With our outstanding rating with Ofsted, we work with a high degree of flexibility and innovation and with a range of adopters from all backgrounds and provide a range of Adoption Support services to families to support them on their adoption journey.
We are delighted to have secured funding to set up and establish a robust impact and data collection process and database so that clear outcomes can be measured and collected for the different areas within our adoption support services. This is a new role and the postholder will play a key part in delivering on this work.
Working alongside Adoption Support colleagues, the Database Officer will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the database, ensuring data is kept up to date as well as inputting, monitoring and evaluating data and service user details. They will also contribute to the collection of feedback and case studies from service users.
The Database Officer will produce comprehensive and tailored reports using both qualitative and quantitative data, derived from the new monitoring and evaluation system. These evidence-based reports are produced for a variety of audiences and will contribute to evidencing the effectiveness of PACT’s adoption support services.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative support role, with database and/or data capture administration experience. To succeed in this role, you will be proficient in producing reports from a database with a keen eye for accuracy and detail and have strong data analysis skills with an ability to derive meaningful insights.

Refugee Action Kingston (RAK) is an independent charity dedicated to helping the successful integration of refugees and people seeking asylum into the local community. Purpose of the role
As Fundraising Manager, you will lead the fundraising functions of the charity to generate income, meet organisational targets, and ensure development opportunities are effectively maximised. Working with the Director and programme teams, you will develop and write competitive bids, growing capacity and securing income for 24/25 and beyond. We are focused on multi-year bids and opportunities that deliver the best outcomes for our client community. As a client-led organisation, we strive to meet the needs of our clients and deliver impact-focused programmes.
The Fundraising Manager will have proven experience of successful grant writing and demonstrate a track record of fundraising achievements across multiple income streams.
Main areas of accountability
Fundraising - general
- Writing and submitting bids, tenders and proposals to ensure income targets are met in line with performance objectives
- Responsibility for the development and the implementation of RAK’s fundraising strategy, in line with organisational strategy and resources
- Providing stewardship to existing donors and supporters to maximise income and ensure long-term funding relationships

Individual Giving

The role
Our key priorities at FareShare UK are to grow the food volumes accessible to the charities and community groups we support across the UK. Food partners (manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, importers, packers, catering providers, producers and others) are pivotal in helping us to meet these priorities, providing access to food and many other strategic resources. You will lead new business development for FareShare Go and work closely with the FareShare Go operations team to mutually agreed objectives. Richmond AID has successfully delivered the BuddyUp project in Richmond and Kingston for more than 10 years. We have established referral routes into the project and good links for attracting volunteers. This role is to work supporting young people in the borough of Kingston and you will work closely with our Richmond BuddyUp Coordinator.
BuddyUp Coordinator is a fun and exciting role at Richmond AID which requires someone who is motivated, creative and can work from their own initiative. The Buddy Up Coordinator will match disabled young people aged 14 to 17 to a volunteer buddy who will support them to access services and leisure opportunities. This post will be based in our offices in Teddington and will predominantly cover the borough of Richmond though at times you may also provide support in the borough of Kingston.
Your role is to recruit and train the volunteers, and then match them with a young person, providing ongoing support to young people and volunteers. You will work closely with our Kingston Buddy Coordinator running joint monthly group activities. So far trips have included bowling, cinema, crazy golf, shopping, days out in London, laser tag, boat trips, etc.
