At Citizens UK, fundraising is a shared responsibility across teams and we have a growing income base from a range of sources. We are looking for someone with some experience and knowledge of fundraising, particularly with UK grants and foundations, and someone who’s keen to bring their expertise and skills together with others to achieve success.

About the Role
As the Financial Controller you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and report into the Chief Executive Officer. You will lead a small team and manage the relationship with our existing outsourced finance team, payroll provider and auditors to deliver high quality professional finance services to the charity. You will be responsible for the financial systems and processes and ensuring the quality and timeliness of work delivered.
Galop has gone through a period of rapid growth and you will be continuing the work to align its financial practices to its new operating model. Personally, you will be resilient and driven to develop, implement and improve financial policies. You will be working with the Treasurer and SLT to improve financial management and controls. Your financial analysis and reporting skills will be exceptional and you’ll have the ability to manage people setting clear goals and priorities for your team whilst providing support and challenge where needed.
You will work closely with other teams to establish regular, clear, and consistent channels of communication at all levels within the organisation. You will build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams and will; improve the understanding of charity’s performance; influence decision-making; deliver analysis and insight on business opportunities and support options and scenarios planning including funding applications.

Pact is a pioneering national charity that supports prisoners, people with convictions, and their children and families, providing caring and life changing services at every stage of the criminal justice process in court, in prison, on release, and in the community.
The role will be split 70% New Business and 30% Account Management. To excel in the role you will need to be tenacious and resilient, you will be joining a collaborative and supportive team and you will have the opportunity to really shape and develop the role.
The role is hybrid with one or two days in the London office.
The Role
Manage and lead a strong pipeline; identifying, researching, prospecting and cultivating potential corporate support.
Provide high standard of account management that supports continued commitment and growth c10-14 current partners
organise and run corporate engagement activities.
Contribute to the management and leadership of the fundraising team and the wider management team as a creative and proactive colleague.
The Candidate
Track record of securing new high value partnerships
Experience of managing and developing partnerships with flair and creativity
Demonstrable experience of building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly convey concepts and inspire others through written & verbal channels.

- Salary- £38,390.76 per annum (national) or £41,189.64 per annum (London, (London Weighting Allowance))
- Full-time 35 hours a week, permanent.

Martlets is looking for a Community Fundraiser to engage with and support those in the local community who are passionate about raising funds for Martlets. This is a vital role within our fundraising team as it is almost entirely thanks to support from the local community, that people with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones can enjoy life as fully as possible, for the time they have left together.
This role is primarily based at Martlets hospice in Brighton, but also offers flexibility with hybrid working and will require occasional working out of our Worthing office.
