As a local development worker, you will support Quaker communities to be inclusive, welcoming and all-age. You will work alongside others at Quakers in Britain and Woodbrooke to provide resources and opportunities that grow from the identified needs of local Quakers.

About the charity: Cavernomas look like raspberries and are found in the brain and spinal cord. They're formed of abnormal blood vessels with thin leaky walls, which can bleed at any age without warning. 1 in 625 people are thought to have a cavernoma, and whilst most people won't experience symptoms 1 in 2,700 do. Symptoms can include haemorrhages, seizures and other neurological problems. Treatment involves 'wait and see', neurosurgery or stereotactic radiosurgery; with no medications currently available.

About the roles: The Member Support Assistant is responsible for assisting our Volunteer Manager with administration relating to the support of the charity’s 4,000 members and volunteers. This includes offering a professional service to members of CAUK, typically via phone, email, online, chat, or on occasion in person. The role involves supporting the membership and volunteering processes, ensuring all admin is accurate and up to date. Over time the post-holder will be expected to build a good working knowledge of members and volunteers. They will also be expected to develop strong communication skills, including active listening, alongside the ability to multitask, manage time and prioritise.
The Events and Office Assistant is responsible for assisting the Charity Manager with the administration of events alongside some general office activities for the charity. At FearFree we are proud to deliver services across the Southwest to those impacted by domestic abuse, and we're excited to be expanding our offer, with the introduction of a new Rediscovering Independence through Support and Empowerment (RISE) Service.
As a Support Advisor working full time or part time, you will be a fundamental part of our team, supporting the delivery of the RISE programmes and the development of the service. The service will provide a range of trauma-informed and person-centred support, focused on supporting those impacted by abuse to access education, training, employment or volunteering.
You will be responsible for providing trauma informed support through group work and 1-1 support. Working part time or full time alongside a team of practitioners across our geographical patch in Gloucester, providing support to Bristol and North Wilts as required, the project aims to:
- Increase volunteers in FearFree and support people to access volunteering opportunities externally.
- Support individuals impacted by abuse to access training and employment.
- Help people access bespoke apprenticeships and internships.
- Support service users to increase and advance work related skills, such as the development of CVs, financial management and IT skills.
- Raise awareness of this agenda to a wider network.
The service will support victims of Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence and Stalking aged 15 and above, alongside perpetrators of Domestic Abuse – empowering victims and reducing the risk of recidivism for perpetrators.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in working with vulnerable people and an understanding / experience of theEmployment, Training and Education (ETE) sector. They will have an understanding of trauma informed practice and ideally have experience implementing this within group and 1-1 settings. About the Role
Our Help to Claim service assists people with claiming Universal Credit (UC), from advising if UC is the right benefit for them up to ensuring they receive their first correct payment. Citizens Advice Camden has been delivering the Help to Claim service since it launched five years ago.
Help to Claim is delivered by telephone, email and webchat as part of the national service. The service is available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. As a Help to Claim Adviser, you will contribute towards delivery of this service across all channels on a rota basis. We are based in central London and our Help to Claim team will be working a hybrid office-based/ remote model.
The role is open to qualified advisers who have recent experience in delivering advice on Universal Credit. Whilst we are keen to provide paid to train opportunities where we can, this role is not suitable for a trainee and such applications cannot be considered. Our Peer Support Service started 10 years ago, with 2 Wellbeing Centres offering this new service. Since then, we have seen our service grow and develop in ways we could not have imagined. This service is the key service most requested by people and we now offer Peer Support across all of our Wellbeing Centres across Hertfordshire.
Working in co-production with clients, staff, volunteers and stakeholders, we were able to create our own Peer Support Charter Values (this can be found on our website). These values form the ethos we work towards within our peer support team. These values also complement HMN’s values of Hope, Courage, Togetherness and Responsive, which form the basis of all the work we do as an organisation.
About the Role
Working with the team to offer 1-1 peer support to anyone accessing HMN. The Peer Support service provide tailored support for individuals to support their needs. This includes using different tools and techniques to help an individual improve areas of their life they may be struggling with. Having a lived experience of mental health issues or supporting someone who has is a key element to what makes this service so unique.
The Peer Support approach includes empathy, warmth, acceptance, authenticity and compassion. Peer Support is based on the recognition that there is no better person to support the path towards recovery, than someone who has walked a similar path as that person.
To meet client need, and work to this personalised approach, we do support people out in the community, within their home, as well as in one of our Wellbeing Centres. Being able to drive and having access to your own vehicle (or equivalent) is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will need a personal understanding of mental ill health, either from your own lived experience or by caring for someone with a mental health condition and have awareness of issues in mental health service provision.
Peer Support Workers will also provide support within our Peer Support Groups, Peer Support Learning Sets and Peer Support Academy when needed.

