Coin Street Nursery has a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Operations Manager, to join our friendly and committed team, where you’ll will be part of the first-class nursery management and ideally be familiar with working in a similar setting, though this is not essential.
You will be working in a busy nursery office and will provide proactive management of our occupancy across our childcare provision, monitor income and expenditure to ensure we deliver against our agreed budgets. You will be the first point of contact for families interested in our provision and work with colleagues to ensure onboarding of new families is seamless.

The Opportunity
The Manager role works across ImpactEd Evaluation. Our partners encompass education organisations such as charities, edtech organisations and government, and schools and multi-academy Trusts. We aim to deliver high-quality research and evaluation projects that help our partners make better decisions to benefit young people.
You will act as a consultant on a range of different partnerships to help partners develop their evaluation strategy and approach. For example, you could deliver independent evaluations for organisations like the Careers and Enterprise Company, Nesta or multi-academy Trusts such as Lift Schools. You will also have opportunities to contribute to development of team strategy and learning and development resources.
As a manager you will act as a project lead, delivering high-quality research projects at scale, and support the creation of specific deliverables for projects led by others. This covers the end to end of research design and delivery, including the creation of Theories of Change and evaluation frameworks, data collection and analysis, and impact reporting to help our partners learn about the effectiveness of their programmes. At manager level you will have the opportunity to take on larger-scope partnerships supported by a project sponsor at senior manager level or above.

The key responsibilities of this Purchase Ledger Officer include:

Requirements
A summary of the main roles and responsibilities are:

Provide streamlined general admin and logistics support to the GPD team and its projects (in particular, the Freedom Online Coalition Support Unit);

Travel support for the GPD team and external partners including transport and accommodation bookings, travel surveys, risk assessments, logistics notes;

Event logistics support, both online and occasionally in-person, including organising calls, invitations, venue and catering, translation, agendas, minutes;

Supporting external communications, including inbox management, contacts and mailing lists, social media posts, website management, drafting comms outputs;

Helping maintain company and project systems and processes, including the employee handbook, company policies and databases and data;

Support with financial administration including inputting and updating data on Xero in time for twice monthly payruns, and regular financial reconciliations;

Maintaining internal records of IT assets, ordering new equipment and organising couriers / deliveries for a remote team;

Person Specification
Education / Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Experience and Knowledge
- A minimum of one year of experience working in a professional environment in a comparable role
- Experience of maintaining operational systems and processing data
- Experience of working with a range of stakeholders including funders, partners, suppliers, and internal facing stakeholders including senior leadership and employees
Skills and Abilities

About the Role
As Senior Young People Support Worker you will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all clients aged 18-25 years, volunteers, visitors and staff in the service. You will lead on ensuring that the housing management across both sites is properly maintained and the service supports clients to sustain their tenancy agreement, develop skills and resilience, and participate in positive and successful move on.
Your work will be underpinned by the Depaul Endeavour model of assets based, psychologically informed delivery, the aim of which is to ensure that every client leaves a Depaul service with the skills and resilience to be confident and self-determining in their lives.
The usual hours will be 37.5 hours per week. The post will require working on a rota that includes early, and late shifts and weekend working. You may be required to support your colleagues across the other service sites on occasion where a business need emerges.
Key responsibilities include:
· Ensure client safety and wellbeing, adhering to safeguarding and emergency procedures per Depaul's policies.
· Oversee high-quality risk assessments, SMART support plans, and case files for clients of your line reports.
· Provide one-to-one and group support, fostering resilience in clients through tailored engagement in accommodations and the community.
· Partner with consortium colleagues, local agencies, and statutory teams to support client wellbeing while respecting data protection protocols.
· Promote client involvement in decision-making, community programs, and opportunities in education, training, employment, and volunteering.
· Supervise and support volunteers, manage health and safety, and oversee financial records, repairs, and maintenance.
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service operations and assist with staff inductions while modeling positive behavior.
