 Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a Director of Nature Recovery to join our Executive Team.

Our new Nature Recovery directorate is focused on working with farmers and strategic landowners to achieve nature’s recovery across the wider landscape, beyond our own reserves. The Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive impactful results for our charity partners. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, ensuring that both day-to-day tactical tasks and long-term strategic goals are met.

You will be responsible for managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter) and more. This includes overseeing campaign performance, client communications, and ensuring that our campaigns deliver a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to build, deliver, and refine sector-leading digital marketing campaigns that maximise income for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

• Campaign Development: Oversee the development of multichannel paid social media marketing campaigns with the objective of providing our clients the best possible return on ad spend.
• Strategy refinement and innovation: Responsible for the refinement of the paid marketing strategies offered to our charity partners. Leading on testing new platform, audience and creative approaches which significantly improve outcomes.
• Industry Leadership: Understand and influence industry trends and standards, ensuring that Social Mind remains a leader in digital marketing innovation for the charity sector

Campaign Delivery

• Production: Oversee and support the production of marketing campaign resources such as copy and media ensuring the final execution meets our charity partners brand requirements and delivers the best possible results.
• Media Buying and Search Engine Optimisation: Oversee and support the delivery of paid social media campaigns with significant budgets working across a variety of channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and more. Develop and execute SEO strategies.
• Campaign Optimisation: Continuously monitor campaign KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise ROAS and campaign effectiveness.

Team Leadership and Development

• Mentorship and Team Support: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in digital marketing practices. Lead on recruitment and resource management of both permanent staff and freelance contributors to build a strong marketing team capable of delivering exceptional results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Stewardship, Supporter Journeys and Product to ensure cohesive and successful campaign delivery.

About the role

The Project and Change Manager will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of the Supporting Disabled Older Workers Project and the third phase of the Redundancy Support Project. The role will also support the wider strategic aims of the Work Action Area, engaging with strategic partners in line with our stakeholder planning to support increased uptake of our work and to widen impact against the overarching aim of ensuring fair access to decent work for people in their 50s, 60s and beyond.

You will be responsible for:

· Managing the Supporting Disabled Older Workers project. Including contract management of the commissioned researcher, engagement of the experts by experience group and reporting responsibilities.

· Delivering the third phase of work around improving redundancy support for people over 50, identifying opportunities for scaling our learning and implementing these.

· Feeding our stakeholder engagement plans, actively engaging key partners to secure new opportunities for impact.

This is a permanent role focused on delivering high-quality operational support services. The role will primarily be based onsite, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

The Vacancy

The Programme Manager will provide strong leadership and will be responsible for further developing and managing Saferworld’s programme in Afghanistan, ensuring the strategic vision is in line with Saferworld’s overall strategy, fundraising to pursue programme development opportunities, leading on partner engagement, providing grant management oversight, managing staff, and reporting to donors. They will also represent Saferworld in interactions with relevant authorities, donors, and other stakeholders in Afghanistan and other locations where donors are based. The post-holder will engage in cross-organisational information-sharing and lesson-learning on key policy and strategy issues and contribute to building synergies between different programmes.

Saferworld’s work operates in a complex context. As such, the Programme Manager is expected to appropriately lead on programme development and implementation, ensuring effective risk management approaches are properly applied. Finally, the post-holder will contribute to organisation-wide strategic planning, processes and discussions to advance Saferworld's thematic and operational priorities, methodological approaches and organisational development.

A wide-ranging and rewarding role, the Director of The William Morris Society and Museum is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational management, and financial sustainability of the charity. THINK EQUAL is a global education initiative with a mission to ensure that Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) becomes a mandatory subject for all children in early years settings globally. SEL is the process through which knowledge, attitudes, values and skills such as emotional intelligence, empathy, self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision making are developed.

To support educators and governments to achieve this mission, THINK EQUAL has developed a global SEL Programme for 3-6 years-olds. The Programme is constructed around narrative children’s books, lesson plans and teaching resources which provide the concrete tools educators need to teach SEL in a low-cost and adaptable format.

The THINK EQUAL Programme has a global presence across six continents and has undergone three RCT trials in contexts as varied as Colombia, Botswana and Australia. There is a growing demand from other countries for the THINK EQUAL Programme and the organisation is now strengthening its team to be able to respond to this demand.

Purpose of the Role

Working at the forefront of Think Equal’s mission to bring the ‘missing subject’ to the hearts and minds of children in the UK, the role of the UK Programmes Officer would be to ensure the successful delivery of the Think Equal programme across early years classrooms in the UK and support the Business Development team regarding potential expansion of the programme into new areas. Working within the dynamic Global Programmes team alongside dedicated UK-focused colleagues, this role is highly motivating, and requires great organisation and communication skills as well as an enthusiastic, solution-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

Programme support

Support and coordinate the delivery of the Think Equal programme across  UK projects. This includes:

○ Planning and delivering information sessions, launch events and other events engaging Think Equal practitioners in both online and in-person.

