The Forces Employment Charity (FEC) is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Caseworker - Op Nova in Derbyshire & Leicestershire to join our team.
Reporting to Op NOVA Regional Manager. The successful candidate will have experience in managing and supporting a caseload of vulnerable veterans in your allocated region.
A strong customer focus and an ability to work independently to achieve targets and deadlines is an essential requirement along with strong communication and organising skills, knowledge of the local employment market, training, and adult education opportunities.
This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week with a salary of £28,325. The role is peripatetic with frequent local and regional travel.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Contact all clients within 48 hours of allocation.
- Undertake needs assessments and develop support plans within 5 days of allocation.
- Provide peer support and practical experience to colleagues and clients.
- Carry out assessments using the Outcome Star, understand and record employment and housing status, and other assessments as required by the Regional Manager.
- Review assessments at 3-month intervals to understand and demonstrate progress.
- Work with and empower clients to engage with the support plan and goals agreed during their needs assessment.

JOB PURPOSE
The newly formed Impact and Insights Team exist to provide research, insights and evidence; helping Magic Breakfast to achieve our mission of ending child morning hunger now and for good. The Insights Officer is an important role within the Impact and Insights Team, responsible for ensuring the organisation is kept up-to-date with the latest research and evidence, helping us to make evidence-informed decisions and enabling us to tackle child morning hunger now and for good.
As well as keeping up-to-date with external evidence, the Insights Officer will be an integral part of delivering research and evaluation projects for Magic Breakfast – cleaning and analysing data, creating accessible and engaging narratives, communicating to stakeholders, producing insights and recommendations, and developing ideas for future projects. Starting salary: £30,502 (outside of London, with a £3k annual travel bursary)/£34,162 (inside London) Under our Employee Ownership Trust model, all team members will also receive an equal share of the profits each year. The amount will depend on how much profit is made.

They will need to be comfortable working as part of a remote team and able to travel to Emmaus communities across the UK to work with staff and companions.

Summary job description
As the Director of Programme Performance, you will be pivotal in leading a team responsible for the design, implementation, and management of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, proactive and imaginative fundraiser to make real impact and drive growth in the Peak District. The Foundation is at a step change in its development, and as such is investing in growing its staff numbers. The Foundation recruited its first Director in Summer 2023, and we are now seeking a Fundraising Manager to join the Foundation during this exciting period of growth.
You will work as part of a small team to deliver our fundraising strategy – we aim to grow fundraised income to £1 million annually by 2027 to fund vital work in the National Park, including moorland restoration and climate change mitigation, biodiversity and habitat preservation, and work with young people and under-served communities.
You will look after a mixed portfolio of supporters and prospects and take the lead on building a pipeline of potential supporters and building long-term meaningful relationships with grant-making trusts and foundations, corporate partners and individual donors. The role will also include helping to distribute much-needed grants to projects across the park.
We are looking for a talented individual with excellent relationship building skills and a passion for the Park to enhance and maximise the fundraising potential at the Foundation. The Role
This role is all about people – connecting with church leaders and other individuals within church communities, sharing your passion for freedom of religion or belief through sermons, presentations and conversations to inspire others to take action. You’ll be a natural networker and someone entrepreneurial who takes initiative and comes up with your own ideas for how best to reach busy church leaders and congregations. You will be self-motivated and able to work collaboratively.

- Proactively source speaking engagements in churches across the UK and fulfil these engagements, both by deploying a network of staff and volunteer speakers and by speaking yourself.
- Develop a plan to reach new and lapsed churches for CSW

- Build meaningful relationships with new and existing church partners, with the view to supporting churches in learning about justice and religious freedom issues and establishing or renewing support through prayer, campaigning and giving

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Primary Care team which supports committee effectiveness and ensures representation within Local Medical Committees within London. You will report to the Director of Primary Care, working across local committees within the Primary Care team.
The focus of this role is to provide administrative support to Local Medical Committees, enabling the smooth running of Committee meetings.
