing opportunity for the organisation as we implement our 2023-2030 strategy to end market impacts on nature.

This newly created role is an exciting opening for a motivated individual with strong technical expertise to build out and support the expansion of Global Canopy’s world-leading environmental data into systems that will support our key audiences, particularly in the finance sector, to eliminate deforestation.

You will have a proven track record of effective planning and execution in a relevant organisational setting, and will be able to flourish in a collaborative and dynamic non-profit, working with complex programmes and partnerships worldwide.

You will line manage at least one other data team member as well as coordinating third party data and product service providers and the budget for engaging them.

The role will focus on the projects in Global Canopy’s Corporate Performance programme but will liaise closely with analysts, researchers and other data and product focused roles across the organisation.

As Changing Lives Programme Coordinator, you will be supporting people with lived experience of homelessness to apply for grants which help them fulfil their employment goals. Job Purpose:

Women in Prison’s Advocates deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, independent advocacy for women in communities and in prisons, which focuses on early intervention, and holistic provision as part of a ‘whole system’ multi-agency response that looks to address the root causes of women’s offending.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide in-depth, ongoing support to a caseload of women who have been referred for support by prison staff, predominately the Mental Health In-Reach Teams and Primary Care Teams.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Provide high-quality, trauma-responsive advocacy and support to women in contact with the criminal justice system.

2. Maintain case management systems to ensure accurate and timely data recording.

3. Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders such as statutory and voluntary sector agencies.

About the Role

The Lead Lawyer - Africa Death Penalty Team is responsible for coordinating Reprieve’s litigation and advocacy in Sub-Saharan Africa. At the moment, the team works on death penalty casework and abolition advocacy in Malawi, Tanzania, and Kenya. Our casework includes work on appeals to the Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal in the context of historic denials of a right to appeal and related contextual challenges; large-scale projects, such as the Kenya resentencing project, wherein we support stakeholders to ensure 5,000+ people are able to access a chance at reducing their sentence from death via a new sentence hearing, as well as supporting on individual strategic resentencing cases; and long-term regional projects, such as our strategic litigation before the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, which challenges the mandatory death penalty, torture, and other associated violations of the African Charter. This is an opportunity to join a team that has developed ground breaking work with great success in getting people off death row, making significant contribution to legal reforms and towards abolition.

Contract, Location and Salary

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 2 days per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home.

Your presence is important during core office hours, whether remotely or in the office. You will also be available outside of office hours in the event of an emergency, for example case developments that require urgent action. This is a role that may require travel, and work outside of core office hours from time to time.

The annual salary is £50,571 full-time per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.

A flexible and proactive approach to relationship management is essential to influence stakeholders across the complex National Lottery family structure to ensure an aligned and consistent One National Lottery voice is applied to digital media.

Ideally, you will have at least two years in a social media role either in a large organisation or within the creative industries. You should be confident and competent in creating and managing engaging consumer facing social media campaigns across multiple channels with clear evidence of success. And you should be a confident communicator who can adapt to fast changing scenarios, work under pressure and be a passionate advocator for digital and social media communications.

Essential criteria
• At least two years’ experience of developing and implementing social media, web and digital communications campaigns – either in a large organisation or within a creative industry setting (e.g. a digital communications agency)
• Project or campaign management skills evidencing a track record of leading successfully to delivery
• Experience in multi-format content creation – including video, photography, podcast, graphic design and writing. 
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders to deliver engaging social media content

Desirable criteria
• Experience of commissioning agencies or platforms to create digital and social media content for a consumer audience
• Demonstrate advanced communication skills including networking, negotiating, and presenting to a range of audiences
• Have a demonstratable interest in the sectors funded by The National Lottery
• Use of analysis and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of social media content

We are looking for a dynamic, organised and proactive manager to join the Youth Work Team and support our mission to enable young people who are homeless, facing homelessness or unsafe to achieve independence and positive futures.
We have an ambitious plan to deliver an innovative and varied programme of youth work, jobs, employment and education (JET) and lifeskills to young people this year and we are searching for an exceptional candidate to help us succeed in this vision.
We are looking for a candidate who is committed to delivering high quality services to homeless young people. The successful person will be responsible for delivering an innovative and youth-led JET and lifeskills programme as well as supporting with the coordination of our daily day centre service to young people aged 16-24.
You will have experience motivating and inspiring frontline teams, maintaining and building a network of relationships with relevant external agencies and be able to work dynamically and confidently in a fast-paced day centre environment. We’re looking for a candidate who can think on their feet, demonstrate initiative and proactivity, and is an excellent problem-solver.
The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working collaboratively across our organisation. They will be committed to the safeguarding of young people and helping us to develop an inclusive and trauma-informed service.

About the opportunity

The Head of School Marketing will lead and deliver comprehensive, cross-organisational marketing initiatives that result in an increase in the number of schools partnering with Action Tutoring. This role will define, deliver and adapt marketing strategies that effectively communicate the charity's value proposition to schools, leading to increased interest and sales. The role will oversee all marketing activities to schools; lead and support school market research and analysis; utilise analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and will be accountable for both school marketing and the initial stages of the school sales funnel (converting qualified leads into booked sales calls with our programme department).

Key responsibilities 
 

• Strategic direction - set, adjust and operationalise a comprehensive cross-organisational school marketing strategy. 
• Lead qualification - develop and implement effective lead qualification processes to ensure that generated leads are nurtured and converted into opportunities that move down the funnel.
• Conversion strategies create and execute strategies that not only attract leads, but enhance conversion rates.
• Campaign management – Work alongside the Marketing Manager, their team, colleagues across the wider Marketing and Communications department and whole organisation to plan, implement, and oversee school marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Market Research and Analysis - Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities, understand the competitive landscapes and analyse data to inform school marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance.

Essential qualifications and experience criteria:
 

• Significant experience shaping and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to engage a range of audiences, with experience in B2B marketing ideally with schools. 
• Proficiency in lead generation and demand generation techniques and technical skills to engage a range of audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering campaigns that drive conversion of leads into sales opportunities (e.g. booking of a sales call).
• Able to work across multiple teams and departments working entrepreneurially, managing projects, ensuring the timely generation of content and delivery of messages to achieve maximum impact.
• Able to collaborate and influence others to support you and your team in growing sales pipelines by attracting customers through the top of the funnel.
• Enthusiasm for and experience of using data and evidence to inform and improve processes and ways of working.
• Right to work in the UK.
