Programme Overview
The Refugee Employability Programme is a new initiative that offers enhanced support to defined cohorts of legally recognised refugees in the UK. Started in July 2023, the programme will provide tailored support for each participant focussed on gaining sustainable employment. Palladium will work with employers, local government, and other partners to ensure that individuals are fully supported with their employment and integration in UK society. The programme includes delivery of employability-focussed English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) tuition for some of the cohorts.
Palladium is responsible for delivering the programme in the South East of England.
Primary Duties and responsibilities:
As Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of Case Managers to deliver the Home Office Refugee Employability Programme across the South East, ensuring that customers receive an excellent service which is compliant with all contractual requirements.
This role will require travel to delivery locations where Case Managers are based.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Maintain the core contractual KPIs by analysing exception reports daily and ensure all contractual activities are conducted by the delivery team within the Service Level Agreements.
· Accurately forecast performance against targets monthly, and proactively ensure contract compliance by addressing any shortfalls in either performance, process or capacity (staffing levels).
· Providing coaching and performance management to direct reports. Ensuring that coaching and performance management are in place consistently for all direct reports and all team members are able to meet their targets.
· Ensure the team is always provided tailored support. This includes regular visits to the Case Managers within the community to support with best practices, diary management and observational feedback.
· Oversee tasks and processes; ensure that the necessary operational processes and governance are in place and working well. Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance team to address any areas for improvement.
· Take responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of the services delivered from your allocated office(s) and source outreach venues for delivery of the service, This will include local agreements with organisations, referral partners and Job Centre Plus as applicable.
· Maintain high standards of integrity and conduct on the programme, with a particular focus on embedding safeguarding best practice across the team.
· Undertake recruitment when agreed with line manager and plan resources effectively to ensure the geographical spread of Case Managers meets the needs of service users.
· Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and partners, building strong and effective working relationships to deliver excellent performance. This includes supporting the processes for co-location of services, accessing Adult Education Budget -funded training for service users, collaborating with local third sector organisations and engaging with employers.
Skills and experience:
Required
· Experience in a responsible management position in a comparable sector in the UK, ideally with remote or geographically dispersed teams
· Experience in running an operation to deliver stretching contractual performance targets or Service Level Agreements
· Proven skills in delivering high levels of performance through a team of Case Managers

Location and compensation
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you would spend a minimum of three days a week in one of the Palladium offices and / or with the team on location for this contract.
You will be required to travel to manage colleagues responsible for meeting and supporting customers. Your base office will be in Southampton, and travel costs for larger distances to other locations will be reimbursed by Palladium.
Compensation: You will receive a salary in the range 30-35,000 GBP per annum, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including private health insurance and up to 10% employer pension contributions.

A Grant Custodian Agreement is in-place, which describes the roles and commitments of each entity.
The Start Fund Programme Manager is a role within the Start Funds (as part of Start Programmes) contracted and line-managed within SCUK.
About the role
Start Network is a leading-edge funder, enabling network members to access rapid, early and risk-informed funding based on collective decision making and local leadership. As a funder, Start provides an alternative to other funding mechanisms in the humanitarian sector, with a unique niche focused on small-to-medium sized and underfunded crises and a progressive model that relies on collaboration with members deciding and actively managing the funds in concert.
The Start Fund Programme Manager will be responsible for the performance and strategic direction of the global Start Fund, as part of Start Network's family of funds. The global Start Fund provides around £20M of rapid financing in response to underfunded small to medium scale crises, spikes in chronic crises, and in anticipation of impending crises, filling a critical gap in humanitarian financing.
As the Programme Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of the global Start Fund programme, managing all contractual obligations and compliance. In addition, the role will continue working closely with the Head of Start Funds to ensure the fund contributes toward Start Network strategy.
You will provide support to Start Network's resource mobilisation work to ensure the fund is appropriately resourced as well as providing leadership to the Start Fund Programme Team ensuring successful implementation of the global Start Fund, and management of crisis alerts and associated awards.
In this role, you will:
People management
- Effectively manage a team of four Start Fund Programme Officers responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Start Fund.
- Proactively develop relationships built on trust, provide staff with clear guidance and direction; use coaching techniques to support personal ambition and professional development. They will create an inclusive environment where team members feel safe to express ideas and acknowledge mistakes.
- Ensure that Start Funds team members have performance and professional development goals, that correspond with Start Funds team objectives, and are well managed and monitored.
Programme leadership
- Play a critical role in representing the global Start Fund as part of Start Network's family of funds, both internally and externally.
- With support from the Head of Start Funds, constantly review and propose adjustments to the Start Fund programme approach in response to learning, and to ensure continued alignment with Start Network strategy.
- Be responsible for the management of the Start Fund Committee as one of the fund's governing bodies.
- As part of the Start Funds team, regularly review and adapt the global Start Fund programme design and operations to ensure it remains fit for purpose.

