This is an exciting opportunity to be at the cutting edge of the growth in Shaw Trust Supported Internships. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with neurodiverse young people or adults, be flexible, committed to making a difference and be able to work under pressure and be an effective communicator. The job coach role will need to successfully be able to work with vulnerable young people and engage employers to offer placements and work opportunities. The position will be based in High Wycombe town centre.

Shaw Trust provides support to young people across London funded by Local Authorities, Schools, SFA that include providing information advice, guidance and support to ensure young people are able to assess their attributes and circumstances, planning to meet learning goals, supporting them to implement their plans and keeping these under review.

Job Description

• Provide direction and organisation to the on-site learning programme
• Recruit appropriate students with disabilities for the programme / conduct education assessments for those who have applied
• Plan and deliver (including virtual) daily classroom activities and lesson plans in line with agreed units to achieve the Pearson’s employability award (Entry Level 3 – Level 2),
• Deliver daily classroom support in literacy and numeracy.
• Support interns to develop the Pearson’s portfolios to achieve the accreditation and skills attained, letter of recommendations from internship sites, etc.
• Be responsible for the emotional and social welfare of the interns
• Work with local authorities and businesses, attend reviews and other meetings as required to meet student progression and employment needs.
• Develop IEP and transition plan for students and creates “career plan” based on individual preferences and skills
• Attend host business induction to ensure intern understanding and learning
• Works with job coach and with department managers to develop internship sites, write job descriptions and plan for necessary job modifications 
• Works with parents, the local authority and other supported internship stakeholders to support the progression of the interns
• Provides individualised support for interns at the host business worksite placement or competitive job including job coaching, identifying job placements, assistive technology, etc.
• Develops professional relationships with parents to support interns

• Works with Supported Internship team to make final decisions regarding any issues that may affect student success at a worksite rotation or competitive job site. 
• Participates in decision-making process to identify and implement training strategies and/or services with other staff and host business staff.
• Adheres to and promotes standards of the host business and/or competitive work site in order to promote job productivity and efficiency.
• Submits and completes appropriate job coaching paperwork.
• Applies for Access to Work funding on behalf of the interns
• Provides basic information about benefits, work-related expenses etc
• Recognises and acts on the legal responsibilities concerning the safety and welfare of the interns
• Develop a clear understanding of the nature of each student’s learning difficulties and or social/emotional needs and take steps to address these needs
• Utilise a variety of support methods and resources appropriate to the needs of the interns

Trust Funding Coordinator

Working closely with the Trust Funding Officer, you will contribute to sustaining and increasing income from trusts and foundations. You will focus on donors with the capacity to give up to £25,000 a year to Plan International, as well as identifying, researching and applying to new prospects at this level, and supporting the prospecting process in the trusts team. You will also manage a small trusts’ portfolio running mailings through the database and looking for opportunities to grow portfolio income.
 
We are looking for an individual who has experience of managing several projects simultaneously and be able to demonstrate a clear and persuasive writing style. You will also have a keen interest in fundraising from trusts and foundations, ideally have experience of working in a fundraising team or similar environment and be proficient in using IT packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher. OVERVIEW 

Stonewall Housing is in an exciting stage of growth, and it will be your role as Business Operations Manager to facilitate this growth through the creation and maintenance of smooth operational processes and administrative support to the organisation. You will work closely with the Leadership and Development Teams, and in partnership with our Services Administrator. 

In this post you will be supporting the Training Lead with the running of the training pipeline, such as sending invoices, booking forms and certificates; providing administrative and operational support to the Development Team so that they reach their fundraising, partnership, events and volunteering goals; supporting the CEO with any Board of Trustees-related tasks, such as taking minutes at the quarterly Board Meeting. Stonewall Housing has also recently adopted the project management and CRM tool, Monday. You will need to have experience of working with the same, or a similar, project management tool.

The successful candidate will aim to find effective and workable solutions in a range of contexts, negotiating within budget and working with any member of the team. You will help to make sure that all administration tasks are completed effectively and efficiently and create systems and processes to support all aspects of our work.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• To provide a high quality, flexible and responsive administrative support to the organisation.

Recruitment

We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Achieving Potential department as a Music Coordinator. This is a really exciting and unique role for our organisation. As the Music Coordinator, you will lead on the development and delivery of sound-based activities within SHP as part of the wider Achieving Potential programme.

About the role:

The Music Coordinator will be responsible for the development and coordination of new and existing activities, including a music production course, facilitating song writing workshops, and music sessions aimed at supporting recovery from mental health issues, homelessness, and substance use.

