Following a period of significant growth, Global Grooves is looking to appoint a highly experienced and strategic fundraising professional with a proven track record of securing significant income through bid writing, tenders, corporate partnerships and other fundraising to join our team.
Working with our senior management team and board to help shape organisational strategy and align fundraising activity to meet ambitious goals, the right candidate will leverage their experience and contacts to consolidate existing income streams and identify new opportunities for growth.

Job title: Head of Development & Fundraising
Salary: £42,000 pro-rata. Part Time Role: 3-5 days per week (*there may be opportunities to extend to up to 5 days, if a business case can be made). Working hours can be flexible.
Reports to: CEO
Line management: Ad-hoc Freelance fundraising support.
Contract: Minimum 2 year fixed term contract, extension possible.
Location: The Vale, Unit 2 Vale Mill, Micklehurst Road, Mossley, OL5 9JL. Hybrid working option is available.
Probation period: Reviewed at 6 months.

The Consultant role will support the Director and Mobilise team to coordinate and deliver a range of projects supporting our clients. This new and exciting role is well suited to an individual that enjoys building new connections, working with and supporting people and organisations to learn and develop, values working to a high standard and wants to bring about change. The post holder's duties will primarily focus on providing capacity building support to third sector organisations alongside organising events, undertaking community outreach, building and maintaining relationships and networks, writing reports based on analysis and research, and engaging with clients and project stakeholders to prepare bids and deliver new work.
Main Duties:

Plan and manage projects to ensure activities are delivered effectively to timescale and budget

Plan and deliver fieldwork, outreach projects and events to engage residents and organisations

Work as part of a team to deliver projects with associates and partner companies

Undertake research and data collection, including resident engagement activities

Lead and support the design and delivery of workshops, training opportunities, and resources to support NFP organisations on a range of key capacity building areas

Undertake organisational health checks and keep accurate and up to date records

Help create content and materials for communications purposes and social media

Work closely with project leads to prepare reporting and supporting documents

Support the development of Mobilise Public Ltd and its people, including supporting the development of tenders and proposals

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required (Essential)

Supporting/Working with or in not for profit (NFP) organisations, in particular voluntary, community and/or social enterprises

Knowledge of key areas that create a strong and sustainable NFP organisation

Knowledge or experience of working with NFP organisations of different sizes from grassroots to key anchor and national level organisations and a clear understanding of their current challenges

Facilitating and developing or supporting events, workshops, focus groups or other similar activities

Delivering fieldwork and outreach approaches to successfully recruit and engage a wide range of people and organisations

Help identify an organisation’s development needs

Excellent people skills that enable you to work sensitively and build trust to develop working relationships with a diverse range of people, organisations and clients from different sectors

Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and present information clearly and confidently

Key Terms

Salary Range: £27,500-£38,000 (FTE), depending on experience

Negotiable full or part time hours – (minimum of 0.6 FTE). The role is open to compressed working in accordance with the needs of the job

Home and remote working with one day or more per week at a shared office

Some travel required within London and England which may include overnight stays according to the needs of contracts (anticipated travel days 2-3 days per month)

Fleet Administrator
Part Time - 21 hours per week (over 5 days)
Up to £25,000 per annum (£15,000 pro rata) + benefits (including 25 days annual leave and pension)

About the role:
This is a newly created part time role following a period of growth. The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the efficient administration of the fleet to ensure that Rainbow Trust vehicles are managed effectively, accurate records are maintained, and costs are minimised, working closely with suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the fleet with minimal disruption.
The Fleet Administrator will form a vital part of the Finance and Operations Team supporting the Facilities & IT Manager in the management of the Rainbow Trust fleet. Rainbow Trust operates a fleet of approximately seventy vehicles situated across our nine regional teams. It is vitally important that our Family Support Workers have a reliable vehicle for attending family visits and transporting families to hospital. In addition, the Fleet Administrator will be required to assist the Facilities and IT manager with ad-hoc tasks/projects according to the workload.
Full training will be provided and previous experience of managing a fleet is not required, although is desirable. A good level of maths, excellent communication, planning and Microsoft Excel skills are required to be successful in this role.
This is an excellent opportunity to maintain a breadth of fleet administrator experience with increased responsibility.

This is an exciting new role at Centre 33 and will play a key role to support the advancement and successful implementation of an operational plan to fundraise across Corporate and Community opportunities.
We would like to hear from ambitious fundraisers who have experience delivering these income streams, or strong communicators with transferrable sales experience, to join Centre 33’s growing Fundraising department.
The role holder will work closely with the Development & Partnerships Lead and Director of Development & Partnerships to help create an operational plan and will then have ownership of delivering the plan and the associated income target. This will include identifying opportunities, creating cases for support, and arranging engaging and productive events for existing and potential partners. There will also be the opportunity to feed into the Communications team on external campaigns that the charity develops to build awareness and showcase Centre 33’s amazing work, including an upcoming capital appeal. You will also work closely with the Operations and Finance teams to understand the charity’s services and funding needs, and to ensure timely sharing of programme information to facilitate funding applications and reporting to existing grant holders. You will support the Development & Partnerships Lead and other team members with Trust and Foundation applications and other fundraising activities as required. You will be confident establishing new and growing existing meaningful relationships and will maintain clear records of progress in our CRM (Donorfy). Working with colleagues across the organisation, you will prepare high-quality communications, proposals and pitches which demonstrate our deep understanding of young people’s needs and help us to successfully meet our fundraising goals.
