We are delighted to be working with an excellent disability charity, Mencap, who are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to join their organisation. The charity is passionate about making the UK the best place for people with a learning disability to live happy and healthy lives.
This position will lead in delivering Mencap’s programme of high-value and multi-year partnerships. You will work across new business, and account management, implementing account plans for each partner. You will map opportunities to secure introduction and income through the existing portfolio, and will develop and secure new business opportunities circa £30k plus. As part of the role you will also ensure personal and team KPIs are met to guarantee that account management targets are achieved.
To be a successful Senior Partnership Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in managing varied portfolios of six-figure partnerships.
- Understanding of corporate partnerships and how to identify, research and manage potential partnerships, as well growing existing relationships, internally and externally.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a pipeline and securing new business.
Salary: £40,000 to £44,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid – 1 day a week in Aldgate office

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible, for driving and developing the Corporate Fundraising Strategy. With support from trustees, the fundraising board and committees, the focus will be on identifying and securing long-term, strategic partnerships with a variety of organisations as well as building on and maintaining those already in place.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of securing funding from corporate supporters and a flair for producing and presenting competitive pitches. Dynamic and results-focussed you will enjoy proactively spotting opportunities and converting them into something concrete via new business and excellent account management.

This is a great role if you enjoy broad strategic thinking and hands-on implementation in a busy B2B marketing role.
With a new product that is successfully through its testing phase, you will have a particular focus on helping significantly scale up the awareness, reach and impact of the product over the next 2 years.
You will be empathetic, ideas-led and enjoy a test and learn approach. They are drawn to a pro-active, people-person and a comfortable decision maker. You will have experience designing and delivering a marketing strategy, including B2B marketing. You will enjoy writing newsletters, email marketing and social media posts.
- Salary: £38,000- £42,000 (dependent on experience)
- Fixed Term contract – 2 years, with the aim to become permanent (ask me for more info)
- Full Time role – open to requests for 4 days or flexible working patterns
- 25 days annual holiday plus 2 days December leave and Bank Holidays, Company pension scheme
- Hybrid working – 2 days pw in the office, Central London (they are moving to new offices at the end of the year), however currently in Richmond, where the 2nd interview will take place, but you won’t be expected to be there every week, only ad-hoc until they move.
