Purpose of Role:
We opened our Day Centre for older people, adults with disabilities and adults with dementia in October 2021. The Office Manager role is a new position that will provide a wide variety of operational support to the Day Centre Leadership Team as we are embedding and growing our Day Centre offering and increasing the number of clients who attend the Day Centre and the types of services they receive.
We also support older Wandsworth residents in the following groups with outreach in the community and with activities in the Day Centre: BAME; digitally isolated; financially isolated; LGBTQ; socially isolated; women; and those with, or at risk of, mental and/or physical ill health and disabilities.

As Head of Evaluation and Impact you’ll lead a small team to support us in understanding and improving the impact of our activity. You’ll develop and embed our approach to impact evaluation, enabling us to measure progress against our organisational mission, measure and evaluate the impact of our school engagement activities and share learnings with the wider community to help improve collective impact. About the role
Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of EngineeringUK’s work to understand the impact of our activity at a programme and organisational level. You will have responsibility for developing and embedding our approach to impact evaluation that enables us to measure progress against our organisational mission, measure and evaluate the impact of our activities and support the wider community in improving approaches to monitoring and evaluation. You will manage a small team and work in close partnership with the Head of Research with whom you may be responsible for joint objectives and deliverables. You will also work closely with the Policy & Public Affairs and Communications teams.
A key part of this role will involve leading and quality assuring evaluation plans and delivery, as well as distilling and reporting findings in a meaningful way to shape and evidence the direction of EngineeringUK’s work. A strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods, data analysis and experience communicating complex information to a range of audiences is therefore required
The role is London based at our office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and may involve some travel in the UK. We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a minimum of 2 days (or 40%) a week in the office and the option for a flexible start and end to the working day in our vibrant central London office overlooking the Thames. Reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner, these roles will provide professional finance business partnering support and advice to Cost Centre Managers, including preparing and evaluating accurate and timely annual and monthly budgets, forecasts and trend analysis, to enable effective and appropriate financial planning across the College.

The key duties of these Finance Business Partners will be:
- Act as lead business contact for providing a professional finance business partnering service to designated Cost Centre Managers.

The successful candidate will have:
- Part-qualified with a CCAB qualification or evidence of equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working in a management accounting, finance business partnering or related financial role.
- Ideally experience working in the public sector, but this is by no means essential.
- Proven experience of working collaboratively, including working with internal and external people in positions of influence to develop and implement customer-focused business solutions.
- Ability to analyse, summarise and communicate financial data and information clearly and accurately to non-financial budget managers.
- Ability to provide constructive challenge to budget managers.

Main Purpose of the Job
The Digital Enabler will work with the District Leadership Team and the Communications Officer to build the digital communications capacity of the District at every level, to facilitate effective participation by all members in the life of the church in the North West District, and to make use of new opportunities for mission and community-building in the digital sphere.
Key Responsibilities
1.Ensure that the District leadership is able to fulfil its responsibilities by ensuring there are reliable digital platforms for online, live-streamed and recorded meetings and events, for electronic dissemination of information (via web, social media and mailings), and audio and video recording and sharing..
2.Enable all members of churches in the District to have the opportunity for participation in District forums and events, and to receive information from their District and Circuits.
3.Co-operate with District and Circuit leaders, ministers and pioneers in the development of new forms of mission and church communities using a range of digital resources.
Key Tasks
Training and Support
1.Create a digital strategy for the District, identifying the essential resources and support needed to enable full participation at every level, and the opportunities for missional work in the online world.
2.Support the administration and governance of the District by facilitating online synods, committees and consultations.
3.Build a network of “digital champions” within Circuits and provide advice and support for local training and capacity building.
4.Devise and deliver online training courses for Circuits and churches.
5.Develop a “Digital Community of Practice” across the District, and linking where appropriate across the Connexion, which will envisage and create new ways of being and growing church in the digital age.

This rewarding post oversees the exciting research portfolio of the Psoriasis Association. You will join at an exciting time with involvement in the updating of the Research Strategy. The Psoriasis Association is a busy charity who alongside promoting and funding research, offers authoritative, reliable, quality information, advice and support for people whose lives are affected by psoriasis, in addition to raising awareness of psoriasis.
We are a small but high performing team that is trusted and respected in our research community and the wider dermatology community we work within.
You will oversee all aspects of the research grant award and monitoring process, including managing our panels of lay and peer reviewers, and work alongside the communications department to promote and highlight the research supported and funded by the Psoriasis Association.
Principal Roles:
• Manage the processing of new grant applications, ensuring that the charity continues to attract high quality proposals and achieve high standards in their assessment. The work required as part of this process includes guidance for applicants, collating all reviewer feedback, undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis of scores and feedback to inform discussion at the meetings of the Medical and Research Committee.
• Manage the monitoring of ongoing grants.
• Oversee annual Researchfish impact data gathering for all relevant grants and report on findings.
• Work alongside the Communications Department to promote the research funded by the Psoriasis Association.

