Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary Range: £59,280 - £66,040 per annum

About the role
We have an amazing opportunity for a Head of Mental Health Support to join our Operational Leadership Team. We are looking for an inspiring and experienced person to lead the delivery of high quality, impactful services which are diverse and geographically dispersed. You will lead on the continued innovation, integration and transformation of front-line services in support of the organisation's mission, values and strategy. You will be the operational lead for the mobilisation of new services and ensuring we maintain compliance of all regulatory and performance requirements.
About you
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate visible and confident leadership, "living" the values of MHM and be able to lead your teams in achieving priorities identified in MHM's strategic plan.
We would love to hear from you if you are interested in coming on this exciting journey with us. We will ask that you have considerable experience and knowledge of managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams, ideally within mental health services, with experience of implementing innovative ways of working to maximise performance.
