As the Fundraising Coordinator, you’ll:
- Submit, log and track applications.
- Identify potential funding opportunities.
- Write applications to smaller funders (typically £5,000 or less).
- Assist the Fundraising Manager in larger applications.

- Work with the Finance Manager to ensure financial reports meet the funders’ needs.

- Provide additional fundraising and general administrative support where necessary.

With a flair for writing and experience in fundraising (ideally Trusts and Foundations), you’ll be confident in crafting engaging, convincing bids and writing and editing in a professional context.

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. We now have a need for an Officer to work closely with the Development Director and CEO in developing our corporate income stream, managing the accounts of existing corporate partners and generating income through securing new corporate partnerships. The main purposes of the Development Officer role are:
- Working with the Development team to collectively achieve annual fundraising targets exceeding £2m per year

About the role
As one of the Lead Worker you will play a role in supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness by providing assessment, coaching advice and advocacy, whilst linking individuals into services that provide support. This role will also provide support to the facilitation of the Winter Night Shelter 2025, including ensuring that service users accessing the night shelter have an opportunity to resolve their homelessness sustainably.
The key to success will be your ability to make collaborative, consistent and psychologically informed relationships with services, colleagues, and partner organisations. You will have the ability to empower and upskill service users to be proactive in their accommodation search. You will provide support with practical aspects of their route out of homeless, including access to housing, benefits, and other relevant needs. You will Lead Work a caseload and provide effective case management in line with the Crisis Case Management Framework.

Enfield Solace Advocacy and Support Service (SASS) is a crisis intervention service which provides advocacy and support to people aged 16+ in Enfield who are currently experiencing domestic abuse, with the aim to reduce risk and harm. Our work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives free from abuse.
About the Role
As the Outreach and Engagement Lead for Enfield SASS, you would be working on an exciting new project to train and upskill local businesses to respond effectively to Violence Against Women and Girls. The focus would be on engaging businesses operating in the nighttime economy, to access Enfield Council training to support their staff to safeguard and respond to incidents or disclosures of gender-based violence in the local area. You would be working closely with Enfield Council and the Police to set up and run the 6-month project.
About You
You will need a passion for tackling VAWG and a thorough understanding of gender based violence and its impact on women and their children.
You will have excellent communication skills, in order to liaise and engage with businesses, stakeholders and Enfield Council. You will also have the ability to collate data and report on the project outcomes. You will be able to work autonomously and use initiative in the project management, with the support of the Service Manager and project steering group.

ENN is looking for a full-time Project Administrator. The successful candidate will work as part of the projects team providing high quality administration support across our technical projects, supporting the development and delivery of our various networks and technical portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to network coordinators on the administration and maintenance of our networks (MAMI Global Network, IFE Core group, Global Adolescent Nutrition Network (GANN), Wasting and Stunting Technical Interest Group (WaSt TIG) including management of network membership lists, undertaking membership mapping and reporting, compiling information for network newsletters and other communications to members, and administration of network mailboxes/calendars.
- Supporting the organisation and administration of internal and external project/network meetings, events, conferences, and webinars (in-person and online) including calendar scheduling, booking venues/catering/facilitators, registration of attendees, compiling meeting materials, sharing slides, facilitating online break out rooms, monitoring the chat for online events/webinars, note taking/minuting, administering polls/feedback forms and collating and recording meeting data.
- Coordinate and book project related travel for staff and consultants, within UK and internationally.
- Assist with the production of ENN’s publications (such as our flagship publication Field Exchange) and project outputs, including liaison with copyeditors, designers, printers, and translators.
- Administer, maintain and update ENN’s database of contacts, supporters, subscribers, and network membership lists.
- Provide procurement support as required: research suppliers, update service consultant tracker, seek quotes, support procurement processes, draft contracts and carry out due diligence/partner capacity checks in line with ENN’s Procurement Policies.
- Support with project finance administration including setting up purchase orders and invoice coding.
- Support with uploading content to the website and website/en-net platform maintenance and collation of monitoring and evaluation data using Google Analytics.
- Support the wider team in its use of technology to provide efficient and effective working, recording, and reporting including administration of 365 accounts and SharePoint.
- Other ad-hoc administrative support (e.g. monitor office mailbox and help administering annual internal employee engagement survey including collation and formatting of results).

- Experience providing high quality administrative support to both office and remotely based colleagues.

- Language skills are not essential but will be a plus as we produce and disseminate content in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, and other languages.
Reporting Lines:
This role reports to the Project Coordinator Lead. The role will work in the Projects team which is also made up of Project Manager(s) and will work closely with our technical team including Project Technical Leads and Portfolio leads.
Terms and Conditions:
- Hours of work: Full time, (37.5 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity for two Heads of Service to join our organisation! There are two positions to be filled one with a special focus on Criminal Justice Services and the other with a focus on Homelessness and complex needs including mental health.

Audit, Compliance, Risk
- Regularly undertake staff-assessment audits of services against key quality and risk standards, and ensure all actions and improvements are acted on within required timeframes.
- Ensure all services follow correct safeguarding and risk management protocols and procedures.
- Undertake fact finding and any external/internal investigations, ensuring they are in line with organisational policy, as well as associated formal hearings.
Financial Management
- Budget Management: Promote and manage effective cost control mechanisms, management of the overall budget for the given operational group, work collaboratively with other teams to set the service budgets, review monthly accounts, and ensure effective management of the areas budget and reporting.
- Lead on the annual review of contracts with commissioners and/or other relevant stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the service budgets are adequate to meet the needs of the contracts and any associated risk.
- Have overall oversight over the operational group, approve budget items and costs, ensure headcount is well managed and within budget, and make any adaptations if necessary.

The Financial Transactions Supervisor provides support to the finance team and is responsible for ensuring all financial transactions are processed in an efficient and effective way, and bad debt is kepy to a minimum.
Proven exprience in a similar role is essential along with practical experience of working on both purchase and sales ledgers. Good communication skills with the ability to explain finanical processes to non-finance managers is required.
This is a fixed term contracted expected to last approximately 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
Main duties include
- Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices
- Raise customer invoices (including event settlements) and ensure debt is collected and recovered
- Supervise and support the weekly paymet run
- Line management responsibility for Accounts Payable Assistant
- Ensure sub-ledger reconciliations are completely
- Review all Aged Creditor listings on a bi-monthly basis and take appropriate action
- Review Aged Debtors monthly and apply credit control procedures for outstanding debt collection
