Job description

University of Oxford Development and Alumni Engagement, is seeking a Senior Development Executive to join the Social Sciences team as the lead fundraiser for Oxford’s Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR). This is an exciting new role, working alongside world-leading academics to create new research and teaching around issues such as democratic resilience, political leadership and geo-political stability.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be an experienced fundraising professional with a strong track record and a confident approach to achieving ambitious income targets. You will be an excellent communicator who possesses diplomacy and creativity, as well as the ability to operate in a large, complex institution with multiple stakeholders. An interest in the Department’s research and teaching areas will be crucial, however no academic background in the field is required.
