Official Job Title: Early Literacy Interventionist
Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you keen to work with children to support and develop their phonics and reading skills?
40% of children from disadvantaged backgrounds leave primary school in England each year unable to read to the expected standard. Chapter One is a fast-growing charity, with a vision of a world in which all children have the literacy skills they need to thrive. We work to ensure that all children have 1:1 reading support at the time they need it most.
Our Early Literacy Intervention (ELI) programme (based on a model that serves 20,000 children successfully in the USA) provides daily, 1:1, 7 minute phonics sessions for children who are behind in phonics. Using a bespoke technology tool, a trained Early Literacy Interventionist works individually with target children.
We are seeking a part-time Early Literacy Interventionist (ELI), based at Galleywall Primary School in Southwark, South London. This ELI role, reporting to the Schools Development Manager, is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop and grow their knowledge of phonics and/or their teaching skill set. It is ideal for someone with previous school experience who is looking for a new and exciting challenge.
For your caseload of target children, you will conduct an initial baseline assessment and then deliver differentiated, 1:1, targeted, 7 minute phonics sessions to pupils using a systematic, synthetic approach. Although you are employed by Chapter One, you will work closely with the school team to understand the progression of the school’s phonics teaching; establish tailored plans for each child and feedback on pupil progress. Using your knowledge and insight, you will also collaborate with colleagues at Chapter One to further improve the ELI model, the online tool and programme delivery.

The Role

To be successful as Specialist Housing Advocate you will need the below experience and skills:
You will have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on survivors and their children, and of best practice within the domestic abuse and housing sectors. You will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. The post holder will hold a caseload of survivors and will also be required to support Advance’s duty team on a rota basis which will involve completing intake assessments and providing crisis intervention support.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Recovery Worker to join our women's only refuge in Hove. The service supports 18 women with a trauma informed approach using a psychologically informed environment model to provide high quality, person centred support to all our residents.
You will support with a range of frontline care and support activities within the service, in a varied role. You will work towards supporting residents/participants to achieve their desired goals/outcomes, and will ensure all residents/participants understand and have the right tools and resources for positive outcomes. You will also develop, participate in, and encourage residents/participants to participate in the running of activities, projects and events. There will be a focus on risk assessments and management, as well as housing and property management.
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week on a rota. This may include shifts between Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00, 08:00 - 16:00 and 14:30 - 22:00. You will be based on site.

Summary of the role:
The CRM Project Manager will oversee the successful implementation and enhancement of the organisation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
This role encompasses the management of additional systems like Business Central post-CRM project delivery, and includes technical oversight, troubleshooting and integration management.
The position involves supervising an overseas developer and ensuring effective collaboration across departments to deliver projects on time and budget.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage end-to-end CRM implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Manage additional systems such as Business Central, ensuring seamless integration and coherence with existing processes. Accurate data entry of HR information systems to maintain data integrity.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure all systems are secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to CRM and other integrated systems efficiently.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of development programmes design, implementation and evaluation.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on CRM systems Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
