Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. We are recruiting for an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Specialist in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. One Full Time: 35 hours per week - this roles will be based onsite/in the community 4 days per week and work from home 1 day.
You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment. You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. About this role
The Programmes Team is responsible for delivering demand-led services globally; providing tailored capacity building support to organisations and their partners through individual or framework contracts. As Programme Officer, you will work closely with Hub members to ensure events, trainings, services, projects and programmes are delivered to an exceptionally high standard, on time and budget.
This role also includes support to the monitoring, evaluation, research and learning aspects of RedR UKs role, particularly in regards to climate change and engineering in emergencies.

Job Description
MAIN DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Delivery of events, courses, services, projects, and programmes

Sands is looking for an experienced project officer to support the development and rollout of the National Bereavement Pathways for Pregnancy and Baby Loss across Wales.
This pathway addresses the inequity of bereavement care offered to, and experienced by parents when a baby dies.
This is a new and high-profile role which will involve working with the Wales Maternity and Neonatal Network to support the implementation of the development and roll out of the pathways across Wales.
The post-holder will establish a shared practice network and workshops for healthcare professionals across Wales, to include regular online meetings to support the implementation of core pathway materials. About the role:

About the role:
We are seeking to recruit a Fundraising Executive with a focus on Challenges and Event recruitment to sit within our Public Fundraising Team. The post holder will be responsible for recruiting donors through virtual and in person challenges and events and working with the Fundraising Innovation Team to expand our challenges and events offering. The post holder would be an integral member of the Public Fundraising team and would also support during emergency appeals and support the wider Acquisition team for example in training and shadowing agency fundraisers and working on cross team projects.
This post reports to the Senior Executive – Challenges & Events, and approx. 70% of the work will be on Challenges & Events, with some other work on other Acquisition channels to help the post holder develop a breadth of skills and experience across Public Fundraising.
About You:
You will have experience and knowledge of mass participation event fundraising, including donor stewardship and donor recruitment through a variety of channels and audiences. You will possess strong planning and project management skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. The successful post holder will have an excellent understand of delivering excellent customer service/donor care.

About our office:

Job purpose
This is a new role, responsible for delivering financial support for our mission from corporate partners. Initially, the majority of your time will be devoted to new business development, including prospect identification, and shaping and delivering pitches and proposals to corporate partners to meet fundraising targets. As we grow, the work will be divided across high quality stewardship of existing partners across all sectors, as well as working creatively to identify and develop opportunities to upscale their impact.
This role sits alongside Trusts and Foundations and Public Fundraising within a team whose remit covers income generation, campaigns and marketing. Job Purpose
This role sits within our crisis alternative service, Safe Space, which is an out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. The service operates 365 days a year from 12:00 (midday)-11:30pm across all of our boroughs.
This role is for our Ealing Safe Space, 4:30pm - 11:30pm. You may be required to cover at other locations across Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow.
Staff within the service will provide person-centred, practical and emotional support, face to face or via telephone on a one-to-one or group basis to individuals experiencing mental health crisis.
The objectives of the service include:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in HFEH.
- To provide support to clients accessing the service- for instance: signposting, de-escalation, planned wellbeing activities etc.

The Role

The role will also include line management and supervision of support workers within the service. Team managers are responsible for management of their site; including report writing, audits and being the named manager for the site. This role directly supports the service managers in keeping to a high standard service.
