Overview of the International Chief Projects Officer

We are working in partnership with Richard House Children’s Hospice to secure their new Director of Income Generation.
An exciting opportunity has risen for a driven and experienced fundraiser. The postholder will be responsible for the leadership and development of the fundraising team, fostering a high-performing and motivated environment. Evaluating current fundraising initiatives to ensure an effective balance between long term activities and driving immediate income, analysing income streams to manage performance, growth and ROI and scoping opportunities to capitalise on existing income streams and develop actionable plans to diverse and grow fundraised income will be strong focus of this role. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven fundraising experience and a sound working knowledge of all main fundraising methods and streams.
- Track record of delivery at strategic and operational business level, and able to translate strategic vision into clear direction for the organisation and line reports.
- A track record of managing teams, both salaried and volunteers, to deliver fundraising targets, and with a proven ability to recruit, train and monitor performance.
- Experience of budget creation and management.

- As part of our flexible working policy, you will be free to work remotely for the majority of your time if you prefer. The Principal Psychologist/Clinical Lead is responsible for the overall clinical management of mental health services within the project, including acting as safeguarding lead. The role ensures high-quality, evidence-based mental health care, capacity building of staff, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support a multidisciplinary response. The post also ensures the integration of mental health services into MSF’s broader medical-humanitarian mission.
This role presents a unique opportunity for leadership to be part of a new, high-impact initiative for asylum seekers and refugees. As part of the pioneering team, the post holder will play a key role in establishing a new, trauma-informed care model that bridges humanitarian response with longer term mental health care. The successful applicant will have a chance to develop new skills, receive specialist training, and contribute to policy-level discussions on asylum seeker and refugee mental health.
Knowledge, Skill & Experience:

For a large international organisation, we are recruiting an Interim Group FP&A Manager who will coordinate and produce consolidated financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. The Group FP&A Manager will contribute to planning activity and data across Finance, working closely with Regional Finance Directors to ensure consistency of all planning and forecasting. This role will report to the Director of Group Planning and Reporting and will lead, manage, and motivate a Financial Planning Analyst. This role is for a minimum of 6-months and could be extended.
Main Duties:
- Provide a financial planning, forecasting and management reporting service in the UK, Regions, and international business units across Group level.
- Deliver monthly MI reports
- Coordination and delivery of annual budget, quarterly forecasts and monthly re-forecasts
- Support multi-year planning
- Tracking and forecasting of financial KPIs
- Support the Director of Group Planning and Reporting in preparing reports for Exec on reporting and planning deliverables
- Lead continuous improvement of processes across monthly close, financial commentary and analysis and cash-flow forecasting
