Join the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) as our E-learning Project Manager for the Radiology Integrated Training Initiative (R-ITI) — and help shape the future of radiology education across the UK and beyond.
We’re redeveloping one of the most respected radiology e-learning programmes in the world — R-ITI — and we need a driven, strategic and organised Project Manager to bring it to life.

In this 18-month fixed-term role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of over 300 digital learning modules. You’ll collaborate with the Learning Development Manager, the Learning Technologist and the e-learning faculty comprising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs – who are doctors) while undertaking the project to relaunch these essential resources on our new Learning Management System (LMS).

You’ll not only be supporting radiologists in their professional development but you’ll also play a key role is helping ensure the offering is financially sustainable, enabling us to reinvest in growing our influence and impact globally.

What you’ll do 

• Oversee the entire life cycle of selected R-ITI modules marked for redevelopment, from establishing SME groups to review and update content, to working with learning technology colleagues to produce and publish them on time and within budget on RCR’s LMS. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives and provide support to the working groups whilst they redevelop the modules. 
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Be responsible for overall quality control of newly developed content by working collaboratively with SMEs and learning technology colleagues to create accurate, engaging and effective e-learning content for our members. 
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of SMEs, internal or externally sourced e-learning developers, designers, and quality assurance testers.
• Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing necessary support, troubleshooting queries and ensuring strategically sound decisions are made.
• Manage project budgets and promptly report any potential spending variances to the Learning Development Manager. 

What you’ll need 

• Excellent project management skills with evidence of delivering complex projects to the highest of standards, on time and on budget
• Experience of working with busy stakeholders, especially those who work on a voluntary basis
• Experience of developing e-learning content and working with digital learning platforms
• Experience of collaborating with doctors or other medical professionals would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to help negotiate, solve problems, and share knowledge with all stakeholders where needed

What is a Technical Business Analyst?

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis, design, prioritisation, and implementation of process and technical changes to enhance business operations and services. Your role involves identifying improvement opportunities, leveraging technology (including automation), defining costs and benefits, and establishing success metrics. You will manage DDaT-enabled process improvements.

Your objective is to enhance the client journey, from small pathway changes to large technical projects and process improvements. The Volunteer Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the volunteer programme within the College of Paramedics.

With a focus on enhancing volunteer relationships and strengthening organisational capabilities, you will lead strategic initiatives to help to create a positive, productive, and rewarding experience for volunteers while maximising their contribution to our strategic objectives.

The Volunteer Relationship Manager will be required to:

• Recruitment and Onboarding – Develop best practice volunteer recruitment strategies, conduct interviews and volunteer screening and organise required induction sessions
• Volunteer Management – Match volunteers with appropriate roles, coordinate schedules and maintain the volunteer database
• Support and Development – Provide ongoing support to volunteers, identify opportunities for skill development and address any concerns

About this job

In this role you will be providing emotional support and information to people affected by multiple sclerosis (MS) that empowers them to; live to their full potential, take an active role in their treatment and secure the care and support they need. As part of the helpline team you will also contribute to the overall implementation of the teams objectives and successfully embedding new services.

Our helpline is open 9am – 7pm and therefore this role includes working a shift pattern of 9-5, 10-6, 11-7 or as the service demands.

Please note this is a fixed term 12-months maternity cover contract. This role is full time, part-time hours (28 hours +) will be considered.

About this job

The Office Administrator role is to provide a high level of customer service and support to our service users, supporters, volunteers, groups, members of the public and internal customers. Contributing to overall implementation of the Services and Support and Northern Ireland directorates’ objectives. This will be achieved by ensuring the best possible service user experience for our MS community and by proactively improving processes and ways of working.

Please note this is a part-time job working Monday to Friday from 10am to 3:30pm.

About the Role:

As our European Food Business Manager, you will be instrumental in driving corporate change to improve farm animal welfare and promote a more sustainable food system across Europe and the UK.

In this solutions-focused role, you will work closely with leading food businesses, including retailers, producers, and food service companies, to encourage them to adopt higher welfare standards and reduce their reliance on animal-sourced products. By using your expertise in relationship management and corporate engagement, you will help secure public commitments to eliminating cages, improving broiler and fish welfare, and setting measurable targets for meat and dairy reduction.

A key part of your role will be supporting businesses in implementing their commitments, using Compassion’s industry-leading tools and resources to facilitate change. You will also contribute to public benchmarking and corporate reporting efforts, ensuring transparency and accountability within the sector. You will also represent Compassion in industry forums, working groups, and conferences, collaborating with stakeholders to find practical solutions to the challenges of transitioning away from intensive farming.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a skilled relationship manager with experience in corporate engagement, sales, marketing, or supply chain management. You’ll need to have a strategic mindset, with the ability to influence key decision-makers in the food industry and drive meaningful change for farm animal welfare and sustainability.

With strong negotiation and communication skills, you will be able tod build and maintain effective partnerships with major food businesses, persuading them to adopt higher welfare standards and meat reduction targets. Ideally, you’ll have experience working in the food, agriculture, or sustainability sectors, with a solid understanding of corporate responsibility, supply chains, and sustainability trends. Knowledge of farm animal welfare and food system transformation would be highly beneficial.

You’ll need to be a self-starter, who is able to manage multiple projects and priorities with ease, and thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You'll have a proficiency in CRM systems (such as Salesforce), strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy will be advantageous.

You will help drive a step-change to make MFE become a truly audience-centric directorate, especially in the way we translate strategy into plans. You will help design and embed a new approach to planning in MFE, centrally setting clear priorities and improving how agree and align resource to achieve our shared goals.

What will I be doing?

• Support the design, build and implementation of an integrated and well-sequenced planning process to successfully drive forward delivery of the mass audience strategy, including putting a much greater focus on audience needs in the way we plan our work

• Support the running of this planning process, working with stakeholders across MFE and key partners in other directorates to align priorities, activity and KPIs.

• Support the design, build and implementation of MFE quarterly business performance reviews to drive alignment with the audience strategy and ensure prioritisation and investment decisions deliver on overall strategic goals

• Contribute to the development of a '3-year plan' for MFE, translating the mass audience strategy into a high-level plan of priorities and activity

• Act as a key interface for MFE with other directorates, ensuring support functions receive a joined-up view of needs, requirements and priorities across MFE, aligned to the mass audience strategy (including deputising for the MFE Planning & Change Lead on forums relating to CRUK-wide planning)

• Support improvements to how CRUK-wide planning is done, including how we align people and budgets to achieve our shared goals, especially in areas of org-wide shared resource (e.g. Creative)

• Support the design, build and implementation of a new fit-for-purpose governance structure for MFE, and support the MFE Planning & Change Lead in running this new governance

• Champion process optimisation initiatives across MFE to deliver efficiencies and improve employee experience

• Work with colleagues in Fundraising Finance to ensure financial and operational planning are integrated and aligned, and to collaborate at key points in the business cycle (e.g. target-setting, budgeting etc)

• Contribute to writing impactful papers and presentations for a variety of stakeholder groups, including MFE SLT

• Experience of operational planning and/ or project management, ideally including setting-up new planning processes

• Strong project management and planning skills, including resource and risk management
