Contract (18 Month Contract)
Job description

Do you want to become part of an innovative team at the forefront of delivering the transformation agenda for a leading UK Charity?

We are looking for a Change Manager to join the RBL team on an 18 month Contract basis to support the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and plans.

Reporting to the Change Leader, this role will see you collaborating with Programme Managers, the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and teams in the wider organisation to ensure understanding of change impacts, in addition to having accountability for the creation and application of the change management approach for multiple ongoing initiatives within RBL.

Come and be part of the leading Armed Forces charity, making a difference to the lives of those who have served to keep us safe and protect our way of life.

As a Change Manager, some key responsibilities will include:

· Supporting the development of and creating ownership for RBLs case for change and the change journey

· Design and implementation of a structured methodology for leading change management activities

· Supporting the development of a Change Management evaluation approach, leading design, and implementation of Change Management process, designing tools and interventions to support adoption of the changes required

· Creation of change plans for projects or change initiatives within the TMO acknowledging all aspects of change - analysis, plan, implementation, communication, and other associated change considerations.

You will be contracted to our Haig House, London Hub. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.

For more detailed information about the role, please see our Vacancy Information Pack attached to our direct advert.

RBL is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organisation, reflecting the diversity of the armed forces community and of wider society. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and personal characteristics and aim to operate an inclusive recruitment process.