We are looking for a part time Information & Advocacy Community Support Worker in Scotland. You will be home based living in the North of Scotland.

Role Description
Role Purpose
As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of all student-related events. This role involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of SEO London and SEO Europe’s programmes, the relevant industries and integrating this knowledge within our organisation. You will liaise with students and partner firms to organise, execute, and promote successful events. In collaboration with the team, you will provide recommendations for enhancements and innovations to improve the student experience, while upholding a high standard of customer care.
French language is required: we are seeking a professional with a strong work ethic, who is adept at fostering robust working relationships and taking initiative in developing organisational processes. A thorough understanding of the French academic system and a genuine commitment to diversity and social mobility are essential.

If successful, you will sit within the France team of SEO Europe, where you will support the preparation and delivery of multiple impactful and engaging initiatives, such as:
- SEO Potenti’ELLE Closing event: A celebratory event showcasing inspiring women leaders, introducing the long-term vision for our female leadership programme, Potenti’ELLE, and providing networking opportunities for mentors and mentees.
- France Finance Programme: A 6-month career readiness programme where master’s students benefit from educational Lunch & Learn sessions, industry insight sessions, coaching, soft skills training and access internship opportunities at top investment banks, asset managers and alternative investment funds.
- SEO Europe Finance Academy: A 1-week immersive event taking place in Paris and designed to educate and train students intending to secure summer and off cycle internships and providing them with authentic exposure to top employers while demystifying the industry landscape and application process.
- Student outreach: The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for implementing exciting outreach campaigns, namely, to help us recruit more students from engineering schools and public universities in France
- There will be occasional trips to Paris to deliver in-person events and execute our student outreach strategy
Accountabilities
There are three main activities within the France team:
- Outreach (student recruitment),
- Programme Delivery (education and training events for students),
- Business development (attracting new sponsors)
The Programme Coordinator will serve as the administrative officer for the team. You will support the France team as needed and have specific responsibilities for identifying and onboarding students at business schools, engineering schools and universities across France, both online (social media, email marketing, webinars) and offline (in-person campus events and sponsored events). You will also play a key role in executing our social media strategy and managing our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall administration of student events, ensuring exceptional communication and coordination.
- Event management, student and partner communication, and coordination of all relevant stakeholders.
- Posting job opportunities on our student portal and creating content for our newsletter.
- Managing student queries and maintaining relationships.
- Coordinating outreach programmes and managing our Student Ambassador network.
- Identifying and onboarding students, managing relationships with academic institutions and partners.
- Maintaining working documents, event calendars, and reports.
- Thinking creatively to improve outreach programmes and manage social media platforms.
Quality Assurance
- Ensuring all information and student data is managed within GDPR guidelines and updated in Salesforce.
- Running reports to track and monitor events from the CRM.
Required qualifications
- University degree (any discipline)

The Role
As our Deputy Shop Manager, you will raise funds to invest in achieving the charity’s goal to save lives in Yorkshire and portray the charity as a professional, credible brand which acts with integrity. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will provide excellent customer service, ensuring volunteers, donors and customers know how their contribution is helping the people of Yorkshire.

Princess Court is a mental health, supported housing, 24 hour supporting housing and community-based service, working to a recovery model. We provide a range of support services for people with mental ill health to access in their local community, including outreach support, peer support and supported housing. We have been operating in the area for several years and offer a staffed service to our residents aged 18 and upwards.
We know that recovery can look and feel quite different to every one of us. Responsible for helping and inspiring the people who use our services to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community, we will rely on you to work with them to produce a personal support plan that will see them achieve their goals and aspirations. Our successful candidate will complete an Initial Needs Assessment, using a strength-based approach within agreed contractual timeframes, before dynamically assessing need and risk, alerting to changes that could indicate change in risk or serious harm, including personal safety and safeguarding.
