The office manager is essential in maintaining the efficient functioning of an organisation by overseeing administrative tasks and supporting various departments.
Key responsibilities include
- To manage facilities and service contracts covering the operation of the office accommodation
- Maintenance and upkeep of the office.
- To manage procurement for office facilities and service contracts
- To ensure the security and safety of the offices and colleagues at all times
- To develop and maintain effective and legally compliant health & safety procedures, which are tested where appropriate
You will be required to ensure that HR records for all staff are appropriately and securely maintained and assist with the administration of the HR Management system. Being required to manage facilities within the office, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in order, and provide administrative support to achieve this and key projects to ensure that the office runs efficiently and effectively. Their role is dynamic, often requiring you to adapt to new responsibilities as directed by the Head of HR to meet strategic objectives.
The primary goal is to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently by organising and coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines.

Salary – £26,000 - £31,000 per annum dependent on experience
Working hours – Normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are open to flexible working patterns subject to the objectives and outcomes of the role being met. As Head of Development, you will be a key member of a small team. Reporting to the incoming Chief Executive, you will develop and implement the preexisting fundraising strategy and guide the organisation’s communications and PR strategy. As Head of Development, you will:

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee all aspects of the Trust’s property management in line with the Malvern Hills Acts. Reporting to the CEO, the candidate will be responsible for the safe provision of visitor infrastructure, boundary and real property management, land acquisition, licensing and planning across the estate.

· Educated to a degree standard or equivalent by experience

About the role
This role will be responsible leading on the digital communications and content strategy focussing on developing fundraising messaging and digital influencing campaigns in an integrated way across all related channels to drive forward our ambitious fundraising and campaigns plans.
As part of the award-winning Fundraising and Brand team at Refugee Action, you will help create and implement bespoke supporter journeys across multiple online platforms with the aim of significantly raising our online presence, increasing donations, inspiring change and supporting the organisation’s growth. There are opportunities to get hands-on developing and delivering communications and fundraising campaigns to educate and inspire individuals, businesses, and other audiences. The aim of these campaigns is to help remove barriers to employment for refugees and bring about systemic change via our partnerships. Please note, we do not currently run political campaigns.
You will be responsible for creating and delivering day-to-day communications across our owned channels (social media, email newsletters, and some website content). You will also help colleagues create content for earned and paid communications that they’re leading on (press and media, digital marketing, engagement with influencers)
A team player, you will build strong relationships across Breaking Barriers so that you can source and develop content that:

- inspires members of the public to help refugees build new lives in the UK
- engages and stewards our key audiences, including corporate partners, employees who advocate for refugees, individual donors, volunteers, and people of a refugee background.
You will support the Senior Communications Manager to maintain our strong brand, ensuring that all our content complies with our brand guidelines and is of a high standard.
With a good eye for detail, you will play a key role in our data management, including overseeing data on the storytelling section of our CRM, monitoring communications enquiries, and setting up and running reports. You will become a Salesforce Superuser (full training and support will be provided for this).

We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the Head of Membership Engagement in the overall development and delivery of commercial revenue streams at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. The Role
An Investment Manager at Reall involves a range of responsibilities including portfolio management, financial analysis, partner acquisition and analysis, and compliance with organisational policies.
