This fixed term contract ends on 31st March 2027 and is renewable depending on funding.
Key responsibilities:
• Network across the borough of Wandsworth and South West London by visiting organisations and speaking to people with lived experience of mental distress and / or using mental health services and mental health professionals.
• To have a particular focus on reaching people we are keen to see continuing to use Sound Minds including young people, people from BAME communities, and LGBTQ+ people.
• To form ongoing working relationships with people who refer members to Sound Minds such as care coordinators, social prescribers, community mental health teams, local psychiatric hospitals, and housing support workers.
• To lead the referral team at Sound Minds to ensure the referral pipeline operates smoothly and fits the needs of prospective members.
• To lead on the pastoral care of our individual members. Working with people to help resolve any ongoing problems around areas such as housing, finance, benefits, access to mental health services, having sufficient food to eat and referring and signposting them on to other services.
• Referring members on to other services and ensuring that the offers of Sound Minds are joined up.
• Leading group sessions to help individuals with their wellbeing and recovery journeys.

The role
We are looking for an exceptional Trusts and Grants Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing success and expansion of our partnerships with trusts, foundations and statutory givers. Working closely with the Senior Trusts and Grants Manager and four more team members, this new role will lead on nurturing high-value relationships with prospective trusts who have capacity to give large funding to FareShare.
As the cost of living crisis pushes millions into food insecurity, and the world is faced with a climate emergency, the difference you can make by joining the Trusts and Grants Team is substantial. The Trusts and Grants and Manager will take on the management and stewardship of a diverse portfolio of high-value funding relationships, while developing new partnerships with a range of givers. The role will also be responsible for managing and developing a Trusts and Foundations Officer to support team objectives.
You will be a strategic thinker, used to working with high value grant making professionals and trustees and with senior staff and stakeholders within your own organisation. You will have a strong track record in income generation and supporter stewardship and have excellent communication skills. Cross team collaboration is crucial to the role, and you will be able to demonstrate strong relationship building and influencing skills.
Main areas of responsibility
- Build relationships with portfolio of five and six figure trust supporters, understanding their motivations and tailoring opportunities and communications to cultivate strong, long-lasting partnerships.
- Foster a deep understanding of FareShare’s work and strategy to create persuasive fundraising proposals that inspire and solicit funds. This includes developing relationships across the organisation to build a sound understanding of FareShare operations and where support is most needed
- Champion and input in to the teams prospecting process, using your own research and sector knowledge to take new opportunities from identification through to solicitation, particularly focussing on those with multi-year and high value potential.
- Develop innovative and personalised stewardship plans, in collaboration with senior colleagues when appropriate, to deepen funder relationships. Craft compelling written communications including emails, proposals, and reports to showcase the impact of trust support and celebrate key milestones. Lead calls, meetings and visits to strengthen funder partnerships and engagement with our work.
- Provide supportive management to a Trust and Grants Officer, offering regular advice and guidance, identifying opportunities for development and monitoring performance objectives in line with the organisational and team strategy.
- Play an active role in developing and delivering the Trusts and Grants team strategy contributing to planning and management of team objectives, and supporting the Senior Manager to motivate the team and drive trust income.
- Work with colleagues across the Fundraising sub-teams to maximise cross over opportunities between income areas.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions in our CRM system and shared files, and consistently update financial records and account plans.

