The Diocese of Chester is seeking to recruit a Racial Justice Officer to this exciting new, part time role. They will enable churches to reach diverse communities more effectively, and support the culture change required by the Church of England From Lament to Action report.

The Activities and Move on Coordinator is responsible for managing and promoting Look Ahead's move on pathway across the RBKC complex needs service and also ensuring there is regular activities across all of our services that will not only build on residents' life skills but also enhance co-production within our services. The post holder will be responsible for sourcing accommodation in the private rented sector - liaising with landlords and sourcing new move on routes for resident. The post holder will also be responsible for sourcing funding for activities both internal an externally and working with residents across our services to ensure that the activities ran are done so in a co-produced way. This will also involve liaising with and establishing relationships with agencies outside of the organisation with whom we can form joint working relationships that will help with us developing life skills and enhancing the residents experience when it comes to co-produced activities available to participate in within our services.

Facilitate and lead on activities across all of our services
Ensure there is clear communication across all forms with residents , staff and external agencies about ongoing activities both in and out of our services

Develop and design activities that will target development of residents life skills whilst in our services
Promote and encourage resident participation in all activities and creating opportunities that will ensure activities are co-produced
Develop and create a calendar around planned activities that will ensure ongoing staff involvement and participation
Develop links with private sector landlords and estate agents in order to source private rented stock and promote Look Ahead as a partner organisation
Work in partnership with the local authority move on co-ordinator, creating innovative schemes to support long stayers in accommodation
Attend and complete all relevant documentation for placement review meetings
Maintain accurate records of service utilisation

The Role
Working as part of the wider Technology department, the Salesforce Data Analyst Manager reports to the Head of Technology and will work closely with the Technical Solutions Specialist and the wider Salesforce project team.
This role is responsible for the quality of data imported and exported from Salesforce and our SQL databases.
The Data Analyst Manager will implement and oversee a data strategy to streamline ETL processes, ensure data quality and produce regular data quality reports. Additionally, they will be responsible for the administering and securing of our SQL server used for data-centric processes. You will be seen as a subject matter expert in their field, providing support across the organisation on a range of key projects.

Hope Place is a new supported accommodation service located in Slough comprising 10 self contained rooms with a staff office on site. The service accommodates and support people who experience moderate to high complex mental illness, many of whom will also have a range of additional and complex needs, for example drug and alcohol misuse issues and personality disorders.
Hope Place provides care and support for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays. The service is covered at night by designated Waking Night staff. Support Workers will be required to work on a rota basis, covering early and late shifts, including at weekends and Bank Holidays.
The service has a focus on enabling and utilise customers' skills. Amongst other responsibilities, the successful candidates will support service users to acquire tenancy sustainment and budgeting skills, encourage and facilitate group activities, socialisation, opportunities for training and employment.

A lot of people know NCT for our antenatal classes, and we want to continue to support as many parents and families as we can to access evidence-based information. But we are also much more than this. We are a charity that campaigns on the issues that matter to parents. We run breastfeeding and infant feeding support, provided by specialist counsellors. We run thousands of free community activities and events across the UK, led by our fantastic volunteers and peers. And we support women and families facing specific challenges, such as social isolation, feeding difficulties or poor mental health.
Our Hackney Parent Support project is commissioned by Hackney Council, to offer infant feeding support across the region in both community and hospital settings and parenting courses for families throughout the Hackney region. The support is delivered by staff and volunteer peer supporters.
We are seeking a capable Service Engagement Lead to manage, coordinate and support both the Infant feeding and Parenting course projects. This role is split between being out in the community and working from home, it will include regular travel across the Hackney region (expenses will be reimbursed).
About the Role
Working closely with the Hackney Parent Support team, you will be responsible for the service engagement and promotion of our community-based services across Hackney. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
· Line managing the paid peer supporters within the Hackney staff team.
· Coordinating and maintaining the active social media and Infant Feeding Services website.
· Advertising volunteering opportunities across varying platforms including social media
· Provide clear guidance and information to potential volunteers on the roles, responsibilities and training requirements.

It is essential for this post that you undertake the training to become an NCT Breastfeeding Peer Supporter. This requires breastfeeding experience of at least 3 months. The training can be undertaken within your working hours. There will also be training on the EPEC (Empowering Parents, Empowering Communities course) provided by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
The role is 14 hours per week as is a job share, which will be predominantly Monday to Wednesday within the working day, however, will include occasional evening and weekends. This is a home-based role, however travel across Hackney will be required.

KEY CRITERIA
What we are looking for:
- Post-graduate doctoral level training in Applied Psychology (or equivalent) as accredited by the BPD (or equivalent awarding body)

- Previous experience working as a qualified forensic psychologist, including working with people with complex backgrounds/needs and a good understanding of the sector

The Role
Hosted by the organisation and its partner charity, we are looking for a dynamic Head of Brand, Communications and Marketing. You will manage and lead the charity’s Brand, Communications and Marketing team to deliver impactful communications and marketing assets that meet the needs of the charity and resonate with audiences. In this role you will also lead exciting strategic brand partnerships, providing consultancy style project support to external stakeholders and agencies on dual-branded creative campaigns across above-the-line marketing.

About You
I have the essentials covered:
- I have extensive experience across the communications and marketing mix, including in the delivery of charity communications and marketing assets/campaigns.
- I have proven success in brand management for a charitable or membership organisation.
- I have experience of leading and developing staff, setting and reviewing SMART objectives to build high performing teams.
- I have proven experience of strategic thinking and ability to deliver programmes of work that underpin organisational objectives.
- I have experience of budget and project management, including budgets, suppliers and people.
- I have experience of evaluating projects and producing reports or presentations that evidence impact.
