You will be working as part of the Ormiston Families Interventions Team, within the YOUnited partnership (Ormiston Families, Centre 33, Cambridgeshire Community Services and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Foundation Trust). YOUnited provides a single point of access for all referrals for CYP in need of support with their mental health across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Ormiston Families work with CYP aged 5-13 with mild to moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing needs.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision for practitioners to ensure that we offer a service that is safe, meaningful, and focused on the needs of CYP.
- Oversee a duty system that offers advice, guidance, and risk management support to those waiting for an intervention who may need more timely support, using a ‘Single Session Thinking’ approach. (Training to be provided)
- To carry a small caseload to maintain up to date practice knowledge and experience.
- Work within the YOUnited partnership to ensure CYP are receiving the right service and to embed and develop impactful services including attendance at MDT meetings.
We are seeking an experienced mental health practitioner, with clinical supervisory experience who is dedicated to improving services for CYP. Someone who can demonstrate the necessary skills and passion to help us improve the mental health and wellbeing of CYP.
Successful candidates will be required to have:
- A relevant qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body.
- A good understanding of the needs of CYP, and their families aged 5-13.
- Post-qualification experience of providing mental health and emotional wellbeing support to CYP and their Carer’s within this age group.
- Knowledge and preferable experience of the interventions offered.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to keeping CYP safe.
You will join a supportive team working alongside the Operations Manager, Team Managers and Senior Practitioners as well as colleagues with a wide range of knowledge and experience, such as Counsellors, CWP’s and EWP’s.
Opportunities may include undertaking a one-year supervisory training with the Anna Freud Centre.

METRO is seeking a committed, motivated and suitably qualified individual to deliver counselling for people dealing with issues related to their sexual health, including people living with HIV (PLWHIV) within the Support and Advice for Sexual Health (SASH) programme.
METRO, in partnership with Turning Point, NAZ and London Friend, deliver a model of sexual health support throughout the three London boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. Turning Point is the lead partner for the contract, and a matrix staffing model is in place. The post-holder will work within
the partnership and be line-managed by METRO SASH Counselling Manager, and work alongside staff from other agencies. The role will also be clinically supervised via an independent supervisor arranged through METRO.
The post holder will deliver high-quality person-centred service within a busy inner London environment. The clients are from diverse communities affected by sexual health and mental health issues. The role will support staff to work with people from diverse communities such as LGBTQ and Black and Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) people.

As an Employment Consultant, you will be assisting veterans across the East of England (including parts of North London) back into work. About the Role
You will be working in an accommodation service, based in Haringey, providing intensive and long-term support to 21 adults with complex needs. You will be working alongside a support team to provide accommodation and support services for people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping and multiple disadvantages.
As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Service Manager to ensure that the service delivers continuously improving project performance, as well as ensuring the effective and safe management of the project on a day-to-day basis. This includes undertaking a case coordination role for individual clients as part of a multi-agency team, line-managing Progression Coaches (Support Workers) and Night Support Workers and managing volunteers at the service. You will help ensure that the service functions effectively financially including by helping to ensure the effective reletting of rooms and collection of rent and service charges.
The usual hours will be 37.5 hours per week. The post may require working some evenings and occasional weekend work.
Key responsibilities include:
· Assist the Service Manager in achieving the service’s agreed contractual obligations.
· To ensure that all aspects of service delivery to clients offer high standards that make them feel welcome, safe, supported and involved.
· To ensure health and safety are managed within policy and procedure and all building and health and safety risk assessments are kept up to date.
· To collaborate with appropriate statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure access to services for the clients we support and work towards co-ordinated and client-centered service delivery across agencies.
· To maintain excellent working relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
· Supervise team members effectively, participate in regular team meetings that encourage good practice; problem-solving; reflection; monitor achievements and objectives.
· To communicate effectively both internally and externally, raising the profile of the project and services and ensuring appropriate accountability for services.
About You
You will need to have the following skills and experience:
· Experiencing of supervising the work of others
· Significant experience of working in a service that supports vulnerable people
· Significant experience in engaging and working with external partners, including mental health professionals, to achieve better outcomes for clients
· Experience of using Risk Assessments and Support Planning
· Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

You will support the team’s administrator to monitor learner’s attendance, contacting them via phone, email or arranging a meeting in person where pastoral support is needed.
You will work with our Adult Safeguarding Lead to support safeguarding cases across our departments, including keeping safeguarding records, making referrals and building a database of local support services available to learners and other service users.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting learners to ensure they have the best opportunity to thrive on their learning journey.
You will also support wider functions in the team such as contributing to the organisation of our termly learners’ forum to celebrate achievement and attending events in the community to publicise our work.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with vulnerable individuals or groups, be committed to safeguarding, have excellent administration skills, be flexible and excited about being at the heart of a busy team and committed to providing an excellent service to High Trees’ users.

We are recruiting three Senior Workforce Leads to support hands-on recruitment, onboarding, and training of IPS Employment Specialists across various regions. These roles will include the development and delivery of in-depth IPS specific training and involvement in the delivery of a Level 3 accredited IPS qualification and apprenticeship.
IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. The programme is led by Social Finance in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).
The opportunity
The Senior Workforce Leads will play a crucial role in the recruitment, onboarding, training and will lead on the promotion of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within the IPS workforce across their designated regions. They will support the scale up of IPS by ensuring high-quality recruitment processes within IPS services, comprehensive training programs, and effective onboarding practices. There is a particular focus on embedding a race equity lens across recruitment practices in line with our IPS Grow strategy. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and delivering advanced IPS training across the country and acting as tutors for the Level 3 accredited qualification program.
Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

· Working closely with the Workforce Manager, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback.
· Develop and deliver the Level 3 accredited qualification, acting as a tutor and ensuring high-quality learning experiences for participants.
· Support with the development of an apprenticeship framework.
· Signpost and encourage enrolments of existing and new IPS e-learning as well as the accredited qualification.
Specialist IPS Knowledge:
· Apply specialist knowledge of IPS to enhance the quality and depth of training programs.
· Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in IPS and incorporate these into training materials and delivery.
· Support with the development, delivery and facilitation of IPS e-learning.
Relationship Building:

Quality Assurance and Reporting:

About you

As Fundraising Manager, your role will focus on developing relationships and generating income from charitable trusts, statutory sources, individuals, schools and parishes.
