Synopsis of duties:
Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk, primarily focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+
Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.
Be comfortable with running group training sessions and be willing and able to share your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital.
Have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to be able to influence the way in which this service is delivered are key.
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to sign an honorary contract with the Hospital Trust in addition to their contract of employment.
Essential Requirements
Have a knowledge of help-seeking barriers and support needs of victims of domestic abuse (in heterosexual or same-sex relationships).
Have a good understanding of domestic abuse including the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their children.
Understand the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children
Understand safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.
Direct service delivery to victims of domestic abuse or other vulnerable people.
Have excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals. Understand and be committed to equal opportunities and diversity issues in policy and practice.
Have a strong crisis management skills and the ability to deal with stressful and difficult situations.

· With the support of the Legacy Marketing Manager, develop and test a legacy events programme.
· Ensure accurate data input of supporter information on the supporter database, supporting the capture of response data into results spreadsheets, monitoring and circulating results. Responsible for collating monthly reports and other reports for the Team as appropriate.
· Manage fulfilment and thanking processes, ensuring that all donors are thanked with appropriate sensitivity using online and offline communication channels.
· To support the overall Legacies team promotion of the importance of gifts in Wills and in-memory giving to internal and external audiences.
Person Specification:
· Highly desirable to have in-memory experience and Legacy Marketing knowledge, ideally gained in a large organisation, and a strong understanding of Direct Marketing, with a track-record of success.
· Experience of managing direct marketing campaigns across a wide range of media, including managing creative production, writing data briefs, managing print production and monitoring results.
· Experience of using data and insight to inform future plans.
· Experience of influencing and negotiating with stakeholders that have differing priorities across departments in order to achieve common goals.
· Ability to accurately input data, maintain systems and report from team databases.

Bradford NHS Trust is responsible for providing hospital services for around 500,000 people, and specialist services for some 1.1 million. The Role
You will be joining the Charity at an exciting time as they work towards the plan to become a fully independent Charity by 2025. You will be responsible for overseeing an ambitious fundraising strategy as well as leading the capital appeal to expand the neonatal unit.
A key element of this role will be to identify new opportunities to grow and develop new income streams, providing team leadership to Charity team and their activities to build the fundraising and grant-making capacity.
As Charity Director you will play a key role in developing new strategies and diversifying income streams as well as working closely with the Chair of the Charity to a devise a brand-new five-year plan for the Charity.
About you
You must have had significant experience of leading a small or medium sized charity or have been a senior manager within a larger charity, including demonstrable experience in leading successful change management and service developments as well as be able to demonstrate that you have successfully worked towards targets. Capital appeal experience would also be advantageous. You also need experience of devising and implementing a strategic fundraising plan.

Main Duties:

We're delighted to be partnering with the amazing Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust to support the recruitment of a Senior Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity cover, starting in early September.
The organisation offers a hybrid working pattern, coming into the London office 2-3 days/week.
The Senior Marketing Manager will work with the Head of Marketing to deliver the Trust marketing programme and contribute towards the development of The Royal Marsden brand. This is a full-mix marketing role that calls for an experienced professional to plan and deliver multi-channel, integrated campaigns. You’ll have a passion for delivering meaningful and impactful projects within the health space, ideally with an understanding and experience within the NHS.
Key responsibilities include:
· Work closely with the Head of Marketing to establish clear marketing objectives and KPIs
· Strong project/campaign management from planning and briefing to delivery
· Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including external agencies to deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns
· Lead the creative development process with internal creative teams as well as agencies
· Manage day-to-day Trust marketing budget
· Line manage the Trust Marketing Officer, working together on the delivery of campaigns
Key skills include:
· Significant experience managing, delivering and analysing online and offline marketing campaigns and projects across a range of channels
· Budget management
· Extensive stakeholder and agency management
· Knowledge of NHS or related health non-profits
· Practiced in setting KPIs and measuring channel effectiveness
· Previous line management experience

Outreach Worker – Rough Sleepers Team
Hours: 35 Hours per week on a rolling rota basis. Some early morning, weekend and evening work is involved.
Shifts: The shift patterns are 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm and the occasional 3pm-9.30pm shift.
Salary: £22,989.32 per annum
Being able to drive will a full driving licence is essential to the role as you will be required to transport and having your own transport is essential.
