ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will involve working as part of a team providing 1st and 2nd line remote and on-site support to the services across London and a site in Berkshire. This is a fantastic role working with a small team supporting the planning and delivery of a sector-leading training offer, CILIP Learn. CILIP Learn is an exciting new platform under development for CILIP’s learning and CPD offer to members and the sector.

Training sessions are specifically designed for those working across the information, knowledge and library professions. This role directly supports the delivery of CILIP training, specifically training contracted by employers, and training delivered through partnerships.
The role
Reporting to the Director of Sector Development and working closely with the CILIP Learn Development Manager the Training and Partnerships Officer will support in the delivery of CILIPs training offer.
The ideal candidate will have a broad experience in delivering or overseeing training delivery, online events and webinars, managing successful relationships with stakeholders and have strong IT skills. The main responsibilities of the role include:
- To work with the Director of Sector Development and the CILIP Learn Development Manager to deliver a market-leading training offer for CILIP within CILIP Learn. To deliver and evaluate a portfolio of training events, building effective relationships with training providers.
- To support successful contract and stakeholder management related to the training partnerships and training contracts.
- To develop and maintain systems and processes which ensure that the development of the CILIP Learn offer is based on data, evidence and market intelligence.
It is not essential for the candidate to possess prior knowledge of the sector but they will have the right level of knowledge and enthusiasm to learn rapidly and bring their transferable skills to the role.
The role is 28 hours per week, ideally worked over 4 days but we are open to discussions around the working pattern for delivery of this role.

Role Overview
You’ll be leading the Challenge Events team in the delivery of the charities third party event portfolio including the likes of the TCS London Marathon, London Landmarks Half Marathon and The Royal Parks Half Marathon. An opportunity has arisen to provide support in our weekly groups for young people aged 13-19 who are experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties. The groups are an informal, fun, confidential space where young people can meet and chat with other young people, take part in feel-good activities and receive helpful information and tools. There are two groups a week, one on Thursdays in Tunbridge Wells between 4.30pm-6pm and another in a venue in Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge, details to be confirmed.
We are looking for a Sessional Support Worker to assist with the delivery of the groups. The postholder will work closely with the Reachout Youth Coordinator to help plan and deliver the groups and provide support to group members. You will have experience of working with young people and an understanding of mental health conditions. You will have excellent communication and listening skills, be positive, warm and welcoming and able to deal confidently with challenging situations.
The role is for 5 hours per week. Most of your time will be spent at the groups in their 2 different locations, with some time being spent helping to plan activities, attend monthly supervision, and/or other relevant meetings outside of the groups.

Free Tibet is a small but effective campaign organisation based in south London. We’re looking for a Fundraising Manager who can transform our routine fundraising and lead expert strategies for income generation. This role is best suited to an experienced fundraiser who is confident in managing multiple streams of income and a small team. We are currently implementing a pay grading system at Free Tibet, offering increases with each year of service. The salary for this position starts at up to £45,000 based on the successful candidate’s experience.
Location
Our main office is in Brixton, south London. Fundraising

Oversee all income-generation activity across Free Tibet and Tibet Watch. Ensure continuous improvement and innovation and an appropriate balance of fundraising activity across all streams. Current streams include postal appeals, online appeals, and the Free Tibet online shop.

Manage applications for grant funding on behalf of both Free Tibet and Tibet Watch, working with the Fundraising Officer to build a strong portfolio of five and six-figure grants and steward them for renewal.

Lead on the recruitment and retention of donors, especially Major Donors, and redevelop supporter journeys and stewardship programs.

Bonsucro is the global sustainability platform and standard for sugarcane. Our purpose is to collectively accelerate the sustainable production and uses of sugarcane. Content, channels and events
- Produce well-written engaging copy, distilling complex technical material into easily digestible articles, blogs and other content pieces for a range of audiences
- Organise, schedule and create high quality targeted content across multiple channels (web, email/newsletters, social media and videos) and for a range of digital campaigns
- Commission consultants to provide content, proofread and edit material for publication
- Maintain and update our website, including working with an external web agency to resolve issues or address more complex requests
- Oversee Bonsucro’s internal communications related to the activities and operations of the communications team, to ensure that relevant information is shared across the organisation

Outreach Worker – Rough Sleepers Team
Hours: 35 Hours per week on a rolling rota basis. Some early morning, weekend and evening work is involved.