They do this by providing a safe and welcoming place to stay, and offering support through the provision of personalised support, educational and life skills opportunities. They are now seeking two Support Workers, to join their Intensive Support Service (ISS).
As a Support Worker, you will work in the ISS, providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents with a background of rough sleeping and a range of medium to high needs. These will include entrenched drug and/or alcohol issues, mental health diagnosis and a range of offending backgrounds. You will be the principal provider of support for these residents in the ISS and will also work alongside Assistant Support Workers. You will be responsible for promoting resident engagement and empowerment through the development of positive relationships with residents, enabling them to take control of their lives and make positive changes. Additionally, you will work closely with residents to create tailored support plans that meet their specific needs and enable them.
Due to the nature of the role, you will have experience in building relationships and supporting vulnerable, disadvantaged, or excluded client groups, as well as dealing with challenging behaviours within a similar setting to the homelessness sector. You will also be able to demonstrate a level of experience and understand the range of approaches appropriate to working with challenging behaviour including current drug /or alcohol use, antisocial behaviour, offending, substance misuse and complex needs, as well as experience of working with clients through a trauma-informed approach and understand statutory compliances and standards such health and safety, equal opportunities and data protection. The Role
You will be joining the Charity at an exciting time as they work towards the plan to become a fully independent Charity by 2025. You will be responsible for overseeing an ambitious fundraising strategy as well as leading the capital appeal to expand the neonatal unit.
A key element of this role will be to identify new opportunities to grow and develop new income streams, providing team leadership to Charity team and their activities to build the fundraising and grant-making capacity.
As Charity Director you will play a key role in developing new strategies and diversifying income streams as well as working closely with the Chair of the Charity to a devise a brand-new five-year plan for the Charity.
About you
You must have had significant experience of leading a small or medium sized charity or have been a senior manager within a larger charity, including demonstrable experience in leading successful change management and service developments as well as be able to demonstrate that you have successfully worked towards targets. Capital appeal experience would also be advantageous. You also need experience of devising and implementing a strategic fundraising plan.

Shine has a membership of over 13,500 members living with SpinaBifida and/or Hydrocephalus and associated conditions and over 6,000 associated members.
In the last year we have seen a 25% increase in members who are living with NPH across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. There are currently just under 600 members with NPH, plus their carers registered, but we are expecting this to continue to rise as awareness and diagnosis of the condition grows.
We are looking for an experienced, skilled, organised and dedicated new staff member to join Shine’s Services team to develop and lead our new NPH service.

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Legacy Officer to join our Legacies team. This is the ideal role for someone looking to gain more experience in legacy fundraising, and for someone who wants to make a difference to our communities when time matters most.
You will help deliver the legacy fundraising programme with the aim of securing and retaining legacy pledges, and ultimately growing income from this vital source of support.
A large part of the role will also be focused on the stewardship of existing pledgers, considerers and enquirers. You will be comfortable engaging with the public, handling enquiries, and keeping our supporters engaged with and updated on our work.
You will also work closely with the Legacy Lead to develop marketing campaigns, legacy materials, and to support other promotional activities and the wider Legacy team
About you:
Empathy and listening skills come naturally to you. You will be pro-active and have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills, as well as some working knowledge of databases.
You may have previous experience working in a fundraising environment, in relationship management/direct marketing or in a customer service related role.

Lingen Davies Cancer Fund exists to enhance cancer services and improve lives in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales. Founded in 1979, with the aim of bringing cancer services to Shropshire for the first time, our work is now focused in three key areas: cancer prevention and early diagnosis, excellent treatment delivered locally, and living well with and beyond cancer.
Two of our Fundraising Team have recently departed for exciting new projects, and we have taken this opportunity to create some different posts within the team. We really value our relationships with businesses and major donors around the region, and we are very pleased to be recruiting to this role, which will build capacity and focus in this area.
Our Relationship Fundraiser will work closely with colleagues across the charity to deliver excellent supporter care and stewardship, building long term relationships for Lingen Davies Cancer Fund. Attending a range of community events and networking opportunities to act as the face of the charity, including delivery of presentations, and to raise our profile across the region.
You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with local businesses, and ensuring excellent stewardship of our donors, especially those giving larger philanthropic contributions.
You will also take the lead on our Friends of Lingen Davies scheme for regular donors, ensuring they are kept informed and engaged, and building their numbers.
You will work with colleagues to develop the use of our CRM system and apply data analysis to support delivery of the role, and to develop future plans and direction. You will be self-managing, motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills and be computer savvy!

About the role
We are seeking an IT Tech Support Team Lead to support ARTICLE 19 during its migration to the MS365 platform and applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing A19’s technical support operations, including deploying, optimising and supporting applications and users across the organisation. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing user accounts within Azure AD (Microsoft Azure Identity) and maintaining A19’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The candidate will also do device management, including the use of Microsoft Intune, and play an integral role in the rollout of new policies and procedures following A19’s migration to the MS365 platform.
What you will be doing day to day
- Lead the IT Support Team in providing exceptional technical assistance across Windows and Mac platforms.
- Provide comprehensive software support, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting application-specific issues, including management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Azure AD.
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
