As Website Coordinator, you will support the whole Digital Products team in our ambition to create sector-leading user experiences across our website and suite of digital products. This is an exciting and challenging position, which will be pivotal in growing the acquisition programme as part of our 5-year strategy. Working closely with the rest of the A&W team and wider stakeholders, such as the Communications team, media and creative agencies, you'll help to optimise acquisition activity as we scale up investment in this area. This is an opportunity for someone to help make a real difference to a varied programme using a test and learn approach. In addition to leading DRTV, this role also involves delivering a variety of other important activity as required, such as inserts and welcome journeys. Criteria

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. You’ll enjoy looking for ways to optimise all elements of campaigns from creative, content and media testing and able to act as a key point of knowledge in this area. Experience of DRTV is required, with an understanding of individual giving fundraising KPIs, including in relation to: DRTV, print, telemarketing, email and landing pages. You will be confident working with data with attention to detail and accuracy, from briefing data criteria for emails to using excel to review and share results. You will also be able to engage wider stakeholders in our acquisition testing plan development, providing clear regular communication to update on progress and learnings. Most importantly, you’ll be keen to deliver insight and audience-led, best in class fundraising campaigns to help Brooke realise an ambitious acquisition growth programme. `

Animal welfare charities the Universities Federation for Animal Welfare (UFAW) and the Humane Slaughter Association (HSA) are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Fundraising & Membership Officer to strengthen the Fundraising and Communications team. This pivotal role involves working with the Fundraising Manager to develop and deliver fundraising initiatives, enhance membership engagement and donor relationships to support and expand the impact of our animal welfare initiatives during an exciting period of growth and change for both charities.

Digital Campaigns Officer

Position Objective:

To implement and support digital campaign advocacy programmes for PETA and other PETA entities, including e-mail marketing programmes and online petitions

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the advocacy e-mail programme by writing, building, and/or sending e-mail marketing broadcasts on behalf of PETA and other PETA entities  to increase engagement with or awareness of campaigns
• Maintain and regularly update digital campaign action alerts, which may include updating campaign targets, ensuring the accuracy of the text, and writing campaign updates
• Build and publish action alerts or petitions on PETA’s and other PETA entities’ websites
• Analyse and test the success of e-mail engagement
• Track and analyse the success of action alerts
• Launch and analyse the performance of Facebook ads
• Problem solve technical problems related to action alerts and emails
• Assist the digital campaigns manager with e-mail list management, data hygiene, and growth
• Write blogs to raise awareness of PETA’s campaigns and animal rights issues

Qualifications:

• Experience in e-mail marketing and marketing automation
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 preferred

• Intermediate knowledge of photo editing using Photoshop or Canva
• Experience with e-campaigning tools such as Engaging Networks preferred
