Overview of the role
The responsibilities of the post-holder are designed and divided across Registry and Programmes-related activities.
The post-holder will provide efficient and effective administration of all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of the MA programmes ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with enquiries, enrolment, induction, module selections, student queries, assessments, progression, student support, committees and events.
The role offers plenty of variety working as part of a friendly and supportive Registry team.

The successful candidate will be based in Manchester and you must be genuinely interested and committed to working across the City /Region. The role will support the delivery of communications across the organisation, as well as on flagship projects. Communications Coordination

In 2024, Tower Hamlets received Trailblazer funding to develop and implement new models of community-based mental health care that integrate clinical and voluntary sector provision, in line with The Community Mental Health Framework.
The Tower Hamlets Mental Health Alliance (THMHA) was formed two years ago to create a bold new community-based mental health support service for Tower Hamlets residents. Alongside THMHA members, Look Ahead, and East London Foundation Trust, we are implementing a new community-based, 24/7 mental health care system that prioritises the tailored needs of individuals facing mental health challenges. The goal is to provide support in a non-hospital setting, preventing the need for more intensive interventions in the future.
Your role will be to help deliver personalized interventions, helping individuals access the right services, by supporting them to set gaols and offering guidance to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Main Responsibilities
· Assisting the CEO and the Executive Team Members in the development and delivery of the Society’s many activities and projects to ensure all tasks are being completed within timelines, effectively and to high standards
· Supporting the Conferences and Events Manager in the development and running of an extensive programme of network events and workshops, and the Society’s annual conference

About the role:
This role is based in Rochdale Police station along with some hybrid working, you must be prepared to travel across the borough of Rochdale.
As a CYP IDVA you will deliver specialist and enhanced support to Children and Young People aged 4-17 who have experienced Domestic Violence Abuse in the home. You will be responsible for providing high quality interventions to children & young people affected by DVA through the development of individually tailored & risk assessed support and safety plans. You will offer support through one-to-one sessions to address issues of self-esteem, manage emotions and feelings of blame and responsibility with the aim to improve understanding of abusive behaviour, healthy relationships and conflict resolution.
You will need:
To conduct comprehensive needs and risk assessments and ensure each CYP receives an individual tailored support package that fully meets their identified needs, including safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
To advocate on behalf of children and young people with experience of domestic abuse to ensure the diverse needs of children and young people using the service are met.
Provide one to one support to children and young people living in families affected by domestic abuse.
The ability to review the assessment of risk on an ongoing basis, ensuring appropriate and immediate action is taken in respect of any CYP facing significant harm, making the necessary referrals to MARAC and local safeguarding processes as required given the legal framework relating to the protection of children and the policy and procedures of the Local Safeguarding Children's Board.
To establish links with relevant statutory partners in Social Care, Education, Health, Police and Housing, with the intention of supporting children and young people who have been impacted by domestic abuse. Attend meetings as required.
Ideally a background in Social Worker, Domestic Abuse or Children & Young People services would be advantageous.

Purpose of the role.
The role of an Animal Welfare Officer can be very rewarding, making a real difference to the well-being of animals in our branch area. However, it can also be demanding. You will be dealing with friendly animals but also frightened, injured or wild animals.
The successful candidate must be people-friendly. You will deal with people from all walks of life and sometimes distressed owners. You must remain calm and gathered, acting professionally at all times.

The Animal Welfare Officer will work alongside the Branch Manager and our committed board of Trustees to deliver the RSPCA Surrey East’s vision and strategy.
Primary role:
- Support our local inspectors, dealing with animal rescues and transportation
- Administer Veterinary financial assistance for pet owners on benefits
- Manage our cat pods in various branches
- Establish and manage the fostering and rehoming scheme

Personal Specification
Essential
- Have a passion for animal welfare and a desire to promote and achieve the aims of the RSPCA
- Experienced in working with and handling animals, both domestic and wild
- Ability to be resilient in emotionally charged and challenging situations
- Hold a full, valid UK driving license
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively to cover a wide geographic location and multiple demands
- High level of IT competence - capable of creating proposals, spreadsheets and completing reports
- Ability to create presentations and deliver them to different audiences comfortably and eloquently
- Ability to build and sustain mutually supportive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Confident and effective communication skills with a range of audiences including the general public, local businesses and volunteers
- Energetic and physically fit (regular heavy lifting is involved), comfortable working at heights, from ladders and in water
Preferred
- Registered Vet Nurse or holds an equivalent qualification

We are seeking a committed, organised, and flexible individual who is passionate about supporting systems that help young people improve their sexual health. You will be able to communicate with a variety of agencies and young people, particularly around their use of the online free condom scheme and STI testing. You will support the Hertfordshire sexual health team by assuming overall responsibility for the ordering and monitoring of stock and other resources, by posting free condoms each day to young people via our online service, posting and by accurately maintaining client management systems and electronic databases required for the programme to function. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to produce accurate records when required.

This role will provide administrative support for the Research, Training and Consultancy team – a small team who work to ensure maximum impact. This role will support colleagues by undertaking administrative and organisational processes and tasks.
You will need to be experienced in, or willing to learn about, the barriers disabled people face in transport and street space.
This role requires an organised individual who can problem solve and take a proactive approach to the tasks they are asked to complete to ensure that conflicting deadlines are met. The responsibilities listed below are not a complete list of tasks that will be required to be undertaken but provide an indication of the most common work required.
Your responsibilities
1. Communication
a. Manage multiple inboxes, responding to internal and external enquiries confidently and in a timely manner.
b. Draft, organise and format internal newsletters
c. Communicate with external clients & participants.
d. Attend meetings and events, taking clear and accurate minutes.
e. Manage pages on our website and ensure that content is kept updated.
f. Formatting and supporting colleagues with funding applications and funding requirements.
2. Organisation
a. Maintain accurate records of key activities, including updating statistics for impact reporting.
b. Organise logistics for events, meetings and training delivery sessions, including liaising with stakeholders, managing bookings, and ensuring access requirements are met.
c. Organise and oversee administration for focus group and workshop attendance, including participation payments and venue booking, and ensuring access requirements are met.
d. Oversee maintenance of project schedule; updating project milestones and timeline, booking participants onto focus groups, communicating with participants/attendees.
e. Coordinate schedules to ensure the right people can get in the right room at the right time, including external stakeholders
f. Maintain accurate data entry and data management to support reporting and evaluation.

We are looking for a highly organised events planner with a talent for managing every detail from start to finish and who can continue the success of our annual online conference, dedicated to helping people understand more about macular disease.
You will play a key role in our friendly and dynamic team, ensuring the successful planning and delivery of all elements of our annual conference. You will collaborate with internal teams to create engaging session content and speakers to drive engagement, participation and registrations. You will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing marketing and promotion, and compiling post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and inform future strategies.
There will be other opportunities to support with engaging audiences including supporting our webinars and podcasts.
