About the role
Music Services is the delivery arm of Nordoff Robbins and encompasses the provision of music therapy and related activities including education, training and research. The Music Services Administrator will work closely with the Country and Regional Managers of our East & West of Scotland and Southwest England/South Wales teams, and alongside other Music Services Administrators to ensure that the admin function is well run, organised, efficient and effective, and that clients, visitors and callers have a positive experience when they spend time with us. We need someone who can also support the essential data evaluation and impact assessment activities of the Music Services team, underpinning the music therapy delivery data needs of the organisation.
Many of our clients lead challenging lives and include vulnerable children and adults. This role is therefore subject to a basic DBS/PVG check.

The Role:
The Junior Graphic Designer will support the Design team in providing in-house design and artworking for the Audiences team and Shakespeare’s Globe as a whole, in order to promote and engage audiences with all aspects of the Globe’s activities.
The postholder will have solid experience of working in a Junior Graphic Designer role in an agency or in-house team. They will have a good level of competency in designing for both print and digital, and an excellent instinct for design. The role requires someone who is motivated to add value on a creative basis, but who would also be happy in a production heavy role.

The Role
As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a key supporting role in the financial health of The Royal Parks.
Specifically, you will assist with financial reporting, control, and compliance activities, focusing on areas such as the annual statutory accounts, VAT reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as supporting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities.
Working alongside the Financial Accountant, you’ll support the completion of year-end accounts, contribute to audit processes, and help maintain efficient financial transaction procedures.
Additionally, you will:
- Update and manage the Fixed Asset and Grant Registers
- Coding invoices and raising POs for the Finance department (e.g. insurance)
- Suggest and help implement improvements to finance policies and processes
About You
To be considered as an Assistant Accountant, you will need

- Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping

About My Life Films
My Life Films is an award-winning charity that uses film and TV to enrich and support the lives of people affected by dementia. This includes My Life TV, our specialist on-demand streaming service, with bespoke curated content designed to improve wellbeing. We are also known for our award-winning life story film service.
My Life TV is carefully put together with a wide range of content to enable people living with dementia to feel stimulated and connected to the world, improving their mental health and supporting their essential care. We work with highly respected content partners as well as produce our own programming in partnership with trusted organisations in the dementia care field and more widely.
About the Role
This is a hugely exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident interim CEO to come into the organisation and lead it during this important transition period, which is where we are shifting our model from in-house sales and marketing to a partner-led approach. We believe this will be the best way to reach and deliver benefits to people affected by dementia. This role will secure this partnership and develop a new strategy for My Life Film's next chapter.
Our current Executive Director is moving on for family reasons, having stewarded the charity and led the development and expansion of My Life TV over the past two years. She will remain available part-time with My Life Films for a short handover period.
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Interim ED will be responsible for all aspects of the charity's work and will be passionate about our work supporting people with dementia, entrepreneurial and collaborative, with commercial Business Development, Partnerships, and experience of charity mergers would be beneficial (but is not essential) as we have an experienced Board who will be on hand to support you.
As leader of the My Life Films team, you will also work across governance, finance, income generation, and impact. You will be responsible for delivering My Life Films' immediate strategy and working with the Board of Trustees.
About You
- Progress strategic partnership discussions for My Life TV with existing partners and identified potential partners to move to a wholesale or reseller model for My Life TV, or potentially acquisition of the service by another charity, company or care organisation
- Develop financial and operational models for potential partnerships, including scenario planning and P&L analysis, involving content, tech, marketing, and charitable impact. Lead negotiations, bringing in commercial, accounting, or legal support as needed.
- Work with the Board to create a strategic plan for My Life TV and new dementia-focused services, aligning with the charity's mission.
- Oversee daily operations, including finance, income generation, content production, partnerships, and reporting.
- Secure necessary funding through trusts, foundations, care groups, and events, representing My Life Films to stakeholders.
- Cultivate a positive environment, recruit and restructure as needed and provide coaching to enhance team performance.

We are looking for a new Funding Officer to cover areas predominantly within Kent. The role will join a passionate, vibrant and friendly team and be part of ensuring our funding supports a wide variety of communities and places locally.
As part of our London, South East and East (LSE&E) Funding team, you’ll be part of a team, led by a Funding Manager, and comprised of five other Funding Officers. LSE&E is one of the largest teams in the Fund (circa 50 people) and distributes over £100m annually. The team is committed to learning and impact and the role offers a chance to gain insight into and learn from the fantastic work communities are doing on the ground and how this can be used to help others.
· You will assess applications for funding and manage grants from our Reaching Communities and Partnerships programme.
· You will use your local knowledge and experience, and the experience of our grant holders and local stakeholders, to ensure we are making the best decisions on the grants we make. By working closely with people and communities from a defined geographical area, you will understand what matters to them and where our funding can make the biggest difference.

· You will be responsible for your own caseload; liaise with grant recipients, visit projects, identify and manage risks, supporting organisations to deliver their projects and measure their impact.

