IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health and drug & alcohol teams across England. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID). A core element of the programme is the expert assistance provided by a team of IPS experts, known as IPS Grow Leads, to support providers to improve their fidelity to the IPS model and achieve better employment outcomes for their clients. Subject to funding award, we are recruiting to a Project Support Officer. This role will provide essential support to enable the whole team to effectively and efficiently deliver a wide range of provision to IPS services nationally.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to expand the IPS Grow team, aimed at helping health systems deliver high quality evidence-based employment practice. We are a well-established service, led by Social Finance and are funded by NHS England and DWP to support the expansion of IPS services across mental health and drug and alcohol teams.
We are looking for a Project Support Officer to focus on supporting the IPS Grow team and programme within the Health + Work team at Social Finance. This role will include providing project and administrative support to the team to ensure we have real impact. The role will report into the Team Head for IPS Grow.
Responsibilities
The key requirements of the role are:
Provide project support and coordination of IPS fidelity reviews:

Support the coordination of IPS fidelity reviews;

Support with collection and collation of data, helping generate insight and contribution to the evaluation of our work and of the services we support. This may also include data entry and contributing to standard reports;

Provide support of team events and workshops, both internal and with the services we support;

Provide ad hoc support to other aspects of the team’s project work and take on special projects, as required.
Provide administrative support to the programme:

Support the Senior team within IPS Grow, with project planning and monitoring to ensure the programme remains on track;

Produce documents such as monthly reports which may require collation of input from multiple parties and documents and compiling into spreadsheets or presentation slides, in collaboration with members of the Senior team;

Provide support for co-ordination of IPS qualification delivery and professional registration;

Liaise with regional leads, NHS Trusts and IPS providers and other key stakeholders as required;

Support the delivery of specific administrative tasks and processes including minuting and action-log management of meetings and Boards;

Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings and book rooms with internal and external parties, including arranging for materials and equipment to be available, as required;

The Vacancy
The Programme Officer will work within the Conflict Advisory Unit (CAU). The CAU provides high-quality advisory and technical support to a range of aid actors across the humanitarian, development and peacebuilding sectors, including donor institutions, UN agencies, international and national NGOs, civil society organisations, financial institutions and the private sector to integrate conflict sensitivity principles and practices into their strategies, policies, and programmes. The CAU runs remote conflict sensitivity/ peace and security helpdesks for donors, implements in-country conflict sensitivity facilities (currently in Afghanistan, South Sudan and Sudan), and undertakes bespoke conflict sensitivity work.
In additional to the CAU, the Programme Officer will work with country programme teams and other teams across Saferworld to support the uptake of more conflict-sensitive ways of working across diverse conflict-affected contexts and help to promote learning and good practice on adopting conflict-sensitive approaches. Main purpose of the job
The Digital Marketing Coordinator/Adviser will bring together all aspects of Bond’s digital and social media marketing, to ensure that Bond maximises its marketing reach for all its products and services and particularly membership. Advocates around the country support children and young people to get their voice heard in decisions about their lives. This may be through the telephone helpline or through an advocate working directly with a child, for instance, to support them at a review meeting or to help them make a complaint about their care. Coram Voice provides visiting advocacy services to most of the secure units nationally, to Secure Training Centres, Juvenile Young Offender Institutions, psychiatric hospitals, residential special schools and children’s homes.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Advocate to join our team in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. We are seeking applicants who have transferable skills, a willingness to learn, a desire to promote the rights of children and young people or already have an IAP City and Guilds Level 3 or IAQ City and Guilds Level 4 in Advocacy.
You will work directly with care experienced children and young people and those on Child Protection Plans providing them with advocacy support in the community and a variety of settings.
You will empower and support them to ensure their voices are heard within decision–making processes that effect their lives.
You will be a capable ambassador for Coram Voice with the ability to engage effectively with professionals, carers, other stakeholders and most importantly children and young people.

Our Children’s Rights Managers will undertake Shortlisting. Successful candidates will be invited for interview. The interview process comprises of a written exercise and a panel interview. Successful candidates will have a further one to one interview in accordance within Warner recommendations. This position, which sits in the Policy & Campaigns team, plays a key role in developing and implementing Liberty’s policy and campaigning priorities: undertaking high quality research, influencing decision makers, building coalitions, producing policy and campaign materials, providing policy input to strategic litigation, and building public and political support for Liberty’s work.

Policy & Campaigns Officers monitor and respond to policy threats to our human rights frameworks, to our rights to protest and to live free from discrimination. They work with political players and civil servants to steer policy and legislation. They produce high-quality, persuasive content and translate complex legal and policy arguments in a clear and compelling way for mass audiences. They lead and support other human rights and civil society organisations, lending expertise and building solidarity. We have worked with civil society to fight back against the Police, Crimes, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 and the Public Order Act 2023 and to see off threats to our Human Rights Act.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who brings a collaborative approach to their work. You will have policy and research experience in human rights, or a related field such as the equality sector or social welfare sector. You will have a strong understanding of how to secure policy change in challenging political environments.
You will have a strong commitment to Liberty’s anti-oppression values and strategy.