Role summary
You’ll be raising funds primarily for School Plates, the flagship UK programme, to help school menus to become healthier and more planet-friendly by increasing the quality, quantity, and uptake of plant-based food.
The programme is growing rapidly. Now working with 70 major school caterers feeding over 1 million children daily, we’ve roughly doubled our reach in each of the last two years. With a new educational programme to teach children about their food choices launching this year, and our School Plates Awards and Global Plant-based School Food Network both expanding considerably, there is a need to significantly grow our income.
The role is primarily a combination of major donor and corporate fundraising to complement our existing trusts and foundations fundraising. You’ll be an experienced relationship builder, a driven and enthusiastic self-starter, and an excellent project manager. Responsibilities

Lead on UK fundraising, focusing on major donors and corporates.

The Head of Development will deliver the charity's ambitious 3-year fundraising strategy and oversee all fundraising campaigns across membership, individual giving, trusts, foundations, and corporate support, as well as providing excellent stewardship to major donors. They will guide, inspire and support a high-performing and collaborative development team to achieve annual fundraising goals, as well as overseeing internal fundraising processes.
The postholder will manage and grow a portfolio of supporters, and work closely with the CEO on one-off major gift campaigns. About The Role
Working closely with our Chief Executive Officer, the Operations and Systems Manager would take a birds-eye view of our organisation to help us build a consistent, collaborative and centralised approach to how we work. You would hold responsibility for developing and embedding operational strategies, processes, policies, and systems that meet our needs and help to support staff wellbeing. This role includes a key focus on improving how we can better use and manage our digital infrastructure to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes and to improve our ability to engage and retain external audiences, enabling us to build our impact on a national scale. Key areas of responsibility are as follows:
Day-to-day operational management of the Charity, including:
- Resolving daily operational and administrative issues efficiently and effectively.
- Taking initiative to enhance or develop, implement and embed effective systems and working practices, drawing from personal knowledge and experience and external examples of best practice.
- Developing and refining our approach to hybrid working, ensuring systems and processes enable connection and creativity across the organisation. This includes working closely with the HR and Finance Officer to ensure new and existing staff are appropriately trained and supported with ensuring a safe, comfortable and productive home working set-up.
- Taking responsibility for managing our office space and working environment, ensuring it is fit for the organisation’s needs. The spectrum of conditions and illnesses includes people with trauma, anxiety, depression, psychosis, personality disorders, eating disorders, addictions, learning disabilities, autism, Korsakoff syndrome, alcohol related brain damage, and challenges related to social isolation, family dynamics, and relationships.
In this role, you will manage a team of psychologists, a clinical lead, mental health nurses, substance misuse teams, and therapeutic leads, as well as providing overall leadership, expertise, and direction to the organisation to bridge gaps in knowledge, experience, and skills!
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 - 5. You will be based in Central Office (Islington) but will regularly be based within any of our services across London, Brighton, Kent, Havering, Bedford, Luton, Nottingham, and Liverpool. Hybrid working is an option outside these service visits.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a self-starter, who can proactively encourage and take leadership of all aspects of psychology for the organisation! You will hold an accreditation with HCPC and BPS (and/or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate your experience in developing clinical/forensic/counselling practices!
What we are looking for:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology, Counselling or Forensic Psychology from an accredited institution
- Full registration with BPS and as a Psychologist with the relevant regulatory body (e.g. HCPC)
- Trained in clinical supervision and the supervision of assistant and trainee psychologists and/or other psychological therapy staff
- Previous experience of joint working with statutory, voluntary, and private sector agencies, social care, or criminal justice services
- Evidence of continuing professional development

OVERVIEW OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership to employees throughout the employee life cycle
- Support the development and creation of IIRMS (Intensive Integrated Risk Management Services).
- Incorporate reflective practice and supervision into the service delivery processes.
- Provide expertise in clinical risk assessment and management, crisis intervention, and specialist communication of psychological knowledge internally and externally.
- Develop and deliver small, targeted trauma therapy provisions for individuals who cannot access other community services, ensuring specialised support which is tailored to their needs.
- Lead on clinical excellence, setting policy, preparing for CQC inspections, establishing peer reviews, and pursuing accreditation to uphold standards of quality and safety.
- Drive innovation initiatives, including quality improvement efforts, service promotion, conference presentations, and fostering relationships with multiple external stakeholders.
Other responsibilities than those described above may be required to be undertaken from time to time and will be expected to be performed to as long as it is within the capability and level of the position.
