About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
About the role
It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. And it’s all been in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing team, help shape the direction of and oversee our 2025 campaign, and collaborate with other Heads of Departments to deliver CoppaFeel!’s three year organisational strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities

Work as a valued part of the CoppaFeel! Leadership team to deliver the organisational strategy, shape the culture and influence cross departmental ways of working.

Lead the CoppaFeel! Marketing team - setting direction, supporting growth and overseeing performance.

Inspire and motivate the personal development of team members.

Directly line manage the Marketing Manager, Social Manager and Digital Marketing Manager (subject to change, to be discussed at interview).

Lead on the delivery of CoppaFeel!’s marketing strategy and management of marketing output across the charity.

Lead on the delivery of the annual marketing campaign to create award winning, impactful work that raises awareness of CoppaFeel! with our target audience.

Manage key third party agency relationships.

Oversee and develop audience insights and segmentation.

Ownership of the marketing budget and quarterly re-forecasting.

Contribute to quarterly all staff team meetings.

Develop long term partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders both in the breast cancer space and marketing sector that bolster CoppaFeel!’s growth and awareness with young people.

Ensure rigorous reporting and analysis of marketing activity to ensure delivery of planned KPIs, with an ambition to be constantly improving and evolving.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential

Minimum 5 years experience working in a marketing/brand communications role.

Demonstrable experience of implementing marketing strategies.

A strong track record of delivering multi-platform, integrated awareness campaigns, with an understanding of media planning, creative, PR and social media planning, creative, PR, social.

A leader with the ability to develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve high standards.

Clear understanding of audience insight, including experience targeting and tailoring campaigns and communications to CoppaFeel!’s 18-24 year old target audience.

World Obesity Federation is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their team as maternity cover.
World Obesity Federation (WOF) is a worldwide federation with over 100 members and takes a holistic view of obesity from cause and prevention to treatment. WOF is a lead partner to global agencies on obesity, including WHO, and a member of the Global Obesity Coalition.
This position will begin assisting the Events Manager with the events programme and continue as maternity cover in 2025. Main responsibilities will include managing the educational events programme including in person obesity management training courses ‘Scope Schools’ as part of the SCOPE e-learning site held regularly throughout the year, and monthly educational webinars, alongside the Head of Education.
Also working with Head of Policy on medium sized events such as the Global Obesity Forum in person in New York in September 2025, and other smaller policy and fundraising meetings throughout the year. Also included in the role is managing webinars for World Obesity Day and other campaign days.
It will also involve managing the planning of the bi-annual congress the International Congress on Obesity to be held in Mexico City June 2026, overseeing the work of the PCO and organising committees to ensure development is on schedule and key milestones are achieved.
Essential skills and experience - experience of managing medium sized global events and conferences on an international scale, working with global stakeholders. Excellent administration and organisational skills, right to work in the UK and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.

As our Mass Fundraising Acquisition Marketing Manager (Events) you’ll be part of an in-house team of marketeers responsible for driving mass, new customer acquisition across a portfolio of fundraising products and activities, including events, integrated brand and fundraising campaigns, cash appeals, and regular giving activity.
You’ll collaborate with our creative, media, and third-party agency suppliers, supporting the Senior Mass Fundraising Acquisition Marketing Manager in the development, execution, and optimisation of multi-million pound, omni-channel marketing and fundraising campaigns and marcomms within the overall British Heart Foundation (BHF) integrated media plan.
Additionally, you’ll work across a portfolio of fundraising activities, ensuring tactical delivery and optimisation to deliver transformative customer experiences and drive growth in support and income through mass new customer acquisition.

About you
As our ideal candidate, you will bring extensive and demonstrable marketing experience in designing, developing, and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing plans, delivering successful commercial outcomes, particularly in new customer acquisition and fundraising/income growth.
With excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, effective marketing team, you’ll have experience in paid media planning and optimisation across a full range of marketing channels, especially digital.

In this critical market research role, you’ll champion the voice of our customers by ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and put at the heart of the British Heart Foundation (BHF)’s work. You’ll work with teams across the charity including marketing, product, retail, and health to develop insight plans, manage research projects and deliver insights to inform decision making.
In this role, you’ll inspire colleagues to value insights and evidence. Your work will help teams see the power of using insights to shape their decisions and strategies.
Using a variety of quantitative and qualitative tools and methodologies, you’ll run in-house research projects end-to-end. You’ll carry out data analysis and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders such as by delivering reports, debriefs and workshops.
You’ll also manage projects that are outsourced to external research agencies – including procurement, project management and quality assurance throughout the project.
This role sits within the Customer Insight and Analysis team, a team of researchers, data and digital analysts, and data scientists. About the role
We want to reach and support more people with heart and circulatory conditions, helping them to feel informed, empowered and understood.
You’ll play a key role in doing this, using analytics to evaluate, analyse and plan content; developing and improving user journeys; and producing new content that meets users’ needs.
You will help shape and drive the user-centred digital content of the Health Content Team, working closely with colleagues across the BHF, in particular in insights, digital products, UX and CRO, and marketing and communications.
Acting as the content management system expert within the Health Content team, you will also be the main point of contact with the Digital team.

You are skilled in SEO, content migration, taxonomy, information architecture, and collaborating with development teams. Your extensive stakeholder management experience helps you work well with multidisciplinary teams, acting as an ambassador for the Health Content team.
It would be advantageous to have:
- Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, and Sitecore.
- Understanding of cardiovascular health issues.

Digital Storyteller
Salary: £28,701 per annum - FTE (35 hours per week)
Contract: Fixed term for 2 years, with the possibility of extension
Combine your passion for nature with your digital skills! We’re looking for a talented communicator who can tease out stories from across the Trust and turn them into compelling social media content. You might be out and about across Cumbria, gathering content at our sites and with project teams, or in the office putting together videos and infographics.
You’ll need a strong understanding of the social media landscape and an ability to select and tailor content for different channels, finding ways to increase supporter engagement and reach diverse audiences. You’ll also be great at explaining your ideas – from the serious to the silly – and getting people involved.
Our ideal candidate is a first-rate copywriter with confident photography and videography skills. You’ll need to have experience with video editing and graphic design tools, and plenty of creative energy to keep our content fresh.
You’ll work closely with our Digital Engagement Officer and will have access to a training budget to help improve your skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and creating content for our social media channels, to support the Trust’s objectives and communication strategies.
- Liaising with staff from across the Trust to understand the scope of our work and ensure that project communication requirements are fulfilled.
- Communicating effectively and consistently with staff and other key stakeholders to ensure engagement remains high and the impact of social media is clearly understood.
- Identifying opportunities to widen our reach and impact, from working with influencers to developing a Cumbria Wildlife Trust presence on new channels.

Our communications plays a critical role in raising awareness of this horrific human rights abuse, uplifting the stories of those with lived experience, and amplifying why investing in prevention is the future.
We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Communications Manager to cover a 9-month maternity leave period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, design, and social media management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand integrity.
Responsibilities:
· Creating and implementing communication strategies that align with STOP THE TRAFFIK’s goals and objectives. This includes monitoring and analysing live trends (i.e., on social media) to adapt and refine existing strategies.
