Job Purpose

The Programme Officer will be responsible for the management and overall delivery of their designated programmes. This role will involve managing relationships with tutors, parents and clients, while collecting robust qualitative and quantitative data to measure the impact and build the success of our work. This is a critical role, leading on the delivery and evaluation of multiple programmes, managing key stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the development of our tutoring programmes in our newer delivery regions.
The Programme Officer will ensure high levels of quality assurance, particularly among tutors working in their hubs, so we achieve our intended outcomes. This is a multifaceted role, working across all parts of the organisation to ensure we deliver the best possible results for our pupils.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about education, has strong stakeholder management skills and a broader knowledge of communities in the North-West region is also beneficial. About the opportunity:
The Tutor Communications Officer will work closely with the Communications and Media Manager to support all aspects of stakeholder communications and engagement at Action Tutoring. The role will require you to develop engaging and motivational content when communicating with our volunteer tutor network, schools and other stakeholders.
The Tutor Communications Officer will develop their data management and analytical skills, when evaluating the impact of communications and maintaining subscriber data. They will also develop detailed knowledge of our e-communications software (Campaign Monitor) to create precise and engaging email campaigns with accurate segmentation of recipients.

The Role:
• The role is responsible for providing communications support, delivering activities and improving visitor experience to engage and inspire a range of audiences to give time, voice and money to our cause.

Purpose of Role
IBP seeks a Director of Fundraising to drive our organization's resource development and financial sustainability. Working at the highest levels of the organization, this leader will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure multi-year, multi-million-dollar commitments from major international donors. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated success in diversifying revenue streams and building strategic partnerships, along with the ability to both envision ambitious fundraising goals and execute detailed plans to achieve them.

We are recruiting for a part time temporary Digital fundraising assistant for an inspiring medical research charity This role will be responsible for the project management, marketing and delivery of a wide range of virtual events for the charity in order to grow the fundraising income.

The Role
Support the Digital Fundraising team with the execution of our Digital fundraising programme.
Provide support to the Digital Fundraising Officers in the stewardship of our digital event participants.
Carry out market research on other virtual fundraising communities in the sector, sharing and applying learning to your work at the charity helping to ensure it remains a leader in this space
Maintain high standards of data capture by using external databases to record and edit registration and fundraising data, ensuring it is correct and reported into the main CRM in a timely manner, in accordance with the teams and external stakeholders requirements.
Moderate the virtual challenge social media groups, creating safe spaces, drafting, and scheduling inspirational and useful content, engaging with posts, responding to queries, and providing first-class supporter care.