Job Purpose
With 10 years to achieve Agenda 2030, the SDG 6 targets on clean water, decent sanitation and good hygiene are among the furthest behind. Achieving universal, sustainable WASH will require a major mobilisation of resources, public demand and political will. Reporting to the Global Campaigns Director, this pivotal role works across the WaterAid federation to achieve the political and policy changes needed to ensure universal access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene.
The Global Head of Campaigns will lead WaterAid's campaigning on one of our two global advocacy priorities (currently climate). They will drive our strategic direction and, create the campaigns plan to embed WASH in the climate change agenda, building up political momentum, broadening out our campaign alliances and influential champions. The post-holder will be a champion for campaigning within the organisation, ensuring we achieve a greater impact than the sum of our parts through effective and strategic campaigning across countries, regions and international levels to deliver WaterAid's mission of WASH for Everyone Everywhere by 2030.
Team Description
The Campaigns Team plays a leadership role across the WaterAid Federation to drive the design and delivery of WaterAid's major advocacy and campaigns efforts to achieve SDG 6. We deliver an ambitious agenda, grounded in national level change and impact, using a variety of campaigning tactics, including advocacy, lobbying and working with influential people and organisations
Accountabilities
Key accountabilities will remain flexible. Work plans, and targets may change significantly according to political and advocacy priorities. Overall, this role will;
Campaigns leadership
- Campaigning leadership of one of the two WaterAid global advocacy priorities (currently climate) in a way that delivers impact.
- Alongside our International Affairs team, lead WaterAid's international influencing strategy, working with other teams to drive our engagement in key global political processes that will drive forward our advocacy agenda, with a clear vision of what success looks like and how it contributes to the theory of change
- Build and lead public engagement and campaigning strategy to drive awareness and action on our global advocacy priority.
- Lead the transition from policy to public campaigning, working with communications colleagues to turn policy into public messaging and events.
- Lead the building of political support and champions with influential stakeholders, working with teams across WaterAid as relevant
- Lead the building of relationships and joint strategies with campaign coalitions, allies and partnerships that expands our network into the women's health/climate change sectors, complements our advocacy approaches, and ultimately drives further progress on our mutual campaign interests

- Work with WaterAid members, media and communications team, regional teams and country programmes on strategically important campaign moments to ensure strong strategic value and high-quality delivery

About the role
Sightsavers Ghana office is currently seeking a Programme Manager to implement, develop, design, and monitor in country projects. The Programme Manager will also identify and contribute to programme growth and development in collaboration with partners and colleagues.
The Programme Manager duties include;
- Supporting partners by providing technical advice and expertise on the core thematic areas of Sightsavers work and give guidance to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Support the development and implementation of country advocacy plans in line with projects and represent Sightsavers at the appropriate forums with partners and stakeholders.

Job Title: Fundraising and Engagement Manager
Location: hybrid working with expectation being in the office for core three days a week in Goring-on-Thames (near Reading)
Contract: Permanent and full time
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Benefits: Free onsite parking, lunches provided, access to gym, 36 days per annum rising by 1 every 5 years to a maximum of 42 days - office closed between Christmas and New Year
About the organisation
Flint House Police Rehabilitation is a registered Charity offering rehabilitation services to ill or injured serving and retired police officers suffering from a wide variety of physical and mental health conditions.
Every year Flint House treat over 3,000 police officers. Located just outside Goring on Thames in our beautiful Flint House and set in 20 acres of ancient woodland, this newly created role will play a crucial role in developing the fundraising team and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission and ensure the financial sustainability of the Charity
About the role
This is an exciting new time for Flint House in being part of their growth and development of fundraising streams for the charity. As the Fundraising and Engagement Manager, this is an opportunity to develop something that you can put your stamp on and create a path to lead to a Head of Fundraising role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and support the Flint House strategic plan and mission.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, major donors, corporate partners, foundations, and other potential supporters.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to engage donors and raise awareness of the charity's mission.
- Write compelling grant proposals, solicitation letters, and other fundraising materials to secure funding from foundations and grant-making organizations.
- Work to create effective fundraising campaigns and materials, including digital and print collateral, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Manage donor stewardship and recognition programs to ensure donors feel valued and engaged with the organization.
- Utilize donor management software / databases to track donor interactions, manage donor information, and analyse fundraising data.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on fundraising activities, goals, and outcomes to the Executive Team and Trustees.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in fundraising, philanthropy, and non-profit management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage a team that supports our donor engagement and communications strategy
About You
This is a great opportunity for an able and enthusiastic Fundraising Manager, looking to progress to the next step in their career. You will have the following skills and experiences;
- Experience in non-profit fundraising, development, or related field, with a proven track record of success in meeting fundraising goals and securing major gifts - annual fundraising income of upward of £1 million.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the charity's mission and impact to diverse audiences.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising appeals, grant proposals, and other donor communications.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in donor management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant fundraising tools and technologies.

The key aspects of this role include:
- Providing operational day to day leadership and management of the CEO office
- Laision with the Royal Householder on all matters relating to The Prince’s Trust, our Founder and management of all Royal engagements
- Producing briefing documents and reports for the CEO, Leadership and Trustee Board meetings.
This role is perfect for you if you have experience of operating at a senior level, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. Experience of leading the executive support requirements of senior leaders is a must. We have a hybrid way of working, and whilst there is flexibility, you will be required to be in the South London Centre 3 days per week.