Job Summary
Development Group generates philanthropic and sponsorship income to help us create a Natural History Museum for the future – investing in capital development, attaining vital acquisitions for the collection, transforming our galleries, developing innovative exhibitions and undertaking ground-breaking scientific research on issues that affect us all.
The Museum is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual for the role of Philanthropy Manager. The role will contribute to our strategic priorities, working closely with the Senior Principal Gifts manager to cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing funders. With opportunities to fundraise towards a diverse range of core and capital projects.
Working alongside an approachable and highly successful Philanthropy team, reporting into the Senior Principal Gifts manager, the role will support the development of our Principal giving strategy, building relationships with a portfolio of potential and existing funders engaging them through phone calls, meetings, written correspondence, events and by creating compelling proposals.
The role will provide substantial opportunity for professional development within a world-leading cultural organisation.
Main Responsibilities
Fundraising
· Raise income in line with agreed personal targets and KPI’s, contributing to the Philanthropy team’s current annual income target of £7m+.
· Cultivate a portfolio of major donor prospects in the UK and abroad at the six-figure gift level and support the Senior Principal Gifts Manager in the management of seven-figure gifts.
· Establish strong cross-Museum relationships to develop programme ideas in line with funders’ interests, and craft compelling cases for support.
· Work independently and in collaboration with the Senior Principal Gifts Manager, Head of Philanthropy and Director of Development to plan and implement creative strategies to increase philanthropic gifts at the seven-figure gift level.
· Actively solicit funding personally through bespoke cultivation plans and utilise senior stakeholders effectively when needed.
· Prepare written briefings for senior management for meetings with prospective donors as well as follow up documentation and correspondence.
· Ensure all required gift reporting is delivered to the highest standards, supporting the development of robust evaluation processes with colleagues where needed.
· Promote best practice in fundraising across the NHM.
Finance and Administration
· Work closely with Finance and project delivery colleagues to monitor incoming payments and ensure that donations are spent in line with funding agreements.
· Ensure full and timely records of all activity are kept on the database in adherence to set policies and procedures.
General
· Stay informed of key developments within the sector by monitoring government and third-sector policies and relevant publications.
· Attend evening and occasional weekend meetings and events, as required within the nature of the post.
· Assist with other duties that may be reasonably required.
Essential
· A demonstrable track-record in securing and managing gifts from high-networth-individuals, including research, crafting compelling proposals, and effective stewardship.

The Estate Officer will ensure the delivery of the regional maintenance programme, comprising routine, periodic, planned and urgent works, and the delivery of time limited maintenance consultancy and estate management projects. Working alongside the Conservation Projects Manager, the post holder will ensure regional estate compliance with CCT policies.
The post holder will be the main contact for all maintenance related matters and will maintain the property management records for the estate, develop volunteer projects and training on maintenance reporting and conservation cleaning and will assist with fundraising.

Crewe Town Council is recruiting a Development Officer for the Crewe Heritage Centre to help deliver ambitious plans!
We are at the beginning of a major capital redevelopment project to transform the site of the original Crewe Works. Our plans will tell Crewe’s story, as one of the most successful railway towns in the world, producing over 8,000 locomotives. It will also widen these stories to explore Crewe as a Model Company Town, its social ideals and the role Crewe people have played in the nation’s development.
Working with Crewe Town Council officers and the Crewe Heritage Trust’s passionate volunteers, this role will be critical in making our plans a reality. We are looking for someone with relevant experience and successes to help us shape our project and long term development. You will use your knowledge and skills to build compelling and inspiring cases for investment and giving. You will use these stories to grow income through streams such as membership, donations, sponsorship, philanthropy, legacies and events. You will use your experience to inform strategies and apply for grant funding to help deliver the redevelopment. You will work with external funders and strategic partners to advocate for the site development.

The role
Art Fund is looking for an experienced Supporter Experience & Operations Lead to play an integral role within the membership team.

The post-holder is responsible for overseeing the development and management of all membership-related systems, effective supplier relationship management, payment processing, financial reconciliation, and membership budgeting and forecasting. You’ll also have substantial supplier management experience (ideally within a customer-facing service environment) with the ability to proactively manage supplier contracts and relationships to maintain the best-possible service and value. Critically, you will be proficient in managing and automating complex processes utilising a variety of systems including CRM and other SaaS systems with support from an in-house tech team.
As a senior team member, the post-holder will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and a track-record of working collaboratively to achieve transformative change.

The Head Gardener is responsible for the maintenance and nurturing of the garden, which was planted by local residents, and in developing a programme for volunteers that supports with this maintenance. - Ongoing care and maintenance of the plants and garden to ensure the successful development of the garden in line with Sarah Price’s vision.
- Liaising with Sarah Price Landscapes about changes, upkeep, and development of the garden.

- Creation of opportunities for interaction with the public who visit the garden.
- Establish and manage The Exchange’s sustainable compost programme.

Volunteer management
Community involvement is an essential part of what we do at The Exchange.