○ Enrolling new practitioners into the Think Equal training platform as they sign-up to the Think Equal programme.

○ Supporting in organising and the implementation of the Think Equal programmes in the UK.

○ Supporting and communicating with the TE classrooms teachers to ensure fidelity and high quality of implementation.

○ Building relationships with key stakeholders including nursery workers, primary teachers, primary heads, local authorities.

As Fundraising Manager, you will have the following skills and experience: 

• Demonstrable experience and success in one or more of the following types of Fundraising - Community, Corporate, Legacy, Individual Giving or Trusts and Foundations. 

• Related field or equivalent experience in, Business, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, a related field or equivalent experience.

• Awareness of legislation surrounding Direct Marketing and compliance with the Fundraising Regulator's Code of Fundraising Practice. 

• Strong knowledge of donor development and customer service/supporter care principles. 

• Sound knowledge of GDPR and its impact on fundraising. 

• Experience in prospect research, identifying funding opportunities, and writing tailored applications. 

• Demonstrable experience of working in a fundraising team. 

• Experience in developing and implementing community fundraising initiatives. 

• Experience in creating and managing donor acquisition and retention campaigns.

Partnership Administrator

Successful Mums Career Academy is an award-winning training company providing FREE career training for mums.

We provide online, accredited funded training to help mums back to work or to start a business. We have helped almost,10,000 women so far. 

The partnership admin is a key role within our small, highly efficient, and results-driven team. We are looking for an organised people-oriented person with great communication skills, a positive thinker who works well with systems and brings an eye for accuracy when following admin procedures. 

Previous experience of working for a not-for-profit or small community company would be an advantage, although not essential.

Partnerships - Referral Partners

• Working closely with our partners to ensure we have a pipeline of referrals for our courses
• Maintaining our partner relationships spreadsheet
• Share relevant promotional opportunities including our latest courses and case studies
• Attend partner and Successful Mums events to support with registrations
• Work closely with the wider team to monitor the start numbers required for the events and courses
• Responding to required event and course numbers to ensure they are fully booked through the referrals
• Monitor and update the Successful Mums job board on our website, moderating jobs, and liaising with employers
• Ensuring employer and learner details added to our database in line with GDPR requirements

Other

• Administrative tasks relating to our funders, job board and events
• Attending meetings and career fairs at partner venues
• Monitoring small projects against course numbers
• Work with the wider team to identify and co-ordinate case studies to send to partners
• Ensuring all GDPR and Successful Mums branding is met throughout
• Sharing data and feedback from employers and partners to identify any new demands or improvements to be made

The Business Development Manager will support the growth ambitions of the Corporate Partnership team by shaping the new business and partnership development strategy, and helping to build a sustainable pipeline to drive new partnerships and income. As part of the role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching and securing new high-value, multi-year corporate partnerships across different commercial sectors, focusing on opportunities with potential value £50k plus per annum. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, such as Research, and Individual Giving, to develop partnership propositions which support teams to deliver on their strategic ambitions.

To be a successful Business Development Manager, you will need:

• Proven experience in securing and building high-value corporate partnerships in the charity sector across a variety of income streams.
• Demonstrable understanding of ‘shared value’ approaches to corporate/ non-profit partnerships and how these may be applied to Stroke Association’s operations.
• Experience of developing existing corporate engagement, with strong ability to create compelling pitches and lead presentations.

Our BACP accredited Talking Therapies department has been running for over 40 years and we are historically known for providing long term psychodynamic therapy. Due to the success of the department, we have recently secured long term funding to meet the emerging needs of the local community. We have developed new and more accessible services which now include emotional support groups, psycho-education workshops and short-term counselling.

The purpose of the job is to provide a professional reception service to all clients at our talking therapies services reception, and to carry out general administrative functions that support the Talking Therapies Office Manager and contribute to the smooth running of the charity. The receptionist/administrator is the first point of contact at the Counselling Services reception for many people and therefore needs to be warm and welcoming, a good communicator and able to respond professionally to a very varied range of callers, including people with communication difficulties or those in distress.

This is a 12 month fixed post to cover a period of maternity leave. You'llbe able to demonstrate that you can hit the ground running and deliver high impact policy outputs and public affairs initiatives to ensure the NSPCC delivers real change in the best interests of children and continues to be seen as a credible and authoritative voice on child protection and children's social care. As an effective communicator you'll have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with a proven record of building in-depth knowledge of complex subject matter and developing a wide range of relationships to successfully influence policy decision making.
