- Leading on various system implementation projects from commencement to completion
- Be responsible for the creation of complex report building and data visualisation
- Line management of 2 HR Analysts
- Ensuring that various HR systems meet the necessary business needs and long-term strategies
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be an HRIS and data expert with significant experience in:
- Data reporting, specifically with Power BI
- Strong experience with HCM systems - iTrent, Cascade, Workday, PeopleSoft etc
- Evidenced experience with dashboard building and complex data reporting/visualisation
- Line management experience will be highly favourable

We're delighted to be partnering with the amazing Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust to support the recruitment of a Senior Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity cover, starting in early September.
The organisation offers a hybrid working pattern, coming into the London office 2-3 days/week.
The Senior Marketing Manager will work with the Head of Marketing to deliver the Trust marketing programme and contribute towards the development of The Royal Marsden brand. This is a full-mix marketing role that calls for an experienced professional to plan and deliver multi-channel, integrated campaigns. You’ll have a passion for delivering meaningful and impactful projects within the health space, ideally with an understanding and experience within the NHS.
Key responsibilities include:
· Work closely with the Head of Marketing to establish clear marketing objectives and KPIs
· Strong project/campaign management from planning and briefing to delivery
· Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including external agencies to deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns
· Lead the creative development process with internal creative teams as well as agencies
· Manage day-to-day Trust marketing budget
· Line manage the Trust Marketing Officer, working together on the delivery of campaigns
Key skills include:
· Significant experience managing, delivering and analysing online and offline marketing campaigns and projects across a range of channels

The Triangle of Care UK Programme Lead has responsibility for managing the implementation of the Triangle of Care. This dynamic quality improvement framework, pioneered by carers within secondary mental health settings and now recognised within wider national policy, is based on six principles which health and care providers can use to include and support unpaid carers, staff and those receiving care.
This role is the key point of communication for Triangle of Care members, leading on delivery of the Triangle of Care peer review and accreditation process and working closely with the Director of UK Network & Innovation and Executive Director of Programmes & Impact to grow and diversify the programme, in line with Carers Trust 2022-25 Strategy.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working with others to develop and deliver a programme of stakeholder engagement nationally and locally
- An understanding of the carer landscape across statutory services, particularly in relation to secondary mental health services
- An understanding of Business and Product development in the context of a scheme or initiative that delivers a paid-for or ‘freemium' model

As Complex Needs Community Keyworker you will provide one-to-one support to women on Probation living in the community, and women being released from Prison as part of their Post Sentence Supervision. You’ll provide focused support in identifying their needs and empowering them to access appropriate services in the community. You will also provide some in-reach and ‘Through the Gate’ support prior to women being released from prison.
You will manage a caseload of women with complex needs who are facing housing issues and provide them with advice, guidance and support that helps them connect with other support services in the community that can assist them to overcome barriers when securing safe and appropriate housing.
The role involves a significant amount of data recording and updating case management systems so you need to be prepared to spend a minimum of 35% of your working hours on this aspect and will need to manage your time effectively to meet the data management requirements. This is also a predominantly independent role, so you will need to be confident to make decisions and able to manage your own workload.
You will be employed by One Small Thing but will be part of a wider team of Community Keyworkers employed by our partner Advance. You will also have a desk space at Hope Street, Southampton, to facilitate close working with the rest of the Hope Street team.
You will be required to participate in training and team building events with the wider One Small Thing team as well as the Advance team, in Hampshire.
This post requires that you are able to drive and have access to your own vehicle; there may be occasions where you are required to support residents to attend appointments. You will also be required to attend local or county meetings or training.

About the Project:
Another Way is a bespoke project that specifically targets young people between the ages of 14 and 21 who are involved in or affected by criminal exploitation/or serious youth violence and those who are at serious risk of becoming involved. The key deliverable is the late-night sessions from 9pm to 12am+ where we provide a safe space at a time when young people are typically at most risk. The service provides young people with a platform to build positive relationships, engage in a range of positive activities, cook and eat together and access educational and employment pathways.

Job Purpose/Main Tasks:
▪ You will be responsible for managing and developing our suite of programs aimed at reducing youth violence where we operate.
▪ You will lead a team who will engage individuals at risk through a late-night safe-space provision, detached street work and other interventions alongside referral routes created with other agencies.

The role of Dose of Nature’s Development Manager is a permanent, high-level role which will continue to evolve as the work of Dose of Nature grows over the coming years. The post involves creating and implementing a fundraising strategy, supporting the Chief Executive with financial planning, and providing clear long-term direction to income generation.
The Development Manager will work directly with the Chief Executive to devise a long-term development strategy, identify and secure funding partners, and produce relevant and compelling funding proposals. Currently the main sources of funding are from trust and foundation grants and local council health care grants. Going forward the Development Manager will grow the funding stream from trusts and foundations and look to solidify the donations from locals. As the charity develops there will also be opportunities of securing funding from the corporate sector, helping to secure Dose of Nature’s future.
The role requires a focused and detail-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial flair, business development experience, excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, good time management and the ability to juggle several complicated tasks at once. It provides a fantastic opportunity for someone with a “can-do” attitude, someone who is passionate about supporting the aims of Dose of Nature and also who wants the freedom to make this role their own.
As with any small charity we hope to find someone who is multi-faceted in terms of their fundraising skill set, and within this, without being a communications specialist, we anticipate that the Development Manager will have experience of charity communications (although this is not the main focus of the role). Ideally the Development Manager will be able to help with creating a communications strategy, support communication tools such as newsletters and social media, and identify any opportunities that may help Dose of Nature grow.
Dose of Nature has an annual turnover of approximately £400,000, of which 75% is currently raised from trust and foundation grants along with donations from individuals. The Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining this income and also securing significant new funding during 2024-25. With a good network of local support, the Development Manager will have the advantage of having a database of supporters to work with and there is the potential to create an individual appeal or giving scheme. Currently the Chief Executive makes all funding applications to trusts and foundations and these relationships will be passed on to the Development Manager who will be expected to nurture these and secure grants from new sources.