The Music Coordinator will facilitate projects in line with funded programmes, including those detailed with specific ETE (Education, Training & Employment) outcomes, and run sessions to produce work in accordance with the organisational timetable. This role includes supervisory elements and requires project management skills.

As Fundraising Officer you will supporting the Individual Giving Manager in the development of all engagement with individual supporters including individual giving (acquisition and engagement), digital fundraising, in memoriam, legacy and major donors. This position will be pivotal in writing and disseminating donor communications and will help co-ordinating email marketing.

The role will be closely supported by the Individual Giving Manager, and training and coaching can be provided to enable you to take on the responsibilities of the role.

Main Responsibilities:

· Supporting Individual Giving Manager in the development of all engagement with individual supporters including individual giving (acquisition and engagement), digital fundraising, in memoriam, legacy and major donors.

· Maintaining accurate records on the CRM database, including data entry, finance reconciliation work

· Supporting in the writing and disseminating donor communications, including appeals, e-newsletters, and relevant website fundraising pages.

· Help co-ordinating email marketing, [HK1] and actively participating in planning email campaigns.

· Supporting the development and implementation of digital campaigns to acquire new donors, including social media activity, email activity and website conversion pages.

· Using the CRM to analyse and report on campaign performance.

· Providing the team with wider administrative support as required.

Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):

· Strong digital skills; the ability to learn and feel comfortable with new systems including digital marketing tools and social media management tools. The post holder will work across many systems including  Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics and Meta Ad Manager.

· Accurate administration and strong organisational skills and an attention to detail, including IT (Microsoft Office, Google documents etc).

· Solid understanding of delivering excellent customer service (internally and externally).

· Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when reviewing, amending and analysing data

· Experience of working in a team and managing work in pressurised situations without sacrificing quality of work, attention to detail or courtesy. The ability to organise workload and meet competing priorities.

· Strong interpersonal skills; proactive, positive and creative attitude to problem solving.

· Ability to work very occasionally outside of office hours and with occasional country-wide travel.

About the post
The Women’s Health Services Manager will ensure the effective and efficient operation of the IRIS, ADViSE and other relevant services for women who have been subjected to domestic violence and abuse. She will play a lead role in ensuring that nia continues to deliver high quality services which meet relevant quality standards. She will support the Director of Operations in the development of services, managing staff members and projects undertaken by the team.

About the Role

Deliver an excellent catering service

• Working to TH EHO guidelines and SFBB, ensure food is prepared and work is carried out by us and to the standard of Tower Hamlets Food Standards including: risk assessment, food safety, equipment maintenance, cleaning, disposal of catering waste and liaising with Tower Hamlets Environmental Health where necessary.
• Maximise recycling of waste wherever possible.
• Responsible for the ordering and delivery of food and consumables.
• Work to agreed catering budget reporting monthly as required.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest possible standard.
• Manage staff involved in the provision of catering activities to ensure safe working practices.
• Work with the Head of Learning & Training to keep up to date with all regulations and good practice relating to catering and ensure this is implemented.
• Develop relationships, alongside fundraising, with local food retailers to increase in-kind donations and provide support reduce our annual food bill.

Deliver our multi award-winning Catering Trainee Scheme

• Prepare the kitchen, collect the ingredients and start the lunch service by coordinating and supervising a small group of trainees with varying support needs.
• Liaise with the Employability Coordinator to provide an effective training to trainees involved in the lunch service.
• Provide clear, honest feedback to trainees about their conduct and performance, liaising with specialist workers around support needs.
• Identify further specific training needs for trainees and support them to achieve their goals.
• Ensure there is a rota in place which provides a variety of tasks and experiences for trainees.

Manage people and participants

• Work with the Volunteering Development Manager to induct, retain and manage the team of volunteers to support the production of food at Providence Row.
• Manage the chef including recruitment, induction and ongoing support.
• Work with the Fundraising Team to engage groups of Corporate Volunteers in Corporate Challenges within the kitchen setting 2 times per week.

Participate in planning, monitoring and evaluation, and other responsibilities

• Participate in the charity’s planning processes to support the delivery of Providence Row’s 5 year strategy.  This includes in particular all catering based activities in the charity. 
• Participate in the creation and implementation of monitoring and evaluation processes for all cooking activities, complying with funding requirements.

Other Duties

• Attend evening and weekend meetings and functions as required.
• Ensure the implementation of the Charity's equal opportunities policy in all areas of work.
• Undertake work not specifically referred to above. Such duties will fall within the scope of the post and may include occasional events such as changes to service delivery, catering staff meetings etc. (Duties will fall within the scope of the post at the appropriate grade.)
